Just a London Ontario soul leaving a review because I ate here 5 years ago and wish I had one of these in my city. I just showed people at my work how much better wraps from here are Vs our local wrap shops. Anyways please come to London Ontario near the dealerships on wharrencliff. Thank you!

The maple/berry/feta salad with spinach is my favourite. Everything is always fresh and delicious, and the staff are great!

Such a variety of ingredients not just with produce but with dressings and sauces as well. Very delicious.

My favourite “fast food” restaurant. Staff are very pleasant and their salad wraps are delish! The ap to pre-order, pay and pick up is so easy to use and our meal is always ready when we arrive.

We stopped here while on a road trip. The menu looked good and we were craving a healthy alternative to fast food. My husband had a wrap and I had a salad. His wrap was pretty good but my salad was very bland. The atmosphere felt very cold and unwelcoming. The lights were so low that we thought the restaurant was closed when we arrived. There is a bizarre cage around the whole counter so you can't see any of the staff. You also have to order from a kiosk which is fine but since it was our first time there it would have been nice to be able to ask the staff any questions about the menu. My husband added to steak to his wrap but they were out of steak so we substituted chicken which was fine but we were not offered a refund for the price difference and we felt awkward to ask when we couldn't even see the staff person.

I have enjoyed this place since they opened but I don’t understand why they keep putting pickles alongside my order when I type in “ no pickle”. This really puts me off my meal. I know it sounds weird, but it really does take away from what could have been a good lunch.

Good food, but a little eerie when youre the only one inside. Staff behind a wall, not speaking, food appearing silently. Good for lunch if you dont want to be bothered while eating.

Takeout travels well on a 10+ minute drive.

Amazing service and food. Ordered for a large group lunch and everything was correct and well organized as well as delicious!

I used to really love it here but have found the quality for what it costs to be disappointing. Portioning on toppings seems skim especially when paying extra for more. Seems they were hit hard by the pandemic. Orders often missed toppings. Hope quality returns.

I used to enjoy coming here, pre-pandemic.

Since reopening their storefront, the inside is more reminiscent of something out of a movie. The employees are hidden behind bars, you can no longer see any of the ingredients/or see your salad being made, and you must place your order via a McDonalds style touchscreen. It felt more like ordering from a hospital cafeteria than what used to be a legit salad bar.

Whoever did the remodel, fire them at once and return avocobar to its former glory!

Based on this most recent experience, it’s unlikely that I would return to avocobar.

Good salad, but if you pay for something extra make sure it's in there. Asked for avocado I found one piece. Ask for extra feta cheese! Please unbelievable. I love paying for something you don't get or get one tiny piece of it.

Fresh and tasty, friendly staff, fair prices. I especially love all the plant based options - so healthy! Almost all the dressings are vegan, so it's easy to take any salad and with a few changes makes it super healthy and nutritious. If I could make one change, it would be to add more plant based proteins, like tofu and Tempeh. In the meantime though, there's literally hundreds of possible combinations to try!

The best salads around! The ingredients are super fresh and the dressings are unique and flavorful. AvocoBar is my "go to" takeout lunch spot!

Excellent quality, I love all the veggies, a little expensive.for an extra 3$ for protein/chicken I really didn’t see much at all do you? I would go back just couldn’t afford too very often.

I regretted going here… I got chicken and bacon in my salad, but was only given like two bites of each. The salad was also really bitter for some reason. Also the ordering online thing is a pain.

Let me start by saying I’m on a diet. I have been working in Barrie quiet a bit. I found Avocobar while driving and went in. Great selection of salads and toppings. You can have your salad in a wrap if you prefer. Great soups. Service was fast and friendly. If you are health conscious give them a go.

I have picked up the same salad at AvocoBar for the last 3 months. Tonight's order was disappointing. Three items were missing from my salad, green onions, avocado and pecans. There was an extremely small amount of crab meat aswell. In the past when I have ordered a mammoth size salad I would receive two sides of dressing, tonight only one.

As I previously mentioned, I have been ordering here for 3 months and have greatly enjoyed each salad. I ask that more attention go into what has been ordered and paid for for all orders.

AvocoBar is an absolute gem of a place to eat in Barrie. Pre COVID their were previously 3 locations in the city and my wife and I frequented the South end locations. Unfortunately the business has fallen pray to COVID, but the owner has managed to keep his main business afloat. Thankfully! Barrie can't afford to lose AvocoBar - Please support this business! High quality, healthy ingredients at an affordable price! This place can't be beat! They deliver safely to your vehicle for curbside pick up. Highly recommended this place!

Love the variety! I moved here last March (start of the pandemic) so I've never been able to go inside yet! But it looks like a cute, clean, modern spot. We've been many times and have never been diaappointed. Highly recommend! The smoothies are great too

I tried this spot once with my friend and I am obsessed ever since. I enjoy the good character and yummy dishes and beverages. Keep it up.

Everything was delicious, but it was painfully slow service. I mean painful.
And all the plastic this place uses is terrible. A big plastic bag is used to mix up salad ingredients for 10 seconds, then it's thrown away. A stainless steel bowl and tongs would do the same job.

Typically I really enjoy my meals here. Except now a couple times I and found something that is unedible mixed in with my wrap. Once was a green bug a couple years ago and today was a very long black hard twist tie of some kind. Very disappointing.

The food is great, but I can’t believe how long it can take to get served. They are always understaffed, and if there are just 2 people in line ahead of you it will probably be 10 minutes before you are served. I find this is the only deterrent for me going here a lot more frequently.

Ordered a custom salad here on my first visit. Everything was sooo fresh and delicious. And the Maple Balsamic dressing was perfect. And the melon mojito water was so refreshing. For both those items the bill was $18.59. I had added Falafel and 7 more toppings to the 4 that the salad comes with. It adds up. But it was definitely worth it. The salad came in a good sized box and was filling. I would have given this place 5 stars but they use plastic cups, straws and cutlery. Staff were knowledgeable. It is handicapped accessible and clean.

I'm not much of salad guy but this place really turned me around. Had pear and smoked Gouda salad and it was fantastic!

Once some of our food arrived we asked for additional condiments and waited for 10 minutes while our waitress walked past us several times because she forgot. We were able to ask a manager who was walking by and he was able to get our request right away and was very polite. It's always so difficult to find things that work without potentially affecting me.

First time visit, impressed with the selection, great tasting salads BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED that for each salad made there is a plastic bag that they shake it in and then put your salad in a cardboard box. So much plastic waste and not even biodegradable bags are used because they apparently rip. OMG please stop that!

Best salad I've ever had - I always have to visit here every time I'm in Barrie. Everything is always fresh, and the dressings are the secret weapon (there's a lot of money to be made if they ever decide to bottle and sell them). Sarah is the best, and always makes my wraps exactly how I want them.

First time my wife and daughter went. They enjoyed it so much, staff good, washrooms clean and a cozy place to spend with family or friends and you gotta try the beet lemonade.

Would love to see Avocobar move away from using a plastic bag IN EVERY SALAD they make. That is a lot of useless plastic waste. I understand the concept of using one for mixing the salad all together, but maybe we could consider a large bowl to mix the salad in that can be washed and reused. It's 2019 and we need to start being better to the planet.

OMG, so much garbage! A single use plastic bag for each salad or wrap!? ! Why can't you use washable bowls? Despicable!

Good portion sizes. But they were out of ingredients, said I could pick something else. I asked for lime but was told I couldn't substitute for that. Service could have been better.

Pathetic. I went in this afternoon and ordered a Mediterranean Salad, Which is supposed to have green olive, red onion, bacon, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomato, instead I received Mushroom, green olives, red onion and sun-dried tomatoes! WTH!? I then asked for olive oil and balsamic dressing and pretty sure my dressing was just balsamic vinegar with no olive oil. Needless to say this was very disappointing. If you are going to charge $8.25 for a "Designer" salad as you call it please ensure your staff knows the proper ingredients. Seriously nothing more maddening than receiving an incorrect order. This is partly my fault as I didn't pay attention when my salad was being prepared.
