Terrible customer service. The office manger would not listen when I spoke. I’m receiving a bill from 1.5 years ago that I had no recollection of. You have 1 year to the date to submit claims to your ins company; therefore, it’s not valid. Take it to claims I’m not paying for your mistake. You can eat your 420.62.

Avenue Dental is by far the best dental office I have been. I moved to Brantford 3 years ago and was on the hunt to find a well qualified and reputable dentist. I came across Dr. George and Dr. Kandola.

I have had a cavity filling performed by Dr. George and it was the most relaxing and pain free experiencing I have ever had. He truly knows what he is doing and is very honest when it comes to your oral hygiene.

I got referred to Dr. Raj Kandola for my wisdom teeth removal and let me tell you- I was VERY nervous having to get all 4 taken out and being sedated through an IV.
Dr. Kandola had a zoom meeting with me to go over any questions and concerns that I may have as well as what to expect during the procedure. That definitely helped me relax a bit. Day of surgery, went so smooth. I met with the RPN who was administrating the IV sedation and he was a delight- I believe his name was Anthony or Andrew. He did also mention that everything will be a blur when I wake up and I won’t remember much due to the sedation. An hour n 15 long procedure literally felt like 20 mins and if I can remember correctly I think I was snoring at one point. You’re in a state where you’re relaxed and sleeping but still aware of your surroundings but literally can’t feel anything. Dr. Kandola was amazing - I love how thorough and detailed he was from the zoom call right till the date of the appointment.

If you’re looking for a dental office that cares for its patients and are professional yet treat you like family. This is the place to go. Huge thank you to Karene for being such a lovely person to talk to and with the follow ups for the appointment date.

Hands down the best dental office in Brantford.

This is a very efficient, well operating dental office. The staff are friendly and cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. My appointment was exactly on time and Heather and Dr. Grewal were both very professional in dealing with me. I would highly recommend Avenue Dental if you are looking for an excellent dental experience.

Best dental clinic is ever been too. Dentist, assistant, receptionists and hygienist were all polite, professional and thorough. Extremely clean and organized. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new clinic in Brantford.

I have always been a person who hates trips to the dentist. Avenue Dental made the process comfortable, quick and informational. Especially my hygienist Kristen who was amazingly knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me. Truly A class service and if you are looking for a professional and friendly environment, Avenue Dental is the place to go. Hardest part of the process was finding parking on Brant Ave.

Very gentle! I was running half an hour late to my appointment, not only were they kind and understanding, I was still able to get my cleaning done. The lady was so gentle & patient. Great place to go in brantford!
