Ordered and then went to an Autoparts store and their prices were 300% more

The dollar store of auto parts. They should be ashamed to sell such low quality parts.l bought a rear wheel bearing, changed it, 1 month later it was as bad as the old one. Installed another one today and it is louder than the OEM one on the other side that is 6 years old. Also, the rotors I put on in the spring are already disintegrating and the pads are already squealing. Spend the extra money at a real auto parts store, it will be cheaper in the long run.

Reply: Wow, thanks autoshack for pointing out that parts have to be installed correctly. Luckily the rear hub on a front wheel drive is one of the simplest parts to replace. Unhelpful advice

Also, what kind of video do you require to honour the warranty? Just audio while I'm driving? How do I video tape a faulty bearing? Furthermore, I don't want a third faulty bearing from the same brand. Will autoshack let me upgrade on a return?

Used to get free shipping from autoshack, now I have to pay. But if you go through amazon, no charge for shipping. Also could not get the option to buy warranty on amazon

Don’t buy from them! They used to be good but now they will purposely send you wrong part and give you extremely hard time to return and refund it. They close your case and it’s a nightmare just DONT!

Well I have got lots of parts from here but now I ordered online and got wrong parts drove 3 hrs to return them to get right parts and the clowns want me to pay again and will send my money back in 5 days that’s not how this works I take the parts back and give me what’s left from my money no pay agin and wait for my hard earned money will
Not be back. Or order from them again sucks but Napa and benson is way better to deal with at least it is a English person when they answer the phone

Do not I REPEAT DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.they sent the wrong parts (mismatching skus) claimed they gave me a upgrade to heavy duty brakes parts bc they sold out of the ones I ordered. Yet failed to realize I also ordered calipers as well and tried to tell me it was all compatible well it's not. Brake pads are 1.5 inches to long. Meaning they aren't for the vehicle I ordered them for.

When I run the part number on their website it gives me parts for a dodge ram 1500

Customer service is HORRIBLE.

OH AND they will send you broken brake pads and blame you for breaking them.

So now I am stuck spending more money I don't have. To replace the parts they refuse to take owner ship for.
