This company will bribe you in order to silence you of any negative ratings you post. That should say a lot!

I had a bad experience with them and originally wrote a 2-star review with photos attached. They damaged many items and it took months to get a hold of anyone regarding this. They eventually ignored my emails (but would respond to ones sent from a different address). Or they’d answer the phone if I blocked my name & number.

Originally they said they would pay 50 cents for every pound of damaged items (which is nonsense). My refund would have been a measly $30. I never got the refund (again, ignoring my emails) so I called. That’s when they offered me more money to cover my lost items and an expensive piece they broke that they originally said they weren’t responsible for. BUT, only if I removed my negative review! The audacity!

Think twice before deciding to work with this company. If your move doesn’t go smoothly and you run into an issue, you’ll be in for a lot of stress and headaches trying to deal with them.

I couldn't have received better service. When I needed to move quickly and carefully, Available Movers helped me pack up my incredibly disorganized apartment and transport my belongings to the new location. They supplied everything you could think of to make a move easier, including wardrobe boxes for hanging clothing and an unlimited supply of cushioned blankets and packing tape, all at no extra charge, and they disassembled and rebuilt my bedframe as part of the hourly fee, again at no extra charge. You won't find a better deal, especially for the level of care they give. They were as kind and cautious of my possessions as if they were their own.
