The beyond meat burger patties are quite good and can be substituted in any menu option. Great to see plant-based being adopted. More expensive than beef though.

We've always had very positive experiences at this location.
. However, this particular Friday in September the cleanliness of this location has fallen to the wayside. In particular, the men's room can be smelt from the hallway.

If I could have rated this lower I would have.was quite unimpressed with my families most recent meal here. Onion rings were all burnt and soaked in grease, and the mozza burger had a half a piece of wilted disgusting lettuce. Coke was gross.mostly flat, not sure why it tasted so bad though? Will not be back

What kind of burger place does not have meat available? And since when does it take 20 minutes to fry some burger patties when there are 3 teenage kids playing around behind the counter with nothing better to do? Rediculas service for a busy Friday night fast food restaurant. Even took 15 minutes just to drop a basket of fries. Pitiful excuse for fast food. Money better spent elsewhere

Love TeenBurgers and onion rings.you need to start serving ice with your drinks though.don't care if it waters it down.too warm in the summer

Ordered 2 pancake and sausage orders. One of the orders came out burnt, and I don't mean a little dark brown, no they were black. Asked nicely for a new one order of pancakes and sausage and had to wait for 20 minutes. I will NEVER return. These people are down right rude

The food was fresh and hot. My only negative comment was the temperature inside felt quite cool, I didn't take my coat off to eat, but everything else was great.

Breakfast sandwich, hashbrown, orange juice. Over $10 for a breakfast combo is waaaaay too much

We took a while to do the math to figure out what to order. Split up some of the items that were less than $4 to save some tax. The staff w e r e understanding. I got two refills on my root beer and they gave me a new cup each time, maybe because of the current restrictions. The burgers were good.

It was really a bad experience, these guys needs training i think.always mishandles my food n dont even hv a single fresh thing in their store.

They were busy but it was do hot outside that it was nice to sit in a cool place, best chicken burgers.

I used the drive thru and service was quick and the food was as expected, very good!

I like A&W food and like to go there for a change in the fast food market every once in a while. I find the food more expensive than the competition and the quality of the food in the end is the same.
On the date attended the food was cold which was disappointing considering it was at a peak meal time. Staff was friendly during the short interaction of the drive through.
I also find it has slow service. They struggle with moving people through the restaurant whether it be drive through or in the restaurant. This is not particularly one restaurant I find them all the same.
So go for the change and the food is pretty good but pack your patience.

Changed my review to one star because I won't be back. Apparently onion rings don't come with free dip and according to the staff member everyone else should have bee charging me. Lol. If you can't spring for dip for $5 onion rings you don't deserve my business. I'll take it to the other locations where they don't charge me and don't make me feel stupid for asking!

Tried the chicken BLT. It was tasty and very filling.
A bit too much for me. Wish there was a seniors menu version of foods, that would be very helpful.

I haven't had any take-out during th pandemic. I chose to go to A&W, it was awesome as were the staff. I even bought, " The Great Root Bear" mask. Thank you for your great service

Customer service is good.stop in morning to grab coffee.but have to wait so long.it would get five stars if they had more staff to keep line moving.

Just devoured our Teen burger combos from Orillia Riocan. The young lady who took and served our order was super friendly, efficient and spoke clearly while taking our order. Truly customer minded and aware. Wish we had her name. She was a joy to deal with during these Covid times.

The Beyond Meat burger is a bit pricey but very good.
A&W please come up with a non wheat option for a bun. A toasted rye bun would be so much better.

Staff at this location were particularly friendly. A nice change of pace from the usual expectation of a fast food worker. The food prepared was also better than at many A&W's, so kudos to the staff here. Could do with adding ketchup to the fries by default though. Make sure to ask if you come here.

Supposed to be open at 7.00. Still closed at 5 after with staff watching me pull on the door. Went to Tim Hortons instead.

Used the mobile app everything went easy breezy however I think everybody else in orillia thought it was a good time to go to A&W today

Ordered 2 teen burger meals went home and the tomatoes looked gross like they were frozen then unthawed on both. Lettuce was brown on both as well. Same thing happened last week and I left a message and never received a call back. Figured I would try again. Will NOT attempt a third time

Went thru drive thru, guy was distracted and so were we but we parked next door in front of Scotia bank, forgot to give us our change, Called Meghan said she would be right out.she never came.called the next day from Toronto (she started to lie saying I wasn't in the parking lot). Then became rude. NOT professional at all.think twice before going here.

The food was hot and all correct what we ordered. They could be a little more friendly. Otherwise is was very good

This A&W does not carry ice. I ordered a root beer and asked for some ice to be put into it and the guy told me that they don’t have or serve ice. I’ve never heard of such a thing! What burger joint that sells soft drinks doesn’t have an ice machine? !

Very disappointed, prior visits received high quality and good quantity of food, last visit, the new fish and chips was not worth the price, fish was appx 1x2- 2 pieces. For the price, i will now go to restaurants such as Wimpy's

Not great service today, we ordered 2 combos and for the most part the transaction was fine. We left the drive thru and then looked in the bag to find missing items, very stale onion rings and flat, ice-less coke. We got back in line (drive thru is the only method open at this time) and the took the onion rings back for inspection and gave us new ones, also giving us new drinks. The onion rings were clearly from the same batch as the last, they were colder and just as stale and they definitely didn't change anything with the fountain pop. Not a great experience, do not recommend using this location until they offer more than just drive thru.

The guy taking the order at the drive though must have asked us 4 times if that is all we wanted after each item never giving us a chance to add the second item. He was rushing us like crazy and we were not taking long at all as we new what we wanted. The girl giving us our order never made eye contact and was like a robot. Never thanked us for our business. The 2 drinks we got were warm and no ice. Not recommending this drive through at all.

Was not happy with what I seen.the young lady and gentleman did not was one while I was in the resterant they took money the filled up drinking cups they placed food on tray.then served next person same thing no washing of had between taking the money then grabbing the food but what floored me the most they went and fill the small container with what ever no gloves and no washing hands.they didn't even come out and clean the dirty table.and you have signs up about cornia virous that a joke with no hand washing in there what so eververy disappointed

We ordered Beyond Burger combos and they were incredibly delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were nice & clean.

Love the Beyond Meat sausage n egger combo, good value with coffee and a refill! Love the food as it's always piping hot.

I find it hard to give any A&W a 5 star. The service is always slow. BUT.the food IS cooked fresh so I really shouldn't complain.
The absolute best hash browns and onion rings.

Good food, however the air conditioner is cranked way too high in the dining area, making it very uncomfortable to eat in the dining area. And theres enough bugs around that we wouldnt eat outside. I'll order my food to go in the future
