On August 31st 2022 I called to make an order of a dozen roses that I wanted delivered at Dallas BBQ restaurant in midtown Manhattan NY for my DADDY DAUGHTER DAY and although I ordered it after 2pm for same day delivery before paying for the order I expressed my concern of wanting the delivery for same day and the replacement first put me on hold to speak to the delivery driver and same back and guaranteed me that it will bethere between 6 & 7 pm on the 31st but it never showed and when I called to complain they said it will be there September 1st which is impossible because we're from New Jersey and we will not be at the restaurant on the 1st in New York. I was embarrassed in front of my daughter for her daddy daughter day with no flowers showing up and now it was redirected to her house in New Jersey Very disappointed and the representative should have never lied

Ordered flowers for Mom's 80th birthday and everyone - especially Mom - was thrilled with the amazing bouquet!
What makes it even better is the fact we live in Victoria, BC, a long way away from Port Credit. Ava was super-friendly on the phone and came through for us. Thank you Ava Florist!

Update - Lin to the rescue again! A dear friend suffered a family loss overnight so I called Lin first thing this morning and asked if there was any way I could have a small bouquet ready for pick-up asap. She was so accomodating and had the bouquet ready in 15 minutes ready for me to pick it up. Based on my previous experience I trusted her to pick the flowers and she created a GORGEOUS arrangement. Thank you again Lin! ️

Amazing experience! Wanted to surprise my mom with birthday flowers and have them delivered, they helped when what I wanted wasn't in stock, and connected with me to ensure that she got them and they could be left in a safe place.

I called late on a Saturday afternoon to request a same day delivery, large birthday bouquet. The lady I spoke with was so accommodating, giving suggestions and worked with me to come up with an arrangement within my budget. It was delivered not even 2 hours after I called and the flowers are beautiful! Great customer service, great product and reasonable prices. 100% recommend Ava Florist.

Last moment order of large buqquet of flowers at friday 6.50pm over phone call for BD celebration. All local florist closed at 6pm. I made a last minute decision to order flowers for my aunt on Valentines Day. They squeezed in my order and the owner dropped it off herself that evening. Wonderful experience.

I called Ava Florist for a same day delivery and they went above and beyond. I recommend this florist as they are reliable and have amazing customer service.

Very expensive tulip bunch ($14.) Found the exact same size tulip bunch at Mississauga Greenhouses for $8.two days later! Also you'd think they would've wrapped it nicely in cello & complementing tissue & ribbon? !? Nope. Just plain cello (ripped at the top opening) & 1 lousy ribbon. So stingy all around! I got more beautiful flower bouquet wrapping at Mississauga Greenhouses. If you go here, know that they are ripping you off.

Beautiful flower arrangements and the freshest of flowers. Love all of the unique designs the owner does. Excellent florist and definitely recommend!

So the first picture is what my mom received and second picture is what I ordered. Ava’s flowers tells me they met the requirements of their substitutions policy. I have to say I am very disappointed and will never purchase from Ava’s flowers or FTD ever again. As a florist I always try to design close to what is requested and if I can’t I call the customer and talk about options. They did none of this. I say look for a Teleflora product instead they are more likely to try and make their customer happy.

Not bad, advert seems to be full of roses. Delivered had some. They were appreciated nonetheless.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with them! It's long weekend and super busy but they still managed to take care of my delivery orders! Even during the crazy traffic of caribana weekend they did an amazing job delivering my items earlier than expected!
