Worst hair cut ever! The guy that did my hair was trying to get into my pants. I felt anxious.

Only come to this place for Lena. Always a great haircut and overall cutting experience with her. The attention to detail and catered service has kept me loyal to my barber and I would recommend all the gents out there to come give her a shot.

Great cut and style on my first visit. On the second visit, not so much, unfortunately. Depends on the stylist. Otherwise, it's a lovely salon.

I did my highlights with Lena and she was amazing! She was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She also recommended what colour would work best for my skin and made the whole experience more comfortable! I LOVE my hair and would definitely recommend Lena!

Great service. I took my girls for a haircut and Leena was the hair stylist. She was great with both my kids and gave such a nice and stylish haircut to both of them.

Lorraine gave me the most amazing highlights and balayage. She was attentive and listened to what I wanted. She achieved what I asked for. On top of that, we watch Canada vs. Belgium fifa Game. The whole staff was super nice!

Jessica gave me a fantastic haircut! My hair is thin and long and she layered and styled it perfectly to achieve a good amount of volume and natural wave. She was also great to talk to. Would definitely recommend!

Lorraine is a magician! My first time there and I got what is possibly my best haircut ever. Lorraine is an obvious master of her craft and works with your hair texture and growth pattern so styling and maintenance is a breeze. Everyone at the salon is friendly and polite, from the young guy who greeted me at reception to the lovely Gina who washed my hair to the incomparable Lorraine. Just left Avenue Salon and Spa and I must say Rob did a fantastic job. I had the most amazing hair cut and highlights. He was quick but I didn’t feel rushed. Thank you Rob, I will definitely be coming back to you in the months to come.

I went for a haircut for myself and my son. The stylist was Sesto. He was super professional and extremely calm with my son, who normally gives a hard time to stylists. One of the staff members watched over my baby the entire time and it was a massive help. All in all my experience was beyond good and the staff was very friendly and professional.

My wife wanted to make an appointment with the master, who was very recommended to her by a friend, but unfortunately she did not have time. No longer works there. They recommended other masters in the salon. My wife thinks about it. The receptionist was polite.

I can't be any happier with the experience we had. From the inquiry i had conveniently through email with Krysta - very responsive, accommodating and answered all my questions with assurance. Second, i'm happy how Julian handled my hair concerns - color and cutting with the help of the guy who did my husband's great haircut whose also expertise and advised are so fabulous. Finally found the salon who will take care of me and my husband's hair. Highly recommended!

Bad experience, I went for highlights, he said 120 and other 20 for hair cut, but at the end he charged me 190, I don't want short hairs.so and he just trim my hairs at the end and charge me more than 50 dollars, I shocked.so he charged me 190 dollars with no blower drawer no setting.very expensive will never go at that place and meanwhile I have to wait for 15 min in sink with soap on my hairs because he was cutting other customer hairs.

Usually this place is amazing. Usually every time I come get my haircut, it's no doubt 5 stars. Except for this time. My usual hairdresser Jessica was on a leave and not available. I was offered a level lower stylist, and I assumed whoever was going to cut my hair would have actual knowledge on what they were doing. Unfortunately not. My fade and the sides of my hair do not look professional, and looks very choppy and messy. It does not look like the usual clean cut fade I usually get with Jessica. It looks like something I could have done myself if I grabbed a pair of clippers. I'm very disappointed that I had to pay full price - no discount or whatsoever. Not to mention this person took 3x as long to cut it, then it normally does.

Very friendly staff, salon is so clean and the products they use are amazing for my hair! I coloured my hair by Bina for the past 2 years and she continues to amaze me!

I got a balayage done by Bina and I will never go to anyone again. One of the best salons I’ve ever been to and would definitely recommend. Worth every penny.

Used the spa services on my birthday for my annual pampering day, and found it very enjoyable and relaxing. The lady was very generous and gave me a few Vitamin C mask on top of the facial without charging extra as a birthday gift! She has very soft hands which my sensitive skin were very thankful for!

Also got super helpful tips for skin care, for FREE!

I called a couple hours and she agreed to fit me in the day of, which I'm super thankful for!

I'll be using the spa again, although a more sound proof setting and some interior decor change would make this even better experience for those needing a relaxing, me time.

I cannot, CANNOT, stress how AMAZING this place is. At least for haircuts and styling - to be fair, I haven't tried any of their other services yet but I'm sure they're just as good. I'm so so so in love with this place and Rob.

A bit of context: I have naturally curly hair and so it's really difficult to cut and style. Everyone claims to know what they're doing, yet I've had a bad experience every time. As a result, I let my hair grow long and just trim it.

Given this year's been a bit of a mess and was just in need of a positive change, I decided I was finally going to cut my hair and revive my curls!

Result:
Rob is a fantastic master hairstylist. I legitimately walked in with my heart racing and my eyes watery because I hadn't cut my hair in 6 years. From the welcoming reception to the styling of my hair, the service was better than I expected (so much so I'd go back just for the hair wash omg).

Rob took his time to listen to what I wanted to do, how long/short I wanted my hair, the end goal, how I was not looking for a cut where I needed to spend hours styling, and omg did he deliver!

I also bought Eufora leave-in conditioner and styling balm and they're amazing (light and fluffy and no oily residue)!

Drove 45 minutes from Toronto and it was so worth it! Amazing color, and very polite and professional staff. Bina did my hair and she was so friendly she really makes you feel welcome, she is a fantastic stylist! Will 100% be going back when I need a touch up.

I went because it had such great ratings and I wasnt disappointed. The staff were genuinely nice. I will definitely go back. I love that they use Eufora, a cruelty free natural product line. The only reason I didn't give this salon 5 stars is that the other brand they use is known for testing on animals and thats a big no no for me. I had my hair done by Rob who did a great job, I really appreciated him.

I moved to mississauga a month ago and I was looking for good hair salon so I find park avenue has a good reviews so I give it a try and it was the worst experience ever I ask for simple balayage with a trim I left with orange damaged dry hair with uneven hair cut what a mess I think they pay people to put a good fake reviews never step there again not recommend it if I was able to put no star will be better

Great experience. The owner is very kind and happy to answer any and all questions you may have. I tried the 1h float and it was great. Defenitly will be going back.
