Great quality job at an incredibly good price! Even accommodated to have it done by the morning of the pick up date, as he knew we were leaving town that afternoon. Super friendly, would definitely recommend!

Mike and Dianne are wonderful honest business owners. Pricing is fair. I went for help with a zipper on an Arian riding boot, I will absolutely be going to them for every riding boot repair from now on.

They stitched the pull tabs on 2 pairs of boots in the wrong spot. They said it was because I only gave them the one shoe, not the pair, so they had no reference. If they were unsure, they should have called, or looked at the original boot online, or even noted where the stitching on the boot was. Instead, they stitched the pull tab up, into the leather cuff. It was smooth leather which had no previous stitch holes. Once I pointed out the error, they fixed it on the spot, however, there are now holes in the leather and the tab is shorter than the original because it was cut to fit the incorrect spot. These are $230 boots. Wish I'd never brought them here. 3 stars because they were nice and price was reasonable.

Mike, is an "old school" craftsman who can do wonders on shoes, boots, even odd ball stuff like sports equipment, bags etc. I've been going here for years? Lately I had a belt shortened at the buckle by approx 5". Better than cutting of the tip and ruining a nice dressy belt.

Absolutely wonderful experience, everyone was so nice! My dog ate the pull tab on my Blundstones and they did an amazing job repairing it! It looked brand new and a fabulous price! 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic work. Takes pride in his work. Always assume they will never be ready by when he says they will be, but that's a Small inconvenience for accessing someone who does such a great job. I won't go anywhere else.

Awesome job! Came in with a failed tongue seam repair on my work boots from another (highly?) recommended cobbler, knew I was in the right place when I saw all the old school machinery right up front that I knew could STITCH MY TONGUE SEAM instead of just glue it. The owner says “ I might as well reinforce the other boot too and replace all this other worn stitching. ” That’s what it’s all about. Someone who can offer solutions to a problem that would have rendered an otherwise great pair of boots useless. ALWAYS choose Avakian!
