Yassin, the lead there, is extremely helpful and accommodating!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from this Avis location and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The customer service provided by the staff, particularly the manager Yassin, was truly outstanding.

The car I rented was in excellent condition and clean. The entire process, from pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and hassle-free.

What truly impressed me was Yassin's willingness to go above and beyond. After I dropped off the car, Yassin took the time to help me with my Uber ride, ensuring the driver met me close to the entrance rather than having to drag my suitcase through the snow to get to the sidewalk.

I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be returning for my future car rental needs.

Manager Yassin is great! He helped me with multiple rentals to find right car. This was by far the fastest service among all car rentals I've been to. The cars are always clean and they have a decent selection.

Amazing service! We also got to drive a brand new 2023 dodge ram truck and it was an amazing drive. I highly recommend this place, you won't be dissapointed.

The manager is so arrogant and rude!

Simple questions I was asking and he's just ignoring them. I've been to other Avis location and not treated like this. He's so not ready to help and look like he's been forced to work.

Do better Avis!

The call with the Gladstone manager was a surreal experience. He was manipulative and dismissive from the onset, it is incredible that someone with zero customer service skills could be in that position. I attempted to explain the situation and express myself but he literally kept cutting me off and trying to hang up! I literally had to keep saying ‘wait, wait’! I every time I said something specific, he would dismiss or change the subject like a child. It was terribly rude and unprofessional. On top of that, he immediately became defensive if I actually managed to get him to acknowledge one aspect of the issue – no attempt was made to explain anything, he just abruptly changed to conversation mid sentence. He also passed all responsibility to head office, denying any potential role or even explaining why. Impossible to resolve anything and torture to get any information out of him.

Truly shameful on all accounts. I will never go back to Avis. Potential scam alert.

The staff here are just amazing. Always looking out to be as helpful as they can. I can always ask questions regarding rental car size, car options etc. I will always be a returning customer here!
