Recently, I encountered an issue with A&W's online ordering system. I ordered a meal that was listed at $0 due to a system flaw. I even received a confirmation email stating my order was being prepared. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I was informed it was a mistake.
While I'm not upset about not losing any money, the time I wasted due to the misleading confirmation was disappointing. A&W did attempt to rectify the situation by reaching out via email and sending a letter with a discount booklet. However, this gesture felt somewhat insincere as it was the same booklet available to all customers at any time.
On a positive note, the staff at the restaurant was very polite, and the food quality remains commendable. My main gripe is with the online ordering system. A more personalized discount or compensation would have been a better response, given that the error originated from their end. This experience has slightly marred my view of A&W, although I still appreciate their food and service quality.

Very tasty food but bad tasting lemonade ordered a lemonade but when I tasted it, it tasted like water it was like a scam but as long as your not ordering any drinks very nice tasty food and nice looking restaurant.

Recently went for 2 burger meals and frozen root beer. Total came to almost 35$ they gave me root beer shakes and no fries. Food was alright but disappointed

The food is usually delicious. But this time someone got carried away with the salt for the fries. It left all 3 fry orders inedible. Don't forget to ask for napkins. Rarely are they with the order.
