Just have to say that my recent experience with AVShop was simply outstanding. Needed an accessory for our BlackMagic camera to a new MacBook Air for our weekly livestream. They were the only shop to have it in stock but they’re in Markham, Ontario and I’m in Squamish, BC. Placed the order at 5PM their time last night and it arrived at our location at 11: 11AM PST. Couldn't be happier with the service and product shipping, I called last week in a panic needing some gear. Not only was my product in stock BUT. I called and placed my order at what would have been 4: 00pm eastern time on a Friday and by 10: 30am Monday my product was here, this tells me that the moment my payment cleared someone took the time to address my cry out for help, they packed and sent my order that same day (maybe even stayed past working hours to help me out)

I made a mistake when buying DaVinci Resolve and accidentally forgot to select the free add on promotion (which was an extra $400 in value). The customer support person I dealt with adjusted my order without any questions asked to help me receive the full promo, and was super effective. Thank you tons!

After waiting since November launch I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw there was sp404mkii's in stock on their website. It was the first time I'd seen one in stock and not 'can order from manufacturer' or 'awaiting stock'. The only other options have been scalpers on reverb for an offensive markup.
Called in to confirm they were actually physically in the store and they even had more than one.
Placed my order immediately after the call and my package was waiting for me after work the next day.
Top notch customer service.
Will be added to my recommendation list, and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Be careful with this store if you need something promptly because they drop ship some of their products without making that clear on the website. It’s a deceptive practice which results in waiting a week or more for delivery whereas competitors can deliver it for the next day or two.

Made my first purchase from AVShop.ca and will go to them again. Bought some new headphones and noticed the bass was off in one ear, they sent me a return label and I had a new pair within 3 business days. Excellent, quick and kind service.

My first online order with AVShop.ca went very well. I ordered a pair of AudioEngine speakers with stands for our studio and they were received without issue. They work and sound great. I actually had to contact AVShop's customer support to add the stands to the order as I forgot to do that. And it just so happened that at that time, AVShop began a 10% off promotion for Boxing Day, so I asked them if they would modify my order to add the stands AND apply the 10% promo for me, and they did! Their turnaround time during the holidays was pretty quick, too. Fantastic customer service, and convenient online ordering process. Would buy from them again! Recommended.

They were super responsive on email. I needed a light on a time crunch & it was was labelled “out of stock”. I decided to email & see if it was possible. They found one for me through their supplier and got it too me in time as promised. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Working with AVShop has been awesome. The service is incredible and timely. Love the product selection and timely shipping. I even got a lollipop in one of my orders (It truly is the little things).

Super professional. Although I had issues with a purchase, they handled everything professionally on their end. The issue I had was not really their fault to be fair but they went above and beyond to get the purchase correct.

Only thing is if you have to deal with their partner Atlantia, beg and offer your first child not to deal with them. You will have to chase Atlantia down for answers and they still end up screwing up the most simple task.

Excellent people to work with! Spent 2k on upgrades for my DJ and recording rig. Staff are exceptionally helpful in going through your order to make sure you’re not missing anything, and that your config will work as expected.

They do not ship on weekends, however as you’ll see from the other reviews here, shipping is very fast and I believe it’s because they’re extremely well organized there.

I almost did the Amazon thing, but the reviews here were so good, I decided to give the business to AVShop.ca and I’m glad I did! Spread the word people, these fellow Canadians are worth supporting!

Quick and good service. Sometimes I don't want to wait for shipment, they can prepare things quickly for pickup at their shop/warehouse. Strict covid protocals.

The staff seems nice, but their COVID order policy is unnecessarily difficult and it is the worst in the game. They can learn a thing or two from Henry's and Vistek, companies that actually care about retaining business from their customers that want to spent $1500+ at their shop.

I just want to drop a line on the great customer service I received from AV group. After 6 years my wired keyboard decided to stop working. It’s a very specific keyboard for Adobe Premiere, I discovered that Av Group had one in stock and I could get it next day. Before purchasing the order I called to confirm they had it in stock. The person answers said yes we have one. Of course I order and I received an email from customer service service that they no longer have that product however they have an upgraded one costing extra. Regardless they shipped it immediately with no extra cost. This enhanced keyboard is much better and we are very satisfied with the customer service. I’ll buy there again. Thanks AV Group. We were only down a day and a half.

Very impressed, we loved the quick friendly response and the quick delivery turn around. Considering the world pandemic, products may experience some back order delays, AVShop was quick to inform us of the item that was back ordered and offered us if we would of liked to explore alternate options or prefer to split ship item (s) to get them sooner, very much appreciated the option.

Awesome service! In Oct 2020, i bought my Beyer Dynamics MMX300 from their store. Couldn't be happier with the sound quality and the build. Unfortunately, the driver's did fail and i went back to repair them. The process was fast and easy, it took them about 2 weeks to send them and retrieve them from Beyer Dynamics to repair. Now the headphones are sounding like they were brand new. Thank you guys:)

In walking distance to work. Its a bit hidden, but easy to get to. Their prices were higher, but they were happy to price match.

I left a review previously which they INCORRECTLY replied to, trying to hide what they did. I stand by my first review and I want to reiterate that it’s not about the fact that it got solved. It did get solved only AFTERRRRRR over 7 hours on the phone, waiting in the cue, using different websites, calling other companies I didnt buy anything from because they REFUSED to help me and told me “I should know how to use it. ” I know how to use it, just not how to set it up. I could not read their instruction due to my learning disability so I called and was told I “didn't spend enough to deserve their help” after spending 400$ there that week.

They remoted into my computer to help AFTERRRR I spent hours fighting for their attention that should have been given to customers in the first place. THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE REPLY, Laurie, already emailed me and I corrected her that my review was STRICTLY about their dreadful customer service and lack of willingness to help. She replied saying she would bring that to management but proceeded to reply to the previous review pretending they did nothing wrong and acting as if I was satisfied.

I thanked her that day when SHE tapped in to computer after 7 hours of having Kevin and Darin tell me I was too inconvenient to be worth their time to help. It was a very specific program and there were no video tutorials available.

But lets make one thing clear, I was never satisfied and will not be buying from here again. I only chose not to return it because it would be a hassle to ship back then have to order it from someone else and they have caused me enough stress for now.

Guess they aren’t interested in making it any better for themselves. Yes, they did get it to work in the end but POINT BLANK I should NEVER have had to spend a full day begging for help from a company I just spent hundreds with.
