Treated like absolute GOLD! Had a few flavoured Starbucks coffees spilled on our carpet which had been there 2 days. Customer service man and woman talked to me right away and said someone would go out with me and check it out. A minute later a nice guy took me out, looked at the carpet and said he could clean it for $25.00. I said great…. When and he said right away. I was so happy because the place was super busy. I waited inside and ordered an Americano at the customer service/ cafe. The guy made it right away and wouldn’t take my $$. I happily sat and enjoyed it in a comfortable waiting area. Didn’t even finish it and the same guy that looked at it came to get me. He showed me the car and said just needed to dry. The bad sweet smell was gone and the carpet looked like new. I hopped in the car with the rest of my delicious coffee and drove away with a big smile on my face! This was the BEST experience I have ever had. 15 out of 10 for Auto Spa Mississauga…. You guys/gals are AMAZING! Thank you so much!

It was good, but for my first experience I felt very rushed
There were water marks in some areas of my car and for the price and care they seem to offer, I didn't feel like it met my expectations.
I had a tea mark on my car that I was hoping would be buffed out, I had to do it myself later and was disappointed that no one caught it on the exterior of my white car i.e, it was pretty visible.

I got the express exterior and interior cleaning, along with trunk vacuuming. I had been here before with my partner so I made sure to empty out my car beforehand so the experience would be easy and seamless. My car felt almost new afterwards! I mainly wanted to clean out an excess of tree pollen that piled up over the past few months and they did a really good job. For <$40, I think it's great value and worth it. Will definitely be back!

Wednesdays are senior-discount days, 20% off! The discount applies to any specials they have going on too. Went during the early afternoon and it wasn't too busy, in and out in <30min.

What an operation! First time and won't be the last, that's for sure. Very busy place bit the sure do an exceptional job. They also fixed the chip on my windshield.
The staff are very friendly
The only thing missing is rustproofing under the vehicle for the winter.

The complete detailing was amazing. My car was absolutely spotless and the service was great with polite customer service

When this place first opened all work done was excellent. Now they are getting sloppy. From the guys spraying the car as a prewash to interior cleaning. I have had to have the car redone several times. The car moves along the conveyor belt and no one is checking the work done. The last time the mats were not cleaned properly, the wheel rims were dirty, inside of the doors and sills were dirty, trunk rim dirty, license plate dirty. All got corrected as I complained but this is more of an occurrence than before. They don't wipe the front grill anymore either. Yet they still charge the same price. Here's hoping the Burlington site is better.

Had few issues before but overall my experiences has been awesome I'm regular customer at this place I would recommend this place to others.

I've reviewed a number of businesses, but this one stands out the most. Very courteous, very professional, very respectful. They charge very good prices and get the job done perfectly. Great job guys, keep it up!

Ricardo did a great job on a messy stain in the back seat. My daughter was thrilled that it came out. She will be back for a full detail soon!

I've visited several times and the results have been consistent. You'll get a good clean inside and out for decent pricing.

Sidenote: I did have my car detailed (all day job) once and this is where they nailed it.

I used to spend so much time washing my car at home until I found this place. I haven’t tried the detailing centre yet but the drive through car wash does an amazing job at a reasonable price. No swirl marks or fine scratches like you get at most gas station car washes. I highly recommend Auto Spa!

I brought my vehicle in for a complete interior detailing and wash. Everyone was so friendly and happy and My car looked like new when I picked it up. The interior was perfect and smelled so clean and the outer wash was beyond my expectations, The regular gas station car washes are nothing compared to Autospa. I could not believe how shiny my vehicle was and it lasted for weeks. I will only bring my vehicle to Autospa now.

Visited the Mississauga location twice, my first wash being the basic wash and my second being the premium wash Totally recommend getting the premium wash, my car felt like it was brand new!

Love the facility. But would like to see more transparency in the prices display either on website or apps. The app doesn't give much options on the services available nor to use points for other services.

This is the first time I use their service and I am beyond disappointed with the poor quality of the vaccuming they did to my car! In fact: I do a better job when I use self service $3 for 5 minutes vaccuming my car at their coins one! I paid $45 and my car was not cleaned the way It should be, I am not talking about stains, shampooing etc! No.
I am talking another dirt, twigs and normal daily debris and wiping a console in a sincere way
I am sorry but I will not use their services again.

Their spooky Halloween special is so good lots of fun.we enjoyed as a family…wonderful idea and great execution.

Never used the services inside just the coin wash. Only improvement I'd want and suggest is to have a coin dryer. Like a blower, hand held would be fine.

I only really use the do-it-yourself carwash, but it's reasonably priced and well equipped. The place gets busy on the weekends though.

Favourite place to wash my car, the only downside is, when they are very busy and have no proper line up for the car wash it becomes a free for all. Have seen people get into arguments over who was waiting first, should be a better system for when it gets busy!

Nothing comes close to the wrok these ladies andd gents do at this location very detailed and really know how yo make your car look fabulous

They didn't clean my car, horrible place I will never go back. They left the front of my car decently clean but they did not clean the back at all they did t clean the bed of my truck but they charged me extra because I had a pick up truck

Decent cleaning for interior but certainly not great. They missed several spots although just minor inside the car cabin but the most glaring however, was the fact that they did not vacuum or clean the trunk AT ALL. Overall though it’s decent for the price. I didn’t get the exterior wash because it wasn’t touchless and I don’t fancy scratches on the exterior.

Jemma the kiosk attendant was fantastic. Made my experience super easy and was attentive. The car wash was awesome and the interior clean for the price was fantastic. They even told me about doing salt remover on carpet under my tux mats for next time I visit and suggesting a clay bar to the car to remove pollen and orange spots! Will recommend again and again, they also have a snack bar and Starbucks inside the wait room.

Really clean and well vac'd.

But.their winshield washing is not the best. My first car? I thought was super uncomfortable to wash so I'd understand.
And few times I told them not to wash the glass from inside.

This new car now is easier with windshield, but it still had splashes on widshield and marks once I turned the A/C on, after leaving the place.
I also noticed a small scratch on the windshield which was not there 2 days ago.
I like the car wash a lot! I think they do an amazing job in such hot weather conditions.
My car is sparkly clean! But I did rewash my windows with a chamois and some paper towels.

Still as Always I will return but maybe with my own chamois:)

Great for a car wash, but the real value is in the fast interior detailing package, starting at around 40$ they offer a quick and affordable remedy to a dirty car, its a great value for a budget interior detailing as well as a quick wash of the exterior.

I took the in and out cleaning option and I am pretty satisfied with it. Overall, it was a good experience.

Coin-op wash was clean and in good working order. Only 4 stars because it had some issues accepting coins.required multiple attempts before they would work. And the credit card tap didn't work.

Auto Spa is a great place for cars. They have touch less wash which is really good and extensive. They have Car Detailing and self serv car wash using cash or credit/debit card. There is ample parking and self serv vacuums to do your car detailing yourself or using their sevice. Inside they have nice little lounge with Starbucks.

In Covid times it is hard to use inside but it is a great place to go and get your car clean and shiny. Also they have collaboration with Jiffy Lube and you can get your oil changed and small maintenance. Auto Spa is located at the corner of Eglinton Ave and ninth line in Mississauga.

Great experience. The wash was really thorough and the car came out very clean. The tire shine was not worth the money since the rims were still dirty. And the tires didn't look any different from when we went in. The overall wash was much better than the usual gas station washes.
The one thing I should mention is the wash rollers grabbed both the mirrors on my Honda Odyssey. Both mirrors were pushed back past their limit and then flipped back by two different sets of rollers. Thankfully they didn't break. Might want to fold your mirrors though they don't ask you to.
Other than that, will definitely use this place again.

I have used this facility twice and had bad experiences both times.

First I had Jiffy Lube there change my summer to winter tires on my 2016 4Runner. They broke 2 of my rear wheel studs. When I checked the wheel nuts with my torque wrench they were set @ 120 ft/lbs compared to factory spec @ 90 ft/lbs.
This would be fix of several hundred dollars if done by a mechanic. Fortunately I could do the fix myself.

At the end of Sept I took the 4Runner in to have it detailed. Thus is the only time the vehicle was accessed by a third party in months. Several weeks later I found that a very expensive survival knife that I kept under the center rear seat for emergencies was gone. I can't prove that one of their people took it, but I know it was there when I had the car detailed and subsequently searched high and low with no luck.
I would not recommend that you leave anything of value in your vehicle if you have it detailed.

Personnally I won't use this facility for any purpose in the future.

They did an amazing job and even though they forgot to shampoo the roof they did it for free when I asked about it! I have three other vehicles heading their way! Totally loved it!

I had been to the jiffy lube place for an oil change and although it was done in a jiffy, and with all the promised check they do ay the time of oil change, I feel they don't and after a couple of days I had my car stalled due to a poor battery and had replace my car battery. If only the checks were done properly then I would have know of the poor battery which they did not detect. I would never go backstop that place again.

1 stop shop for car detailing; inside and/or outside. They even have a section where they hand detail your beloved automobile! I'm not a huge fan of the spiraling cloth material that washes my car, even though they claim to be touchless. Hence the 4 stars, or else it would have been 5/5. Their prices are fair and I would recommend this place to anyone who takes care of their 4 wheeled baby.

Great, quick service. Well-informed staff that gave approximate wait time and explained the service well. A little off on the detailing leaving some smudges in car interior panel. But overall, good service for the service time considered.

Very inconsistent experiences with the complete interior + exterior car wash. Attention to detail is lacking and I receive a different level of results each time. It’s fine to take your daily driver here but I don’t trust them to treat your classic or higher end vehicle with the proper care it deserves. They slam your seats and doors around and don’t treat your car with respect.

This place is amazing, the value you get for all the work is insane. An exterior and quick interior is about $35 (depends on 2 or 4 door) and is 110% worth every penny. The set up is very organized and efficient. The team is very careful and everyone does their job well. You can watch as the team clean the interior, the waiting area is also spotless, I wouldn't expect anything less from a place that specializes in cleaning. I go here Everytime I am in Mississauga, I wish there was an autospa in Markham!

My car is usually very clean. But this weekend I had a few passengers so I just wanted to clean it back to my comfortable state.

This photo unfortunately is the after photo. I paid almost 60 dollars in total. Exterior and my mats are perfect. But somehow all the people working on my car didn't care for the seats.everything else that was already clean before I got there is cleaner. But the reason for me coming here and paying for the service is u resolved. I'm not at all happy with it at all.

One of the best car washes around, super detailed automated car wash. And for the extra clean they offer various interior and exterior detailing.
Always plan ahead, as it takes a min of 30 mins wait times whenever I've gone.

Tried the exterior wash today and was very pleased. The bay's are longer and you get a better clean vs.traditional gas station washes. Will definitely come back.

Great service, fast and efficient. The service offerings were wonderful.

The interior cleaning was well done. Car is placed on a slow-moving conveyor belt while a staff of at least 6-8 worked simultaneously on the car's interior, to clean it in a short amount of time so I didn't have to wait long.

Additional service to support your car– they offered to fix the chip on my windshield at no cost to me, since they file it directly with the insurance, and guaranteed me this would not cause my insurance to go up next year.

My only issues:
– The outside of my car wasn't cleaned fully through their auto wash, I still had dirt on the back including bird droppings. I still have to take care of that myself when I can find the time.
– They weren't able to clean some spots from my steering wheel, which I will have to go back and do myself.
– My seats had some light scuffs from my own vacuum. I had been able to clean those off in the past. During this cleaning, they didn't clean those properly and those "dust" marks were still there.

This place really amazed me, their customer service is wonderful. I will most likely go back, but need to monitor the cleaning this time.

I recommend– before you leave, double-check your car to make sure it's fully cleaned, in case they need to go back over anything. Wish I had!

I had a good customer service experience. They were friendly and helpful and willing to help me get the services I needed for my car. A good product for a fair price.

Disappointed in the lack of cleanliness that was done to my car it was my first time getting my car interior cleaned here and it was a quick job I got into my car and my dash still had fingerprints and left over dust.also I had a passenger drop food on my passenger seat and it had left a small stain behind that was not even cleaned off I had to clean it after I got home and also go over the dashboard with a cloth and clean the left over dust I feel they use the same cloth for every car and dust just gets passed from one car to the next. I do however like going threw the car wash and getting the exterior cleaned.

You will be amazed by the place when entering expect when it comes to car cleaning. The experience wasn't good at all.it was the worst thing I ever had! They are using dirty cloth to clean the interior of the vehicle.everything looked dirty!
In addition to that, when I turned on my car to leave the shop, I noticed that my rear camera is foggy!
I called the guy, he told me it's normal bcoz of the steam.different temperature.etc. He tried to wipe it but wasn't clear! I asked to see the manager but he wasn't available. He told me it will be better in few minutes and not to worry!
After three days from that accident, I called them to complain about it as it stayed the same! They asked me to bring the vehicle to the shop again.
I went next day, they took it inside and I don't know what they did, the camera was 70% cleared but he said the seal was ruined! When I asked how, he said it was manufacture defect.seriously now!
It's a new car.it wasn't my first time to clean it. I told him I didn't bring a damaged vehicle and wanted to blame it on their shop! He just repeated himself over and over with no explanation! I assured that I am not that kind of person that lie or try to blame others for something was already there. I just left as I felt bad for what happened and he just returned back 70% after hour waiting! New car but manufactory defector!
I went to the dealership I bought my vehicle from, they said a stupid guy just put the water hose on the wrong position with high water pressure that damaged the sealing!
I called the main office and talked to the owner but same situation as he told me it's a defect in the car.blah blah blaaaaa
I went to many car shops to figure it out.they all assured it was damaged bcoz of high water pressure! Today I went to same dealership to fix it as it will cost me a lot. I called the auto spa and told them my situation. I told them I am not looking for anything from them but just to let them know it was their fault and they did nothing! I told them I won't come back!
Please beware of this issue and take care
I ended up paying for their stupid fault!

I have been using the coin wash for several months for my cars without issue. I have also used Jiffy lube for an oil change. However in the last few weeks, I had an issue in one of the bays where I inserted coins but the wash didn't initiate, so I just used another bay instead. Then this past weekend, April 26th shortly after 8: 00 PM, went to the wash again and inserted a $5 bill into the coin machine and it dispensed $3 in change. I couldn't speak to anyone because it closes at 7: 00 PM. So I called the following Monday morning to talk about the issue and was told that someone would call me back. On Tuesday, I sent a note on their website but no one responded. I'm guessing that in the event of you needing customer service, it's basically zero. It's not about loosing some change but maybe the focus is on, well, we'll only listen to customers if they come in for detailing. Anyway, I'm guessing they don't need my business.

Follow up- After this post, I was contacted by Chelsea the manager and for whatever reason she did not see my initial communication. I went to the car wash and it was obvious that they cared about the customers and provided me a complimentary wash. This is more in-line with the other comments for satisfied customer. As a result, changing my rating to 5 star. Keep up the customer service.

Avoid - Exterior Wash is Good but over priced (even with discount) also it does use brushes (No sign telling you that) The Interior cleaning was so poor (reason for 1 star rating) rims not wiped, water /soap marks all over truck, vacuum missed some areas in back, and the dash still had dust remaining in areas - lots of friendly happy employees but lack a quality check of work - so you will need to check your vehicle. Suggest Denny’s (Mavis Road Mississauga & in Oakville) or In & Out in Brampton (Airport Road Location Only) both 5 Stars Ratings - much more focus on details - $50 for washing a truck you deserve better then this.
