Avondale Park

Its relatively small park with play area for kids and small patch of land. Conveniently located for the residential area around the park. Parking is an issue as the road side parking is usually not available

Dog owners have their dogs off the leash while children are playing in the playground. No dog park fence. Dog owners also do not pick up after their dogs. The maintenance of the park is not up to par.

Very family friendly park in neighbourhood. There's usually a dog meet up in the morning and afternoon.

Great park/playground and plenty of open greenspace! Just a friendly reminder to users of the park to continue to keep it clean

Nice place with multifunctional playground. It is suitable for ages from 1 to 12 I guess There are swings for infants and for older kids too. Difference play zones for older and younger children.

Boys usually prefer play with water fountain

I should notify only one huge disadvantage - unfortunately no washroom in this park!

There is a huge place for picnic but usually it uses like a place for walking with dogs.

Nice park, very convenient located. There is a good playground for little kids and lots of trees all way around, so it's shaded, which is awesome in the summer.

The people that come here, with their kids and doggies. That's why I like coming here; it's also close to home. I ️dogs.

Its ok but numerous dogs been there when I've visited it. If you or your kid is not into dogs, be aware.

Lovely park with lots of space for running, walking, kicking a ball, etc. Kids have a variety of options. They can enjoy the swings, slides, climbing bars, ride a bike, or scooter around. In the winter time the slight inclined edge makes for a great spot for tobogganing for younger kids. In the summer time you can find an icecream truck parked there to serve the community. Its a pet friendly park and the owners are very careful of keeping the animals on leash.

I stay near this park, best place for kids to elderly people, play area for kids with basic amenities available, one of the regular places visited by people in this community

It's a bit overcrowded and most kids were not distancing from each other. Kids are very friendly though.

Small and charming little park just out the door between 3 condominiums. More like a courtyard than a park. Great for bringing your kids and dogs out.

Such a lovely park. My son just loves playing here. Even in winter this park is so much fun, and I can't wait to see how happening this park would be in summer.

It’s a well planned out beautiful park.

But unfortunately it’s not clean.
Inspite of dustbins present at accessible spots in the park there are cigarette ends, tissue papers, coffee mugs, straws etc scattered here and there on the grass and ground.

The water fountain is in most days leaking or has stagnant water

There is a small community park and a small children's garden in the center of North York. Because there are many residents around, there are many people who are active every day in spring, summer and autumn. Children walking in the children's playground are very happy and happy!

My son owns a condo here, I use to bring to my granddaughter to the playground. Sweet memories.

This small park has a nice set of walk paths and grass areas. Mindfully planted trees provide a much required shade on bright sunny days. It also has a nice playground for kids, especially with the cushioned flooring around the playground equipment, it's a safe place for children.
