Worst customer service, rude and unprofessional behaviour by the owner/rep. This guy unnecessarily argues and make condescending comments. Waited for 40mins just to drop off the keys. Never coming back to this location.

Stay away from this location! The owner is extremely rude and ignorant. He purposely avoided answering the phone when my husband tried to return the vehicle before closing hours and asked him”what are you doing here” when he showed up with the car before closing. Even my six year old son was shocked with his rude and demeaning comments. This guy is a crook…. Don’t waste your time!

Look the people leaving a bad experience sure and he'll don't want to email some other person to tell them the problem. There shouldn't be any problems. Just get rid of the idiots that are the problem. It shouldn't be that hard to Rent a Dam car.

I rented a car from this location for the long weekend and I received superb service from Ruban! I arrived 15 mins passed closing and Ruban waited for me. My pw for my cc didn't work so he had to wait even longer for me to change the password with bmo. Ruban was so patient and he did not have to wait for me but he did so with a smile. I would rent from this location again for sure. They have nice clean cars and Ruban was exceptional! Thank you Ruban!

Absolutely worst experience in a business I’ve experienced in my life, rude, condescending, if I could give zero stars I would, run so fast from this place they are absolutely the worst my family was in a time of need because someone crashed into our truck and we are stranded at 5: 30 at night and needed to rent a car, we were dropped off at the rental place the guy said he would not rent to me without a drivers license, health card, passport, and multiple credit cards, Im 50 yrs old own 3 business with 28 staff and I provide him everything he asks for including 5 different credit cards, but of course don’t have my passport nobody has a passport i give him drivers lic, boat lic, health card I live 2hrs away and the guy won’t rent me a car my brand new truck can’t drive so my wife kids and myself are now stranded on the side of road in the rain 2hrs from home …. This is by far the worst experience of my life these people should not be in business at all DO MOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL NOT HELP UOU OR YOUR FAMILY

Avis is my top choice for car rentals. I regularly rent a car every other week and have consistently experienced seamless service. The vehicles are well-maintained and always in excellent condition. What's more, there is a conveniently located gas station nearby, enabling me to conveniently refuel just before returning the car. The friendly and punctual staff at Avis (Ruban) contribute to an overall outstanding rental experience. I highly recommend Avis to anyone in need of reliable and hassle-free car rental services.

This specific AVIS office has genius workers. They will tell you that

1. Nissan versa of 2012 model has a "Computer" in it.

2. With a full tank of gas, it may show your estimated travel distance from 300 -700 km.

3. AVIS only keeps booking info for the customers who rents car weekly, others they don't care.

If you are having a bad day and want to hear some idiotic jokes, this is the best place for you.

Terrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional.since last two years renting a car at different location, never had that bad experiance.

Reserved a small SUV on their website. They gave me a car that they said was from same class. When I went home and checked, it is some lower class on their site, with room for less people and cargo. They wouldnt refund any money due to difference an onky offering a gift card for future rentall. I rent once a decade if that.

I have come to Avis car rental in Oshawa for years! The service has been amazing! I travel for work so I need a reliable and dependable place, and this is it! Ruban and his staff have always treated me amazingly! I truly appreciate it, and will always come back!

When I came to Canada, I was looking for rental cars with affordable rates for personal use. I tried multiple cat rental services throughout the span of 6 months, but it was always going out my budget. Finally, my friend suggested me for Avis. From past 6 months, I am using Avis rental car on almost every weekend, and I must say it's really good. They have good variety of vehicles and great rates.
