My first attempt at a rental with them. Here is a sequence of events (I will update this as I go forward)
1 - After making the reservation online a few weeks in advance, I tried calling them on their number, which goes to a call center, not the location. I was informed I will get more information on my upgrade (Presidents Club benefit) on the app a few days before my pick up. No such update happened.
2 - Today is the day of pick up, I needed to know if I can pick up at a different time. Called the same number, lady with a sleepy voice picks up, mumbles and asks me my name and query and then no sound or voice for 10 mins. I keep saying hello. Call disconnects. I could distinctly hear someone moving in the background with some dishes clanging together.
It looks like its going to be an adventure from the experience so far, and from the reviews I have read. Will update this with more.

Reserved a rental with Budget for the Canada Day weekend. I entered the building expecting long wait times but surprisingly left within a reasonable time. Fawad was composed and calm whilst answering the unending phone calls and my queries. I'd definitely be back due to Fawad's professionalism and service!
