I walked in and ordered takeout for dinner here on a weeknight. The service was prompt and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I ordered a chicken buddy burger kid pack and 2 spicy chicken burgers with onion rings.

I was impressed with how fresh everything was, especially the lettuce. The spicy chicken burger was actually spicy too. I really liked how the kid pack had a “made good” granola bar. The packaging also had fun games for kids.

I think I will be changing my go to fast food burger joint to A&W based on my experience!

Bunch of illiterate buffoons. I tell them i want a mozzarella mama, chicken buddy and beef buddy. I get a mozzarella mama and a regular chubby chicken sandwich. Waste of time and money.

I got a chubby chicken burger and the lettuce on it was rotten. Please check your burgers, this lack of care could get someone seriously sick!

Worst location i have ever. I have been to this location seceral time as it is on the way back to my home from work. They are always out of beyond meat burger. Either its theri staff who refuses to serve, or they are always short on supplies.

These guys don’t even deserve one star. I have visited so many other locations, but staff at this location was so rude. I visited around 1 am and Indian Guy working here was behaving like he is the owner. He was showing attitude and doesn’t know how to talk with customer. Also no respect to delivery drivers at all.

Had a burger and it was much better than a McDonald's burger, it actually tasted like real meat!

The lady working at the window was so rude. Honestly ruined my whole mood. Had a lot of attitude.

Very bad experience. Evening staff especially a girl sandy don't treat customer politely. They start arguing with customers.

Whenever I see female workers in the morning while passing through drive through, I've never waited more than 2 minutes. Also they wear gloves while serving. However when there are male employees in the morning shift, it's always delayed in serving. Also male employees are not much customer focused and welcoming while serving. Otherwise I like organic coffee of A&W. Thank you.

Last night I visited the store and ordered Spicy Chicken combo. Well it was not good at all and also I had to wait for a long time for my order. I also tried to ask one thing to the guy he didnt even respond. His name was Gagan. Hope to get better service next time

I went there today and took Onion Rings and fries. Food was really amazing. Specially Thanks to black turban boy, he made fresh fries and onion rings in front of me, Thanks for great service

Never got served properly. They don’t have value for others time. They mess up everything and busy talking with each other worst a & w service. The girls over there don’t know how to talk

They are not worth for even 1 star The staff is so rude they dont have even sense of talking how they speak Specially Neha at front she is not having atticades of talking she always speak RUDE i will request to owner to pay attention on it.

At this point, I purchase food from this A&W an embarrassing amount. Through the delivery apps and drive through. They are friendly and always take the time to prepare the freshest food. Such courtesy on the phone when I call!

Most consistent A&W experience I've had in Brampton.

We always order their beyond meat burgers from this location. Always great quality and prepared with love. When we had an order mixed up, the owner, Guru, went above and beyond and delivered a replacement order at our home!

Everything was about as solid as you can expect for A&W. I will just say this, DO NOT get the poutine, you will regret spending the extra money for it the second you take your first bite. The fries and cheese curds weren’t an issue, it was the gravy that was terrible. I know it’s a fast food restaurant and you can’t expect much, but the gravy had a very strong flour taste, and was very thick, definitely not ideal. Stick with normal fries with your combo, you won’t regret it.

This is the WORST of all A & Ws I have ever visited. Navneet took my order and there was a mistake in the order. Also I waited 17 mins to get my order. She was rude and talking on the phone (in a language other than English so I know it wasn’t related to work) & she. Didn’t pay attention to my query regarding something. I think the owner and authorities should scan their employees better before hiring

Order from skip the dishes and always prefer this location. Always fresh and tasty never been disappointed in quality or taste. Keep up the great work.

THE WORST LOCATION, one of the guy was cleaning and wiping down the stuff, started taking the order without even washing the hands, no wonder why customer service is a low paying job.

Just order two teen burgers from this place and did not receive teen burgers. They had onion, katchup and mustard. No idea what burger that was but very annoyed. Paying a premium price for A&W is not worth it when your order is missing bacon lettuce tomatoes and cheese

Whenever i place order they make me wait for 5-10mins minimum for a drive-thru order. They make you park infront and you keep waiting

Just had a beyond meat burger from this location and it was one of the best burgers I ever had.it was fresh and very yummy. The staff was very welcoming & friendly, and the service was quick. May18th 2021 (10: 30 PM)

Loves a w hamburgers are so good the prices are ok a least I can go with a friend get combo for good deal so if yure hungry get one and enjoy the good taste

Staff named “sandy”was too rude. I just ordered two seperate meals and they gave both meals in the same bag. I asked at the counter if I can get the two meals in two seperate bags and she was frustated and yelling at one of his colleagues. Bad experience.

Customer service could be better.wouldnt accept a coupon from their own website because the timer at the top froze.ended up leaving and eating somewhere else.any other place would have scanned the coupon anyways and been done with it.

Always go the extra mile to make sure my order is to my liking even when it's super complicated. Also probably the fastest A&W I've ever been to.

I just want to commend this location for its exceptional customer service. Not only are they extremely fast at the drive-thru, they have the common sense of making customers wait at the front of the store, to not hold up the line - which a lot of other locations do NOT do. They bring your order to you at your car window and the staff is always kind and courteous. I remember this one incident where I ordered a chubby chicken and they accidentally gave me beef. I didn't check the bag so I drove off. The employee came RUNNING outside as I was driving away - almost at the edge of the road to turn into traffic. She came all the way to the main road to give me the right order! I find that she didn't have to but she went out of her way to do so - which is why I think their customer service is truly EXCEPTIONAL.

Staff there is awesome. This location is our favorite one to go to - whether to fill the tank and enjoy some onion rings. Great service at Petro Canada! Amazing people. I have met the owners too, they are great people. A must check please.

The service was fair, asked for chipotle sauce and it was quarter full and I had to pay for it. Tried to ask to fill the cup to the max capacity since I paid full for it, with the amount given I should get 75% off on the cost then?

Love their burgers. Root beer my favorite and special mention to sweet potatoes fries and chipotle sauce. Fresh food.

Terrible customer experience at this location. Also the worker are disrespectful and dirty. My experience one day I order buddy chicken burger and the person making the burger touched her nose and then touched other’s people meal which is filthy and disrespectful. I left store as soon as possible. Watch the people for cleanliness they are dirty which is surprising.

The food is always fresh when I go to this location! The staff is awesome and always go the extra mile to make sure you’ve enjoyed the meal. A&W is more expensive than its competitors but I don’t mind paying the price as long as it’s fresh like it is at this location. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible place to order food for lunch while on the clock lining up with my coworker lady took my coworkers order when it comes to me she ignored me. Definitely call management sup.

Diksha, a very rude employee gave me so much attitude while getting and was unnecessarily rude. If I was the owner, I’d spend my money elsewhere and hire a better employee

As a vegetarian i liked the old veggie burger they offered, not a big fan of the beyond meat. But the plant based nuggets are good.

Oh my, first time went to try the meatless burger and guess what they fed me, meat burger with beacon in it. Thought I am eating meatless burger but when I had piece of beacon: (

When called said we will call you back waited for hour and no call back. Will never go back there as no one cares about customer service.

On top of that poutine had hair in it, what happened to wearing hairnets.
