It was an amazing experience. We rented for 7 people.the car was spacious and we didn't face any problem during the trip!

I had a wonderful experience with renting a car from Avis/Budget Car Rentals. Roy and his staff are very friendly and professional and were able to help me sort out all concerns. I was part of a group of student representatives from Queen's University and encountered a situation where we needed a last-minute car rental, and we called many different car rental agencies. Since it was a Saturday, many places were closed, but we struck gold when this place picked up the phone! Roy and his team were truly supportive every step of the way. From being welcoming and knowledgeable on the phone, to being friendly and clear-cut with the car pick-up, to being patient and understanding during the car drop-off, I felt very supported by this team through the whole process. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a rental vehicle, and will definitely keep it in mind if I am ever looking to rent a car in the future!

Customer service is excellent, we’ve used avis for our rental car needs multiple times in Kingston! Very friendly, personable, and professional. Despite avis being a chain, they really make it feel like a human experience. Also, the rentals are cheaper/similar price to enterprise and have never had any issues with avis! Definitely recommend

They gave me a car that had a bad vibration. They when returned on time i noticed they overcharged me. Called them they said the insurance was charged twice so they will refund it. They only refunded 3/4 of the amount.

Have to get rentals from here when going on work trips.

Tires on vehicles in the past have been dangerously over inflated, but they did not have issues last time I had a rental.

The girl working the counter can't seem to finish a single task without starting 5 new ones and it makes for a very frustrating rental experience.

When we had to visit Avis Kingston for a flat tire on our Avis car rented in Toronto the service was non-existent. We had already changed the tire ourselves using the vehicle's spare but Avis Kingston was unwilling to offer any help. Only after calling the Toronto office which in turn called Kingston were we provided with an alternate vehicle. We were grateful for the support from Toronto but regretted the difficulties posed and wasted time in Kingston.

Avis Car rental in Kingston surprised me their absolutely friendly staff and personal touch. If you are new to place and have no clue how to navigate around especially during a start for a school year Roy from Avis car truly makes it nice and easily. His friendly and helpful tips makes the trip all the more successful. When I described my needs, Roy ensured I get the car that suite my needs. That made half my trip easy. Thanks again Roy for your support and customer friendly attitude.
