These rude guys, Alireza, Aidin, Nasser Rad, Inder Sing, and others steal your deposit.
Don't give them your money as a deposit. They don't get it back to you. They are lying, trust me. They sell you a garbage car with lots of hidden fees, and without even a test drive. Stay away from this place.

Worst experience ever, bought a car from alex and he told me that the car warranty is mandatory which cost $ 2,000. I found out that it’s not after i checked with my finance company. Although he wasn’t clear about the car condition as he said it had only one accident with different claim repair dates but i found out that was two different accidents when i checked with other dealer! Although safety paper $500 when it’s $50 only with some other dealers

I had 2 bad experiences with Autorama with 2 different people. I called to ask if i could see and test drive a car. Alan booked me an appt to come at 330pm. When I arrived he said to wait so he could check on the car cuz the windshield was being replaced and that it will be ready soon and asked me to wait in the showroom and will call me. I waited for 45mins. No car. Infact he even forgot about me cuz the look on his face when he saw me after I paged him.i still wanted to see the car so I called a few days later asking to test drive the car. This time I was speaking with Sam who assured me the car was ready so we made arrangements to view the car the following day at 11am. I took the day off and called him on the phone that morning confirming I was on my way. Halfway there he calls me back to say the car is not ready until 5pm! So again he wasted my time and not to mention gas because they don’t care to check if the car is even available. They obviously have no consideration for people’s time. They have the worst customer service!

My brother and I came to autorama to look for a car.right on the entrance Alan greeted and welcomed us giving a really good impression, after looking around for 1 hour my brother decided what car would he want. We talked to Alan and he made it possible for my brother and me to get the car. He has been extremely helpful even after hours to set up the car. He did a free undercoating for us and everything. So I recently checked autorama inventory on their website. At first I thought their website got hacked because of how high most of the used cars where priced at. However, the calculator of bi-weekly payment seemed like I will be able to afford it.
I decided to call them and try to apply for a finance… they gave me the highest rate I’ve even had, nothing how it looks like on the website or AutoTrader. And nobody was actually trying to help me, neither to low the price a little bit (the vehicle was on the market for 6 months).
So, I was told to come back when I am ready to by a vehicle. Very unprofessional.
After 2 days of the conversation with the salesman the raised the price.

Overpriced is the least I could say for their used cars.

Dishonest and rude sales representative.
I went in, checked out a car make sure everything was ok and still have good tire tread. I asked to test drive, was told I can not test drive it because it's raining outside and the car is already washed and store indoor unless I buy the car. Sure I told him I'm going to buy the car, took it for a test drive and instantly told the sales the rear bearing hub is gone because it's making noise. I will only buy the car in the condition that the bearing hub is fix. He said no problem we will fix everything up and clean it up when I pick up the van. After picking up the van the noise got louder within the week, gone back to the sales and he said to me it's not his problem and told me to deal with his manager directly, his manager was helpful and told me to bring the car back, drop it off and had it fixed. (It take me 45 minutes to get to the dealer every time, could of save me hours if they fixed it at first).
Few hundred km later, my rear start making a different sound, this time it's the tires, the tires are bald. It seems to me someone have exchanged the tires from the car at some point after my purchase.
Will not recommend.

I Deonarine Budhoo looked for a vehicle to buy and came across a black 2015 Toyota Venza that is selling at "Autorama". I went to Autorama the on October 17,2020 and the Toyota Venza price was different and the kilometer is different so on our way out I saw a black 2016 Toyota Sienna and the salesman told me "this vehicle had two accidents" and I was leaving, then he changes the deal for $18,000 with tax included and said "this vehicle comes with 2 years warranty. The sales price was $19,000 with tax included. Also, the negotiation is done in one office and the paper work was done in another office. Then, the salesman brings the paper to me to initial and sign. I started to sign as I trusted the salesman to keep his word as verbal agreement. I also was trading in my 2009 Honda Odyssey Touring and the Salesman said "I will give you $3,400", but the paper work show $3000 and the salesmen tap my card for $100 for transfer fee, I don't know what a transfer fee is about. On October 23,2020, I went to picking up the 2016 Toyota Sienna. I've noticed the numbers are different from what we talk about on the paper work and decide to cancel the deal and the Salesman said "it will be $1000 dollars to cancel" and I agree to this, then the salesman changed his mind and said "I can't cancel it because your 2009 Honda Odyssey Touring was sold and I don't know the who's the buyer". Also, Armin said "talking and writing are two different things". I was upset and leave with Toyota Sienna and went home.then I was taking a close look at the vehicle and notice the tires were thin with cracks on the sidewall. I've decided to check the brake pads, when I discover the wheels had wheel locks with no wheel key provided. I take the vehicle back to the dealership and ask Armin for the wheel key and he said "I have none" and told me to "make an appointment" which I did to remove the locks and change the tires.the vehicle was left over night. He removed the tires and change the wheel locks to regular lug nuts. Now I'm stuck with the Uber fee of $97 and asked if they reimburse on the Uber fee and he said "we don't pay for taxi bill".

BEST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR.

I bought my car 1 week ago at Autorama from Ted. I have bought few cars before but by far Ted was the best sales person I have ever met before. He explained everything about a car to me he was not pushy sales person. He gave me a great financing rate and most important he followed up with me 3 times since last week to make sure my car is ok or if I had any question. I feel very happy about my purchase at this place.

Small things but important. He changed my window wipers which he did not need to do or tell me but he did it.
Over all best place and great service and top condition cars.

Dont let their big location and fake media advertising fool you, they advertise vehicles that they dont even have, typical Bait and Switch practice in this dealer unfortunately for them we are educated and we know out stuff. The business is probably owned and operated by old dinosaurs that think that tactic still works.
Forget how much they charge for the cars and everything else, i wasted my valuable time to go there and give them business to realize that 4 cars i went to see were wrongly advertised or not even there, and the uneducated sales guy doesn't even know how to answer simple questions about the car i was about to purchase! Read the 1 star reviews carefully before going in here and wasting your time.

This place totally broke my trust. I put down a deposit, and went back to buy the car, and had all the paperwork and bank approval done for their loan including an added warranty. I changed my mind on the warranty, and the Manager of the dealership came in to talk me up on it telling me another person was interested in the car and he needs to sell it to the guy who can make him more money. I called him out on it because I was there, had a deal in front of me, and put a deposit down. I couldn't trust a company that would lose a customer because they can't upsell you.

It isn't always about making more money if you lose a customer.
If you buy here watch out for delivery fees, and higher interest rates. They can offer 4.6%, but they get an incentive from the bank if they can get you to sign at a 6.99% rate.

Dishonest. Unprofessional. Caution. I came in 3 days ago with my two uncles and was not treated well. Don't pay attention to the fake AWARDS here. Read carefully the 1 stars. The staff is unprofessional. They are selling many vehicles that have had accidents. Advertising on their website is not accurate. This is by the far the worst auto car sales company i have come across. If you don't want to waste your time, deal with rude and pushy salesman, avoid them, They Also advertise vehicles for ($) but they want you to finance it, but they don't sale it to you if you say I want to pay cash, that's what they're sales men said.

The showroom is large and clean. The cars show beautifully. I came in for a Subaru Crosstrek. Ted had the financing done in 30 min. I was told the car would be ready after 6: 00 pm the next. I was not disappointed.

I suggest buy from company dealerships only. I bought RAV4 from this place recently. The backup camera on car was flickering during night time. I complaint about that on same day I bought the car. First, their mechanic suggested to replace camera of my own. When I talked to the management and talked about the concern, they agreed to replace camera. Fine, appointment was scheduled, I left my car for all day. When I went back, it was replaced with third party china made camera which is non adjustable (permanent fixed to one spot) and ONLY shows me the image of road under the tail. Nothing else. It’s completely useless. I again talked to the management and was told “most people in this country keep cars for 2-2.5 year. So, don’t worry! ” I checked with Toyota dealer and to replace backup camera with genuine one, it was quoted to me for $800+HST (TOTALLY INSANE!). I still has to deal with equivalent to no backup camera which is terrible.

The car came with only ONE key and nobody explained at the time of purchase. Once all paperwork was done, I was informed that car has one key and I will be called if another key is received by dealer from company. (Who’s gonna bother to call-back once money is IN and customer is OUT?). I was suggested by sales guy to cut another one from outside which is $250.

The car’s bumper is misaligned. When asked to fix, I was told “we don’t have any solution for this”

The plastic body under the driver seat was also not properly attached and I noticed that same day. It was fixed temporarily and later came out again.

I recommend to always buy from Company dealerships only. At first you will receive your car with company’s certified quality tests.
If in case you go back with some problem (s), you will not be betrayed with duplicate parts.

You may get attracted towards price but down the road, piece of mind is more important.

Please guys before buying from this dealership there are a few things you will need to know. First they do not do safety properly, you honestly need to bring your own mechanic. Unfortunately these guys are Persians, who do not respect any consumer. Its sad that many of them have given a bad name to the people. Do not be fooled by the big car lot and the cars they have. Ray is the guy who's in charge of servicing vehicles. This guy by far acts like he is a professional, but he is the biggest crook. I have called OMVIC and I also notified the MTO, of what these guys are selling. It been one month with my car, from day one, alignment is off, vibration on the highway, hole in the muffler and my engine light came on.luckly for me I had figured out what the issue was on the engine.it was nothing major just a hose connecting to the mass air flow sensor. These guys buy alot of there cars from Quebec and many people will tell you that the worst cars actually come from there. There is also a bald guy there who walks around all the time and claims he is not the owner and i confronted him many times that I am having these issues. I have drove so many km to get my car repaired on numerous occasions. They charge you fees which not even the MTO charges in terms of ownership transfers etc. The sales guys are also crooks who do not explain things I properly, I was just a bit desperate to get a car quickly and I greatly regret it. I inform you "The consumer" to please stay from these shady people. They say they can not make everyone happy, which is the most unacceptable thing to say. If a car has low mileage then in my eyes its still practically brand new and its the dealers responsibility to have everything fixed and make sure it is road worthy condition. Still trying to contact Ray but he does not like to answer calls, will make false allegations against you and try to scam you into using your third party warranty so his crook buddies can charge the insurance company a hefty fee and pocket lots of money. These guys are like a pyramid scheme only selling vehicles in that aspect but the same business rules apply to crooks like these guys. Honest dealerships are hard to come by these days so please take your time when your buying a vehicle and bring someone with you.do not go alone, have someone to make you think twice and get advice from people and then make a decision that suits you.

I drove to Toronto from Kitchener to see a highline Tiguan they had advertised, when I got there it was actually a comfortline. The sales person who was helping me kept asking me what’s the difference they both have leather and panoramic sunroof WHATS THE DIFFERENCE? Well it makes a difference to me because as a consumer I knew more about the vehicle then the sales men did.
Either they are ignorante to the options and type of vehicle they sell or they are very sneaky.
I wouldn’t do business with that company or recommend anyone to do business with them.
Thank you for wasting half of my Saturday that I could of have spent at home with my kids!
