Had a great experience here! Went over my options with the guy behind the counter and decided to save over the winter to go over the top in the spring. I can’t wait to buy really cool stuff for my car here

I honestly am not sure where to begin. The staffs one job is to find the correct box and bring it up front. They charged me for the correct part but gave me the wrong part. So my trucks apart in a million pieces with a bad part. Okay I call them non in stock for the correct part I was already charged for best they can do is 2 days later. Luckily part source had what I needed at a cheaper rate and squared this away. Then it came to returning the incorrect part they gave me. We called and asked if we could return it to a different credit or debit card to which they said a debit card would be fine. So we drive there with a debit card to make the return and are told they cannot return to it to a debit card and specifically asked for a credit card to which we didn’t have access too. So I’m up an extra starter for a wrong truck. Out over 220$. Can clearly tell there is a reason this is a near minimum wage employer. Poor customer service, Don’t waste your time go to part source.

What you have replied is a blatant lie. If you had 5 left of shelf we would have just returned and replaced no problem. Instead you guys jerked us around told us the “quickest we can do is Tuesday” as for the part I purchased from part source it was also a Dixie Canadian made starter like yours just 20 bucks cheaper and the correct part. After I return the incorrect item there is zero percent chance of you retaining me or my families business.

Dealership wanted over $550 for a wheel bearing for my truck so warehouse and bought the bearing for $235 and it's a better quality than what the dealership wanted

Went there today with the intention of dropping about $1500 in the hot rod shop, and got told to go home and watch YouTube videos. And I’ve been researching what I’ve needed & wanted to buy for over 8 mths. DO BETTER

Great prices, fast service, lots of items in stock and all major payment methods accepted. Open Sunday is a huge plus!

Great customer service, guys there are great always offer assistance not pushy once so ever even if your just there to browse and take a look around, unlike like other establishments in this field of sales. Highly suggest stopping in to take a look around have great deals and the guys are great!

Best in the biz for all your car needs. Have ordered stuff through them that they didn’t have in stock, and somehow they magically got the part same day and I was able to install. Go see the boys at automotive.

Showroom staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of parts at the best prices.

Louie and the AW team offer too notch service and it’s matched by none. I’d recommend giving them a shot and reading through the real reviews instead of false ones left by the same account.

Business is so weird these days because of COVID and the numerous lockdowns that we all wrestle with. The guys at Automotive Warehouse continue to do a fabulous job in spite of all the restrictions. It is a bit of a balancing act between safety and providing the same high level of service they always have. In my experience, they do it with flying colours!

I have a number of different vehicles to keep on the road and I continue to rely on them for quality parts, knowledgeable experience, good deliveries even though the border is such a mess, and all the while maintaining the best prices. I would mention the guys by name and I will not out of respect for your privacy, but you know who you are. Thank you and keep it up!

Great place to get parts from, staff are always helpful and honest, no concern on being fed lies to get a sale. Wonderful place!

Fantastic building with an awesome layout. Lots of stock and super helpful employees! Loved going in to browse before covid and they have done an amazing job supplying customers with the parts they need during these difficult times. Highly recommend ordering products here and going in when the restrictions are lifted.

Seriously not impressed. Ordered parts, was told we would get a call back within a day or two, never received the call and had to call back to find out the part we ordered were on backorder. (The individual that helped us the first time was awesome)
The next time we called back to confirm when the new part would be in sounded a lot like they lost the part (they were all prepaid) which was very unsettling.

Then a week and a half after that call, we get the call that it's in and when I go to pick it up, it took 3 employees to track down the parts which took around an hour total.

Unorganized is the best description of our experience.
We won't be returning.

Best place I can think of to get new parts at a pretty good price. And if they don't have want you need they can order it for you. They have a cool show room in the back with some cool after market stuff too make any car look super cool.

Automotive Warehouse is the only place I shop for parts and performance in the Niagara Region, the customer service is always above and beyond from the staff at Automotive!

The showroom is a pleasure to walk through too, so much to see and definitely a must see if you truly love cars and performance!

This is my local parts source and I’ve been here several times this year. They always have what I need in stock and I bought a sway bar end link this past Tuesday. The service is great and I’m usually in and out very quickly.
