I've lowered my review to 4 stars instead 5 stars I went back to get my window tinted darker and made an appointment with my American phone I even warned them that I might not get a message from them.

The lady at the desk gave me call and worked but my messages aren't working and I warned them. I new I didn't get a message the next day for the appointment reminder no big deal, still showed up and when I showed up it's like she forgot I had an appointment seemed rude.

Anyways, left my car and she told me it'll be done in 4hrs instead of the usual 2hrs or less like they said they other day. As usual I new I wouldnt get a message to pick up my car not there fault they tried sending not receiving so I called and they answered and then got hung up and would even answer my phone back so had to use my buddies. My American seemed to work on call but not text. I tipped them on the last tint and now regretting it.

Took my toyoRAV4 to auto world great experience. They gave great tint price due to my situation even I offered full price.

The ppl at Auto World are considerate and have compassion to their clients can't wait to be back for other car details. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and I would highly recommend. Bucky and all the staff at autoworld went above and beyond to ensure the tinting experience was fantastic and an enjoyable experience. This place is a little out of the way (around back of the building) but would highly recommend giving them the chance to work on your vehicle.

I can tell hard work was put in both outside and inside my car. The inside is mint, and mind you my car is usually not dirty. However, the difference is QUITE noticeable! The after shine hits different. My friends instantly noticed it too how polished the inside looked. Now the outside was a miracle, U had a few scratches and wow they polished my baby nice! It's hard to keep a black paint clean even after a wash id still feel like it's not CLEAN. I never saw my car shine this nice ever since I bought it! Impeccable

The inside of my second hand car looks brand new again (I should have taken pictures). Reasonably and competitively priced. My car was done within their time estimate. Staff are friendly and professional. Will definitely consider their other services for my car (my headlight needs polishing).

Took my car in for a detailed cleaning, got it back the same day and it looks brand new! No more dirt or dust in the hard to reach places. Very friendly staff, great notification system and professional. Thank you:)

Tried to book my car in for detailing, but there was an issue with the booking system online.

Shawn followed up with me via email to try and resolve this issue but I had already booked somewhere else.

The attention given to one small detailing job that they didn't even get, assures me that the attention to detail on my car would have been great. Will definitely book here in the future.

Car was very dirty inside when I brought it but when I picked it up the interior looked brand new! I'd definitely use them again!

I have heard of this place from so many friends. I finally took my car in for them to give it the love it was missing. Paul was so helpful and had so many creative ideas that made my car look so much nicer. The whole experience was fannaminal. The staff are very knowledgeable and paid attention to the fine details. This place is very professional I took my wife's benz and my parents mustang in 2 days in a row and it was top notch service received texts with confirmations and updates as the job went on very impressed he tints looks amazing. I'm in the automotive industry and will definitely be recommending them and using them again thanks guys keep up the top notch service!

Yousef Noureldin- went there for a window tint.they’re really cool and helpful, the provide you with as much detail as you need, very very helpful… i thought I was going to wait for 3 hours for the tints but it was done in 50 minutes and with perfection, I’m very happy with their work! If anything pops up with the tints I can just go back and they’ll fix it which is amazing, so I’m not worried! Definitely would recommend it.

Amazing and fast service. Their communication was great pre, during and post appointment. I had my windows tinted and have absolutely no complaints. They were priced very well compared to others. I would recommend all to take your business here for your car care needs.

I got full window tinting done here but was left with some issues like film misalignment and interior door panel gap. The team got back to me and offered to fix everything for free and even added full detailing to the car as compensation. Highly recommended!

I first had an on site visit to decide on the exact treatment for my vehicle (2015 Maserati Ghibli SQ4). I was looking for a finish on the exterior. The technician went through the options and I decided on the paint protection plan with clay bar treatment. The work was scheduled and the end result was very positive. I had mentioned the difficulty in keeping my white steel rims clean. They came out awesome as promised in my on site visit. The communication and service provided was very professional and I would certainly recommend them to others. Obviously the quality of the treatment provided will only be verified over time. However, I will be taking in my other car for the same treatment. A big thank you to the Auto World Ottawa team. Les.

Was able to get a an appointment very quickly. Appointment was faster than expected. Tint was installed perfectly and looks great on my windows. Price was one of the most competitive in town. Hoping no issues arise as the film sets however the shop guaranteed they would repair any issues or warranty the product if required. Friendly and prompt staff that seem to really know what they’re doing and are passionate about their work/ products. Will return for future work to my vehicle. Highly recommend

The location is very tricky to find. The work was excellent and i would recommend to friends and go there again my self. It would have helped if they were more accurate with their prediction of the time it would take.they told me 4 hours. I would have made better plans if i had known it would just a 2 hour wait.

Awesome work. Had my truck detailed and it looks great! Didn't realize this included detailing the bed of the truck as I still had leftover mulch in there. They cleaned it anyways and it looks brand new. That's going above and beyond. They easily could have declined detailing the box and I would completely understand the reasoning.

One word, AMAZING! Do not hesitate to book your vehicle in for detailing here. I had my doubts because the car we brought in was bad, really bad. Filthy from decades of not being cleaned. Layers of filth both inside and out. When we picked it up I almost cried because it was in showroom condition! I don’t know how they did it! Great pricing, very easy to book, outstanding communication & customer service. Was so happy with the first car, immediately booked in the second car. Love you Auto World! Thank you!

Fair price. Customer service is good. The only thing that I suggest is waiting time. In the website states that the vehicle needs 2 hours the windshield to be replaced. But I waited 4 hours. Otherwise everything is perfect.

I thought I would try Auto World Ottawa to detail my vehicle based on it's 5-star rating. It was ok - nothing really bad and nothing really good. The carpet/mats of the SUV were wet for 3 days, I did what I was told and left the SUV windows open in garage when it rained, and even took out the mats to dry. Eventually, I had to hairblower dry the carpet/mats. I also had to wipe away the streaks (prob from what was used to treat them), and greenish/blue spots on the seats. I really didnt appreciate the extra work. For what Auto World Ottawa charges for detailing compared to others that I have used in past, I dont think its worth it. Nothing special. BTW: Auto World Ottawa, All is good now - no need to contact me about this review:)

First time ever getting my car detailed. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work.

Couple things I should mention that I was not happy about:
1) Because I've had my car rust proofed previously, there's a build up of whatever under my doors. When my car was washed, this wasn't wiped. (I wiped down myself when I got home)
2) My air freshener vent clip was thrown out. (Not a big deal, but still.)

Lastly, I'm not sure if this is normal after getting your car detailed, but my windows were streaky. The next day I washed the inside of my windows again as they're tinted and I didn't want the film to be affected.

At the end of the day, I do still plan on coming back and hope the two above mentioned items will be addressed in the future.

Got my car washed here a couple times and windows tinted. I had no issues, my friend got his car washed but they messed up his audio system (maybe from getting the antenna outside too out) not sure but he had to replace his car with a new audio system which was costly. Otherwise, no issues with Auto World.

Got my truck interior and exterior detailed. The job was well done, some spots were missed along the door thresholds and at the crease of my windshield and dash, but overall a good job.

They cleaned one of my vehicles above and beyond my expectations, the owner and his employees were very polite and accommodating to my needs.
I really appreciate the text messages I received letting me know when my appt was and also when my car was completed.

Only complaint is that the signage in the front of 1800 Bank to actually find where to go/park is not adequate and it was hard to find where to go!

I highly recommend Auto World CRM cleaning services. They were professional and did an amazing job at cleaning the interior and exterior of my car. These guys are simply excellent, courteous, efficient and they go the extra mile.

My appointment was at 11 but actually got the car in at 12. They did a decent job but my snow carpet were not cleaned properly.

Very good service and very professional! They were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The tint looks amazing and I will most likely go back to tint my lights as well! Most definitely recommend!

These guys gave my little toyota echo a huge facelift! I never thought my car could look this good! Was very pleased with the results and professionalism. I'm glad I found a good shop to tint my cars at they will be seeing more of my business in the future!

I took my 2007 Rav4 in yesterday for a windshield replacement and a spring detailing package (139$) and was very satisfied with the quality of the service I received. The guys there did a really nice job, my car came out looking and smelling great! All of that for a reasonable price, I mean what else can you ask for! Thanks again guys!

The guys at Auto World were amazing, had my car ready the same day, fully explained what service i needed and helped me save money!

We had to do a cleaning quickly because we lent our car to help our son move, and they moved some rabbits in their cages. As it turns out, my wife and I are very allergic to rabbits, so much so that my wife couldn’t be in the car for even a minute, while I started wheezing after about 5 minutes. I called Auto World, and they managed to squeeze me in in only 2 days, which is astonishingly fast at this time of year.

Despite the rushed appointment, the work done was superb, the staff were friendly and very understanding, I could not have had a better experience (well, maybe a free cup of coffee).

Most definitely will be using them again and heartily recommend them.

They did an absolutely amazing job. I mean spectacular. I highly highly recommend them. They will need about 2.5 hours for any interior detailing cleaning work but it's worth it.

There isn't a waiting or a seating area so be prepared to leave your car keys and Uber home or loiter about near Bank and Altavista.

This is great place but the job done is not too good but the price is reasonable, I think they make a great progress but not so prefect in a way.

I am quiet pleased with the service. However I would have appreciated if someone would have notified me that the stains on my car seats were not able to be removed and advised me different suggestions rather than me asking for it. Also when I picked up my car I noticed there was still lots of pets hair on the rear seats. Nevertheless when I brought it to the attendants attention he was very quick in reacting and immediately took my car inside and re-vacuumed the seats. I thought that was quiet professional. Other than this I am quiet pleased with your service and would definitely return back for a next visit. Thanks you!

Got my car windows tinted in the summer of 2019. Brand new car very excited to get that done.
Turn out a lot of air bubbles, bad workmanship from one of their employees.
Contacted one of the owner got it redone in no time. He also gave me a complimentary detailing which was very nice of him.
Will definitely refer my family and friends to go there.

Overall a good job for tinting the car. Just a couple bubbles in the tint but overall a good job. Also some left over tint garbage left in the back seat but that’s no big deal. I would go back to this company again for tinting and also for anyone else that needs tint on their car.

My van is 16 years old.mind you I have taken really good care of it but it looks brand new on the inside!
Also very happy how the tinting if the windows turned out.

My car had a huge dent and the back light was broken, I was able to book an appointment within the week I called and they fixed it the same day so no rental car needed! Looks amazing, dent is gone and a new light was put in (they even detailed my car inside!)

I had a great experience at Auto World. Paul is a great guy with good quality work. Auto World does a good job at communicating information and actually explaining details to the customer. I chose Auto World because they have good communication skills and because they will match or beat any competitors price. I am very happy with the end result. I spent less than half of what Apple Auto Glass had quoted me. I would highly recommend Auto World.

Great job done in timely manner for a fair price. The location is convient and absolutely loved the free coffee across the street. I will definitely be coming back!

Everything was great however once I got home I realize that I was quoted $160 and I was charged $180. The extra charge was not explained on the receipt

Had my windshield replaced by Auto World. Entrance was a little hard to find (it is behind the building beside value village) but the service was exceptional. Free car wash, detailing and they even spot treated a couple of rust spots for me. Highly recommend.

Terrible service, if you even call it service. Had an appointment booked and was told that he can no longer take me when I arrived. (Couldn’t even call me ahead of time, instead made me waste my time and go all the way out to their business.)
Later attempted to contact them for other appointments and my multiple messages where read but ignored.

I occasionally found their ad from instagram, and they have interior wash only. Then I decided to go there since I was trying to remove salt myself which wasn’t worked well. I found out the result was impressive, carpets look like very new. I’m really satisfied it. Definitely recommend
