Highly do not suggest this firm. They work under the table to get themselves paid. As a pedestrian that was struck by a truck, it was a million dollar case. After trusting Aline Avanessy my entire case was thrown out because the judge caught her doing fraud. Which left me with $0 dollars in pain and suffering from 2016. WORST LAWYER ACROSS ALL OF CANADA.

I been dealing with Avanessy firm since 2013. At that time during my first accident I was dealing with Micheal, which I was impressed and happy with my results.

Second accident in 2018 when I deal with Nima Aziz he was just as great and very communicated which I personally like. He follow through with me each step and call me and notify me about each stage. In terms of fundamental standpoint he is outstanding with his communication and that is not it. His negotiation skills with insurance side of the other lawyer was impressive.

He is impressive in a sense that during his negotiations he will press anyone in his way against the wall where other party “must” give up the amount that I deserve. In a professional standpoint as for his client my self, he is able to spot on very fine details of the case and how other lawyer’s body language in order to calculate his strategy. As for his client, I am very glad he was my lawyer, but if you are other side, not so much.

I don’t normally post law firm review, but if anyone looking for someone to murder your case with the attitude that they “own the insurance company” and get you the maximum, I will recommend Nima and Micheal.
