I had a windshield chip repair done today. The technician came to my workplace which was helpful as I didn't have time to go in for the repair. It was also very easy to get an appointment. Joel did the repair very quickly and he did an awesome job! Thank you Joel!

It's been over a month since I had windshield replaced. Wanted to test the windshield before giving any feedback.
The windshield is still holding on great.
Had good experience dealing from the customer service to the manager/ (owner?) I guess.
I was informed that the probability of sensor for lane changes not working at 10%, and a need for calibration after few days if the sensors didn't work, costing me extra $200-$300. I have a Honda Accord, and out of 10 accords, 1 might need calibration.
Fortunately, my sensors are working, and no need for calibration.
I would highly recommend them. Good customer service. Open on Saturdays.
And the best part: the price. Half or more than half what the competitors quoted. Thanks Auto Glass Pro.

I tried looking for a windshield repair shop in Mississauga and found so many were not open at convenient times. I called this place on a Saturday and they took me in pretty quick for a same-day chip repair. The customer service I received from everyone was awesome. I've never done this before and didn't know what I was doing but the staff made me feel comfortable and explained everything. There were no surprises and my repair was done within half an hour. Highly recommend this place!

Went there couple of months ago to replace my windshield. After replacement it was making some squeeky sound as it was not sitting right. I went back and they agreed to replace it again. It was still making noise after 1-2 days, went back, they worked on it, 2 days later noise came back again.
After 4th visit that noise was gone. I had to go in between my work to drop off and pickup all the time. It was a hassle for around 2 weeks.

Auto Glass replaced my front windshield. I was attending a 2 day sales meeting near the airport. They picked up my car from my hotel, replaced the windshield and called me when it was raedy. Their service and attention was spectacular. A great company to deal with! Mike.

I've got my Subaru Forester glass replaced right during my walk-in visit. All the hustles needed to reinstall eye-sight glass were solved. Scheduled an Appointment to get my Windshield replaced. I was told that they had the Windshield in-stock. Got a call later in the Day after the car was Dropped talking about how the Windshield was Defective and that another one was coming later in the Day.

I really appreciate the call not being there you could expect them to put the defective one in for their Money.

It wasn't about that. It was about the quality of their Craft. When I went to pick up my car their Technicians also showed me a Video of the quality of the windshields housing and certain things I could do to remedy.

What a wonderful experience with them. They were closing at 12: 30 but I was available at 03: 30 PM. Whole staff waited for me till 03: 30 and they replaced my windshield at the same day. KASHA was excellent in her service

From calling the front desk to getting my appointment scheduled and having my repair done; This was all a seamless and easy process. Everyone at the shop are a joy to interact with and I don't think anyone would be dissappointed with thier work or customer service. I also had a missing cap on my windshield wiper I was meaning to find the part for. They went ahead and replaced it without my knowing while doing the repair.

Fantastic - I'll be back here again when I inevitably crack my windshield again.

I could not be happier with my experience here. I called yesterday and was offered an appointment same day a few hours later. Janet and Kasha were extremely helpful in answering my questions and organizing a ride for me after dropping my car. The work was high quality and it was the cheapest deal I could find - what more could you ask for. Called them around noon. They scheduled me to come in at 2: 30. I arrived at 1: 45. They took me in right away. By 3: 30 I was on the road with my new windshield. Excellent customer service. Very informative detail oriented. Both the front desk and the manager. I would recommend Auto Glass Pro Mississauga to my family and friends.

I went there to have a small chip in my windshield repaired. The service was excellent and the work was done very quickly. The price was reasonable too. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.

Got on the Auto Glass Pro website for a quote on my 2013 Chevy Tahoe Windshield, answered a few questions and immediately received a quote. Wow! What a quote unbelievable! The cost for a new replacement windshield was actually less than my $500. Deductible on my insurance policy. Great Service! I sent a quote request from their webpage, on my phone, in the morning. I had a response in minutes and a tech over to my house in an hour. Shaheer was amazing. I needed an emergency windshield replacement. I got my appointment on the same day. After 1.5 hours, the service is completed. Professional service, reasonable price, and helpful with insurance claim. Highly recommended.

Friendly and Fast. Tried other companies to try get it done on the same day and only Auto Glass Pro were able to take me in. Took 55 minutes and was much cheaper than speedy auto glass. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I was pricing out a new windshield with rain sensor and initially requested a quote from Speedy Glass and their offer was $1100 plus taxes. I used Auto Glass Pro's online quote feature and received a quote within the hour and their price was $399.99 plus taxes, with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

Amrit was able to schedule me in the following day and within an hour I had a new windshield installed.

I was a walk into Auto Glass Pro regarding my windshield replacement and was welcomed by Kasha. She gave me a patient hearing and was able to provide extremely knowledgeable and professional advice. They quoted only 20% of cost that their competitor had earlier given me. She also set up my insurance claim.
The technicians did a wonderful job.
Overall it was an excellent experience. Will highly recommend them because of their professional execution!

[UPDATE Nov-19-2021] Auto Glass Pro reached out to me to apologize for the unfortunate issues I experienced. I had a nice phone conversation with them and they insisted I allow them to make it up to me somehow, including vacuuming my car's interior, and attend to the slight scratches on my front passenger seat. I personally don't think this is necessary, but I understand and appreciate the fact that they want to make things right.

I had no qualms recommending them before, even with my experience. But now I highly recommend Auto Glass Pro for standing behind their work! Cheers!

[Original Review Nov-17-2021] 5 for the speedy service and quality of workmanship, all at a fair price.

However, I had to lower my rating because I found a lot of broken shards in my car, especially on my front passenger seat. There's now a couple of scratches on my leather because of them. They're not deep thankfully, but they're plainly visible. I also had to throw away a mask and 2 pairs of work gloves, but that was my fault for leaving them on the seat.

I would still recommend Auto Glass Pro because they did such a great job with the installation, and their prices are fair and transparent. But be aware they won't protect your upholstery or do a thorough clean up job after the installation is complete.

Also, don't leave articles of clothing where shards of glass can fall on them. Cheers.

The price point was much better than what Speedyglass was offering. I paid less than half the amount that Speedyglass quoted. Work was done in a few hours. The owner was very kind and up front with the service and what to expect in the days that followed. Overall, great experience!

Had my windshield replaced with them and I am totally satisfied. They were on time and even finished before the estimated time of 1.5-2 hours. Price was reasonable, car was clean afterwards, and there were no issues after installation (though I appreciate them warning me ahead of time that there was a small chance my windshield sensors would require calibration). All were working normally after the replacement. Would recommend!

My Mercedes E-350 had a large crack in the windshield. Auto glass pro staff were professional, courteous, provided the best price and top quality replacement and had me back on the road quick. I have had no issues since the replacement and would highly recommend using their services.

The replaced windshield from the manufacturer had a little issue, and the amazing staff at Auto Glass Pro replaced the windshield again, swiftly and at no additional charge. They say their workers have never been trained to talk to customers but good at work. Arrogance prevails at their workshop and they do not care for business. I was there to replace my windscreen. The workers had no respect for customers and they will ask you to leave the bay immediately without listening to you and behave as if you are doing a blunder. I had valuables in my car and they did not give me a chance to tell them. I had to stop them work on my car and had to leave the place. I had my car's windscreen fixed at Anand Motors, 8 Strathearn Ave, Brampton, with warranty and cheaper than AutoPro. Anand Motors are Professionals.

I highly recommend this place if you’re having any issues with your windshield. I had just driven back from BC and when I got into the GTA, (of course) a small rock on the 401 cracks my windshield. I was distraught because I didn’t have a job yet, but now had to repair my windshield which had cost $900 a couple of years ago. The staff is professional, amazing, friendly and just an overall wholesome group. I brought my pup and he bonded enough with her she would have gone with him. They dealt with my insurance which helped a lot and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you!:)
