This is the place to go to for your new vehicle! The team is there to help you in every step of the way. We have purchased 2 cars with them already and are not returning to another dealership. They are trustworthy and accommodating. Very smooth and fast process too.

People are nice, and supportive. They host you with a nice coffee too. Still I give them one star despite the fact that 2 years ago I gave them 5 stars. Now I changed my mind when I am more clear about the market and all terms of that contract. At that time, I was a new comer to Canada and knew nothing. They charged me a lot of money as their dock fees which was around 700 I think. Also, they charged on me 2000 CAD as the machine warranty for 2 years, and they showed the value of purchasing that Warranty in such a way that any new comer could accept. While in reality, there was no need for those extra charges. Comparing to the market, as I did some research now, I understood I have bought that car expensive. With full respect that I have in these guys, this is what I think should be commented here to help other new comers.

Bought a 2019 Elantra from Elias. Very helpful. Got me a great deal on a car AND helped me with insurance. Honest and upfront. Will always recommend and will return in the future!

Best used car dealership I have experienced! Everyone is super friendly and helpful and there is never any pressure (which is rare)! I bought my Elantra back in April and have been loving it with no issues. Elias was fantastic he really took the stress out of my purchase. He was a great sounding board giving his honest opinion and helping me compare my options! Elias delivered on all the promises and even did more by helping me with insurance and financing! Back in 2019, I was looking around for a used car and stumbled on Autotech Emporium. I am so fortunate that I did.

We met with Victor, who made us feel comfortable and secure from the beginning. After sitting down and going over our budget, he introduced us to several vehicles within our price range without ever pressuring us to look at more expensive ones. He was upfront about all the costs and warranties, and worked with our insurance broker at the time to make sure all the paperwork and documentation was correct. It was so affirming to have someone like Victor give us such a smooth experience shopping for vehicles. But this review doesn't end here.

When I ran into major vehicle issues due to a previous highway accident, out of desperation and wanting advice, I reached back out to Autotech Emporium early this year and spoke to Kris. Kris listened to my situation, and walked me through all possible avenues and outcomes. At this point I reconnected with Victor as well, and between the two of them they not only provided me with invaluable advice regarding post-accident vehicles, they went above and beyond in working with our dealership to ensure we were taken care of. This gesture meant the world to us, especially after a particularly hard past year after the accident.

This is where I purchased my 2018 Toyota Corolla, and it has been driving superbly. It has relatively few kilometres on it, and I paid a fair price for it. Because of how welcoming and trustworthy these guys are, I'll suggest visiting this location.

There are lots of wonderful used cars at Autotech Emporium! Shockingly low rates for such well-maintained vehicles with such low mileage! The salespeople are wonderful to work with! Been one year since I bought a civic from here
Have had minor issues in my car like twice or thrice, but whenever I went in for getting it fixed, it was fixed on priority.
Thanks to the staff but more importantly, Chris is the guy, he’s genuine, friendly and reliable.
Kudos to Chris for the best suggestions, explaining the issues as well. There are very less people like him and this is exactly what a customer expects from a car dealer.

Bought a car last year. Car has been OKAY. It was used but a few things were weird. Hub cap fell off immediately (first drive) and brakes immediately started making weird noises.

They were almost impossible to reach once car was purchased. I just ended up bringing to independent services who helped me with car.

I got my second car here (2018 Hyundai Elantra). John was sales man, and he was very friendly, helpful and was very upfront with car info. Mike in finance took care of all the paperwork and he explained everything very clearly, and answered all of our questions. After all finance and paper work was wrapped up, I got the in just a few days, cleaned up and ready to go. I had a great experience here — I would recommend.

On my first visit ONLY to inquire about getting my first car I specifically asked the finance guy NOT to do a hard credit check cause I wasn't sure if I would buy. All I needed were estimates. But ofcourse they still did one and when I disputed it with the Credit Bureau they told the Bureau it was legitimate. When I actually went back to buy the car they ran it AGAIN which I was ok with the second time but NOT the first time. No matter what service you offer after affecting my credit score is enough to give you 0 stars.

Elias is the best person I have met ever. Went through tiny details of the vehicle. Described the car in a well professional manner. Have sound knowledge of each and every car in their yard. Really appreciate efforts! Much happier with the experience at Autotech Emporium.

I was very confused about which car to go with. This was by far the best experience I ever had buying a car. I really felt that the staff were more concerned with caring for me as a customer than selling a car. I bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealership last week, and couldn't be happier! They were fast, efficient, and made a point of caring for their clients. Highly recommend this dealership!

I called ahead and booked an appointment to test drive a vehicle. They said they would sanitize it and have it ready to go when I got there. When I showed up they said I couldn't test drive because of COVID19. I explained that I called ahead and specifically asked to test drive. They then said they could let me drive in the parking lot (which was very tiny). I explained I can't purchase a vehicle I can't test drive. They said they might be able to make an exception to drive around the block. I said if I can't drive on the highway I can't buy any of their cars.

I received no apology for the inconvenience they put me through. I had come from out of town, so this was a big disappointment and took up half my day for nothing. They should have explained when I called them for the test drive.

Most other dealerships will allow a test drive (even in Toronto).

I had a wonderful experience dealing with John. I have been looking around at many dealers leaving me less then satisfied with service and selection. I then came to Autotech Emporium and finally got excellent customer service! I even ended up with a lower payment! I highly recommend this dealer and particularly John to help guide your next used car purchase.

I had a pretty positive experience at Autotech with Chirs/John and the team there. They're honest guys and I felt comfortable in my dealings with them. The car i bought was in great shape and a very good price. I had a cool test drive on the highway and after some light negotiations I was ready to buy. The car took a few days to get licensed, certified as well as the basic maintenance. In all it was relatively stress free and convenient. If I was looking for another used vehicle I would definitely check these guys again. (No problems with the car 2 years in.then again Toyota's rarely do)

This should be the first place you go for a used car in Toronto - they are great. Super transparent and trustworthy - go speak with victor if you have the chance. He is the best

I was referred by a family fried to Autotech. Everyone was very helpful and they answered all my concerns as a first time buyer. Thi is is my second vehicle from them and So far, my Acura RDX has been great and i do all my service with them and the cost is so much lower than other places because of the discount i get on parts and labor. Bought an SUV here and couldn't be any happier. Your service was extremely courteous and professional and you have already lived up to your promise of outstanding service. As you know there were a couple of issues that we identified after driving the car home (back seat would not fold down and the car had a rough, noisy ride). Such things happen, even when now. You told us to bring it in and that your service people would make it right. Indeed they have and they did so promptly. The car rides beautifully now and provides the quality of ride and quietness that i would expect from this vehicle. Indeed the car was immaculate when delivered to us and not only looks new, but rides like new and yet it is a 2010.
Your website has many positive testimonials and indeed my conversation with you and your staff gave me the confidence to buy "used". At this point i am very pleased that i did buy from Autotech Emporium and fully expect that i will continue to feel this way. As a young female, people always tell you that used car dealers will take advantage of you and rip you off. This was definitely the case with this place. They all seemed very nice when I first went in to see a car I liked. There was dents and scratched on the front and back bumper that I was told would be fixed before I bought it. When I went for a test drive one of the tire lights were on and the guy told me that would be taken care of before I bought it. The guy I was dealing with also pulled up reports on how much my trade in make, model and km would be worth- he told me around $4,000.

So I decide to buy the car. I got the $700 package where they do a full shampoo of the car as well as put on a new set of breaks.

After going in to sign the paperwork, they tell me I now am only getting $300 for my car.
The day I go to pick up my car there are still dents and scratches all over the front and back. The guy giggled and said we did the best we could….

After leaving the dealership I notice that they took out the floor matts, there were still salt stains all over the back carpet and there was even a dried up grape in the door picket… what shampoo of the interior dd they do?
About 2 weeks after purchasing, the same tire light came on, there is a slow leak in this tire. I have had the car for about 6 months now and every 2 weeks the tire needs air.

About 3 months after having the vehicle the car starts shaking like crazy when ever I touch the breaks. I had to take it in to get looked at and I was told that they put the cheapest of cheap breaks on and when they got warmed up they warped – I then needed to get a whole new set of breaks. So the $700 package that was supposed t be a great deal ended up costing me even more

There are multiple other downfalls to this vehicle that I could go on and on about. I wish I never purchased form this slimy used car dealership.
