Navigating each manufacturer to see what they offer newcomers is a daunting task!

I submitted an enquiry with AutoValue and within 15 minutes had a call to go through what I was looking for in a vehicle.

I met with Nathan Sears and went through everything, test drive, specs what I wanted in a vehicle. Met with Colin submitted the finance where things didn’t go to plan. That didn’t stop Colin helping me in finding a car.

I cannot express how fantastic Nathan and Colin were in helping me buy my first vehicle in Canada. They both went above and beyond of what I expected.

If you’re in the market for a new car give Nathan a visit, I will be recommending everyone! Great work gents! Will definitely be back in the future!

We walked in without an appointment to inquire about a Tucson Hybrid and two days later drove home with our new car. The customer service we received from everyone we met was terrific. Noah was so easy to work with and answered all questions we had.

I am a returning customer to this dealership, having owned a 2017 and 2019 Santa Fe, both acquired new. After 3 years with another brand, I just took delivery of a 2023 Kona N line. I am delighted with the vehicle. I received courteous and helpful service from Chris in sales and Steve in Finance, and I am delighted to become re-acquainted with this excellent dealership once again.

I hit a pothole in my Santa Fe XL and the drivers side tire was making a terrible noise and unfortunately I was 1.5 hrs away from home. I arrived at Auto Value Hyundai at 4: 15pm (they close at 5: 00pm). The service manager Dave Huntington was concerned about me driving the vehicle and immediately had one of his mechanics (Keith) have a look at it. After a drive in the XL Keith put it on their lift and determined there was nothing broken. The lug nuts were loose and had to be tightened, problem solved and we arrived home safely.
The only issue I have is that they are to far away for me to take my service there.

Taking my maintenance business elsewhere. Finally left after 2 hour wait for an oil change. I was unaware a free alignment came with the service. The oil change was completed but my car had been sitting for another hour waiting for this free alignment. It then would have to come back out and wait for my free car wash. Another customer was in for an oil change. It was 3 hours before his alignment happened and he was still waiting for that to be completed and get his car wash when I left. He admitted he had nothing else to do but was definitely getting impatient. I was not impressed with the attitude of the girl waiting on me. Turns out there was more work needed and in 2 hours time was never told. I drove off and went to Advantage Autopro. Turns out you do not need to go to your dealership for warranty work. Only thing Advantage Autopro cannot do is recalls.

I've purchased three brand new vehicles from AutoValue Hyundai since 2010. It was easy to negotiate a fair deal on a new car with the salespeople, although the heart of any quality dealership lies in the service department. Service advisors, along with the experienced technicians have kept my vehicle in top shape. Jody, a front line service advisor at AutoValue is the one I trust to check for any recalls, deal with any issue I may have, and advises on upcoming maintenance requirements which I appreciate. She has an engaging personality and is helpful with the clients who bring their vehicles in for service. Five stars to Jody for excellent customer service in a quality dealership.

One of the worst place to go for shopping or for servicing. Takes 3 to 4 hours for oil change and can’t find out whats wrong with car when there is clearly an issue.can’t provide shuttle service. It takes about more than an hour to get picked up. DONT COME HERE. AVOID THIS PLACE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

When we entered Auto Value Hyundai, we were greeted warmly by a sales representative. He listened to us as we shared what vehicles we were interested in. He went out of his way to accommodate us. We called him a few days after our purchase with some questions regarding the car. He was very knowledgeable and quickly gave us the answers we needed. All in all we had a great experience, and we are enjoying our new Hyundai Sonata!

My husband, Steven, and I were really impressed with the sales team here. Chris was very transparent with numbers and provided us with several calculated options for leasing and buying so we could decide what worked best for us. Chase was also super nice and friendly. They were flexible and worked with our schedule since we live out of town. Colin was very nice and helpful with finances and explained everything thoroughly. As a young couple, we really appreciated that they took us seriously and answered all our questions. I also appreciated that they addressed both of us instead of just talking to my husband. 10/10 would recommend.

If you are looking at any negative reviews I would say ignore and go and experience it yourself. It goes without saying that you are smart and do your own research beforehand. Our family had a great experience at this dealership! We were looking for a new car and it was super difficult finding anything with the dealerships in Toronto due to all the supply chain issues. We saw a hybrid Tuscon on AutoValue's website, called in and got connected to an amazing sales rep, Cody. He was super flexible and offered to meet the same day. At the dealership we felt welcomes by the entire team. Chase and Matt the sales managers and Colin the finance manager were all super friendly and seeing that we had a new born with us did everything to make the deal the best deal for us. I would recommend them to anyone!

Beware of this dealership AutoValue Hyundai. Would rate negative 100 stars if I could. 1st when trying to inquire of lease for 2022 santa fe calligraphy of price, interest and options Sales Rep Yuri wouldn't provide the interest rate and asked what the difference was if it was 12%, 6% or 0% we walked away at that point. This dealership is like the only one that wouldn't provide you a purchase agreement break down until you have to sign the deal, they only give you their own breakdown of what they want u to see, they leave out the interest and all their administration fees and etc, where all other dealers in Niagara provide it to you without you having to even ask. Went to different dealer however no suv within 200km and autovalue wouldn't dealer trade so only way to purchase was from autovalue. There were 2 modules of this suv with that same trim and when I asked Yuri if I could see the other one he refused. I ended up having to buy 2022 santa fe calligraphy last 6 digits of VIN (#377533), got home in the evening it was dusk and in my garage saw all kinds of scratches on back of tailgate below the rear window. Took pics and sent to autovalue manager Matt right away. Within hours the other hyundai dealer that tried locating the suv with 200km contacted me and said that the VIN 377533 had a car wash break on it and had extensive damage. (All the remaining scratches on tailgate) autovalue tried selling me a very damaged 2022 santa fe and completelylied about everything. And this was the reason why autovalue wasn't doing the dealer trade, I called them out on it and there response was "so I guess we dropped the ball on this one". No apology at all. The only other same suv was the other one that I asked about and Yuri refused to let me see and found out the GM Ralph was demoing it out for himself. This suv had all the safety features that I wanted and needed. They offered me the 2022 demo with over 1700km with other incentives that I had to really negotiate for and got. I didn't want a used 2022. I wanted to purchase a new 2022 so I had to settle for the demo 2022. Their sign on the door says "we treat you like family". Very disgusting if this is how they treat their own family. Worse staff and management ever. They also charged me for freight and air which they can't do when its a used demo car. I have filed a case with Hyundai Canada, Hyundai Financial and OMVIC which has confirmed that they shouldn't charge the freight and air. Also they messed up my credit rating and did several credit checks on me when having to give back the damaged suv in order to get the demo suv without my permission. As well they didn't return the damaged suv properly and I had owned two 2022 santa fes for about a week and yes also had double payment come out for both. Its such a mess. Its still not all financially corrected. They are ALL so very unprofessional and dirty sales reps/management.
Stay away from them and go anywhere else.

particularly during the vehicle walk through to familiarize me with the vehicle components

I needed a difficult part to find for my 2018 Elantra GT Sport and Brad Morrison in parts found it for me and went out of his way to get it shipped to the states quickly. I was so pleased with the deal I sent him a WyoForBuffalo T-shirt that we had made here in Wyoming. Thanks Brad for your excellent customer service.

This is the second vehicle that we have purchased threw this Dealership. Both times our experience has been exceptional. Our sales people who helped us this time were more than helpful. We are not technically up to date and both Noah our salesman and Mike both walked us threw everything and set up the car to run efficiently to our needs. It is a smart car. We have shared this on our social media pages (FB) and encouraged our FB people to use this Dealership for their next Hyundai purchases. We are a Hyundai family as others have bought Hyundai after test driving our First purchase a 2006 Tucson. We will most definitely suggest this place to anyone that asks us about the car.we have had many who say they love the design of this new 2022 Tucson in the pictures we shared. Also every person we came into contact with from the lovely ladies at the front desk to the folks in service and the boss himself treated us like family. Very Happy customers.

After speaking over the phone with salesperson Yuri regarding our interest in a Venue, we went to the store in person the next day. We were greeted right away and treated in a friendly and respectful manner. Yuri spent some time with us in order to genuinely understand our wants and needs in a new vehicle. He was professional yet friendly and easy to talk to. He also clearly had an extensive knowledge of and love for cars which lead to a feeling of confidence in his guidance in choosing a vehicle. He set us up to drive the Venue which we had requested and recommended trying the Kona N Line which he thought we would probably like better (he was right lol). Throughout the process, we were treated with respect and professionalism by all staff, including Yuri, Steve and the receptionist. We highly recommend dealing with Autovalue Hyundai.

My Wife and I went to Auto Value Hyundai on a Sunday not expecting it to be open, to our surprise the Sales team was there and they were open for business. We were greeted by Euri, who attended to our needs, after selected the car we wanted we took it for a test Drive. It was a 2022 Kona.
Once we made up our minds, they gave us an appraisal on my wife's car which was very fair and we negotiated for the Kona. We then wrapped it all up with a Meeting with Steve Edwards the Finance Manager, he like Euri was very informative and lead us through the final steps,

We can't say enough about the friendly and great service we experienced and recived.

This is my second time purchasing from AutoValue Hyundai in the last 5 years. Chris and Steve went wayyyyyy above and beyond to help me get into a new car after I got into an accident in my old car.

I cannot express how appreciative I am of them! I had a lot of trouble with the St Catharines dealership to say the least, and they helped me every step of the way. They even provided rides and a loaner vehicle when needed. I am so glad I ended up purchasing from this dealership instead.

The service was great. Chris is a supporting salesman who goes out of his way to find what I wish for and what suits me. He is not in a hurry but thing’s certainly happen fast. Steven is a great financial advisor and he doesn’t make the process difficult. He takes his time to explain how things work best for the client. He is awesome and approachable. These guys made my day I came in 11 am choose a Hyundai Tucson went to the hairdresser and was back to sign the papers and drove my car home at 5 pm. They made it happen. Thank you.

I recently needed to purchase a new vehicle and began my search via the internet to see what deals were available. Hyundai has a great web site and I visited the dealership in Niagara Falls. Yuri Migunov kindly greeted me in the showroom. Yuri patiently walked me through all my options and questions I had, and then showed me the vehicles he thought would meet my needs. Once I had decided on my vehicle, the 2022 Kona, Steve Edwards kindly explained my financing options and Care options for my new vehicle. Due to the issues surrounding the availability to supply dealerships with stock, Hyundai still has many great cars available and both Yuri and Steve worked hard to be able to meet all my requests and went over and above to ensure I was 100% a happy girl as I drove away!
I would highly recommend the Niagara Falls Autovalue Hyundai as both Yuri and Steve made my purchase seamless and the entire staff was so kind and helpful!

Recently i made my third purchase from auto value Hyundai in niagara falls. I was very pleased with the reception and information i received from the sales manager, Chase Bell. He, together with Chris Lortie, politely put together a suitable package that secured my purchase of yet another HYUNDAI! My purchase was fun. I was helped by Chris Lortie. This guy is super fun and energetic. He listened to what i wanted vs what i was looking at and help get me into a great car with the help of Steve from finance who was also great with the financing. These guys even stayed after hours on a Friday to accommodate my schedule. I love my new ride! Thanks guys
