5 star service in this day and age is possible with AAR. Sergei the technician/owner arrived earlier than expected. He quickly ascertained and fixed the problem. Through diagnostic testing and logical reasoning he determined my problem was the outlet and not the stove. He was honest and efficient. I can not more highly recommend an appliance repair company. Sincerely thank you Sergei.

Came over to fix our fridge that wasn't cooling. Sergei was able to get the part same day and fix the problem within hours. Great service!

This is not a real company, techician is not aware or what he is doing and completely unprofessional. Would not recommend!

Problems identified quick, spare parts ordered quick and appliances got repaired quick with cooking top and dish washer in one go, at reasonable price, in short, excellent service!

Was looking for a prompt response to fix our dryer and Sergei delivered! He was able to visit the same day I called and the dryer was fixed a couple days later once the part was received. He also gave great advice about our options and wasn't trying to steer us in a specific direction. I would definitely call him again if any of our appliances needed repair.
