Avis Car Rental

We had a really bad time at Avis. Gave them 1 star because of how poorly they treated us, especially this guy named Alex. He was rude and unhelpful, making our rental experience awful.

Always a pleasure dealing with Avis at this location. Pickup and drop-off is quick. One thing that can change is to make it easier to find the parking entrance for returns.

Professional knowledgeable & great rates on a monthly rental. Return was swift & easy to follow. Highly recommended

Don't rent from this location. I picked up from the airport, an easy process, and returned here. There is no visible signage from the street indicating the entrance, in front the W hotel. No one told me how to access parking, which is level B3, or what to do once I parked the car. No attendant was in the booth so I walked around looking for an employee. Someone cleaning cars had to give me instructions. I didnt even get a receipt. Luckily I called the front desk, wherever that is, and they said the person closed my booking and let them know I returned the car. No directions or instructions where given and I was very confused what to do. Not cool.

Worst experience ever!
i landed 12 at night and was a having a reservation with me but the customer service refuse to give me car as i was using the coupon for discount, he refuse to give me car because of coupon.i will recommend not to get this car rental for sure the associate is too rude with the customer at airport.

Great service, clean car. My kid always complains about rental car smell and get motion sickness. But this time no complaints. Thanks Avis.

All the folks were nice and helpful, car was below par and didn’t have a working entertainment system though, couldn’t connect to the Bluetooth, CarPlay or any entertainment functionality. Might give enterprise a shot, but if I do try again, will update my review.

I (and family members) used to rent cars at this location a couple of times on long weekends for the past 5 years, and we always had great experiences (they were very nice, professional and very accommodating). Until my most recent experience (Easter long weekend 2023). BEFORE, they allowed to return the car slightly after their opening hours without being charged (during the check-in they told me "no problem to return after 6pm as long as you don't pass midnight") even if it was marked on my rental agreement to return the car before 5pm. NOW, they charged you the next day if you slightly pass the time.without even messaging you to inform they charged you! I talked to their manager and they totally deny that they changed their flexibility on the return time, meanwhile I have several proofs from previous rental agreements.

Because you are only allowed to rent between their opening hours, and rentals are exactly by 24 hours periods, if you need a car for a one day trip, let's say Saturday, 7am to 9pm, you need to rent from Friday 6pm to Sunday 5pm. Since they work on limited hours during long weekends, it is even more restrictive! Time to modernize and use apps for more flexible check-in/check-out! Also, plan to lineup for more than 30/40 minutes to check-in for long weekends rentals.

Well maintained cars and considerate staff. Conveniently located in the city and competitive rates. Would recommend any day
