Slow service in drive thru. It was after midnight, 2 cars ahead of me, and it took 5 mins per car. Then it took another 5 mins for them to give me the order that was submitted via Uber (so they had the order for over 20 mins). Fast food? Ha! Not so much.

Worst Staff at Night, Not getting ready orders even they are free. Just talking n Laughing with each others. I just wait 15 min for 2 Combos.

I went through the drive through today. FRIES we cold. I asked for new fries. Got attitude one girl cleaning her nails and the other girl very rude. Restaurant was empty during dinner rush. PROBABLY THE QUALITY OF FOOD AND THE BAD SERVICE. DONT EAT AT THAT LOCATION

I ordered a burger for breakfast they said it would take a bit longer but brought it out to me and were very kind.hard to get burgers at 8 am and since I love burgers this place always delivers quality taste and dinner all day which is great they have all day breakfast every where why not all day dinner thank you A&W

They don’t even care about what you have ordered and don’t care if everything is in the bag for any customer
I have ordered full meal and hashbrown when i get home I realize that only meal was there no hashbrown.
And the most funny this kind of experience i had when there was no one means no a busy at all.

This particular location was top-notch. Very clean, fast and polite service and excellent food. Well done

We went through the drive through around 5. I couldn't believe how long we had to wait before someone took our order, plus when we got to the window we had to wait. We had ordered 2 teen burger combos. If that wasn't bad enough, we only live around he corner from there. We get home the & my burger was COLD like it had been cooked ahead & it was burnt. It was so hard, I threw it out. The last time we went there the food tasted like it was reheated. It used to be my favourite place. Now I'll never go back.

Waiting 15 mins for just a sandwich. All the focus was on drive thru orders but not on take-outs.

Short staffed! There was only 1 vehicle ahead of us but it took 10 mins to get our turn, when our turn came the person inside asked us to wait, after about 2-3 mins he came back and said it will take 10-15 mins to get our food. We cancelled our order and drove away.

I basically paid $14 for a small hamburger and a root beer. The onion rings were cold burnt and hard as a rock. Never again!

Often gets orders wrong, takes forever to get food, and always tells you to wait at the speaker even if you are the only one in line. Used to like this place, but it's just terrible now. Will be going elsewhere from now on

With their online coupons, 24 hr window and excellent fast food fare, these guys are becoming my favourite fast food munchie stop.their beyond Meat Burger does not taste like meat, maybe if you never had meat before and they said try this it is meat you might believe it. Regardless, it isn't horrible like most meatless burgers I have had. Beats Mc Donald's by 4 stars hands down. Yes I would give Mcdonald's negative 1 star if possible.

I’m a Usual late night drive thru customer on Sundays, never disappointed with their service. Quick and good service.

The staff seem to not know their own menu. I saw staff handling fries with their bare hands during a pandemic. The floor inside is disgusting and sticky. The wait times are dismal, with them often saying it will take 5 minutes, and then you wait 15 minutes with no update.

This store used to be great but it seems like ownership changed and it has since become understaffed and the staff that is there appears to be untrained.

I will be driving further to try other locations in the future if I want A&W. As of writing this I have been waiting 15 minutes for my food, the person behind me left before ordering because it took 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge that I was here (first person in line).

Sad.

They are always cleaning their grill whenever I visit over their. I went couple of time during night between 3am to 6 am. I don’t think they sell anything at night.

Bought a teen & papa burger and small root beer, I was surprised that it came to $20.00 I thought that was very expensive. I was surprised

Worst customer serice. The girl who works over weekend at drive through is B. Food is disgusting. Worst AW on earth for sure.

Just had late night snack and found that only one person was working who took the order, took the payment and made the food all without wearing gloves, very disappointed. Please don't put our lives at risk for your laziness. The one star is for food.

Bought a coffee today. It was burning hot. Asked for a sleeve and the staff hastily replied no sleeves and closed the window and stared through. If you run out of sleeves offer an extra cup, that's the norm.

Slow service, wrong order and sizes. Had to speak up to the cashier about another customer's food in the window getting cold as it sat there for 5 mins meanwhile cashier is wiping sweat off her brow because she just figured out what a medium coffee was. Never seen such a disfunctional a & w before hense why I give it three instead of one.

Came at about 11: 00pm only asked for cheese and ketchup on my papa burger.also never got a staw: (Waited awkwardly at the microphone for someone to ask for our order when nobody else was In the drive through to hold up the line.

I went through drive thru and was the only customer in it but the person taking my order was rude and impatient. I had to repeat myself several times. Once I got my order they had forgotten a few things and I had to go in for them.

I’m sitting in the drive thru right now and have been for 12minutes. The same car has been at the drive thru window the entire time I’ve been here. The one staff member has been leisurely talking to the person in the car with absolutely no regard for the 6 cars waiting in line. Worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. I have never written a bad review like this. Unprofessional and Unacceptable. I sincerely hope someone will speak to the staff that is working tonight about serving all customers in a timely manner. On a positive note. A&W have the BEST apple turnovers!

Came here for my lunch waited 30min for a chicken burger but of course wasn't told there would be a wait until after I paid. Was late getting back to work.fast food?

This is by far the most unprofessional location. I love A&W but this location never cease to amaze me with their inability to treat clients with respect. My family did a mobile order and they forgot to give us some of our items. When we contacted them and drove back they had it out with my fiancé accusing us of lying. We were able to prove it, but they were awful to deal with. I will never go to this location again. I have had issues with them in the past. I understand places will make mistakes but you can’t treat your customers terribly.

Been here 2 times over the last 2 weeks and I am alone in the drive through. They tell me to wait in the parking lot and I proceed to sit there for another 10 minutes before the food comes out. Strange.

Absolutely horrible! The management need to train their staff properly. Ordered an All Canadian breakfast with extra hash brow. Did NOT get the extra hash brown, eggs we under cooked and toast was NOT even toasted. Warm soggy bread only. I blame the management for poor training.

The staff are friendly. Went with my baby, and they brought my food and drink to me at the table since they knew carrying a tray and baby would be difficult. Sometimes it takes a little long, but it was quick this last time so maybe it just depends on what/when you order. Pleased with the service, and the food is always good.

I personally don't care for this place. Because it's just another fast food chain but the prices are outlandish for that reason! I only go for my roommate, I will say one good thing you gotta love their Onion Rings.

We went on New Year's Eve, and they were happy to serve us even though it was only 20 minutes until closing. A&W food is always *chef's kiss* but the staff here is great.

I find it to be a hit or a miss with my experiences here. Sometimes the service is great and then other times I get frustrated with the service.

4 years ago was not so much, but recently no ethnic diversity to this place at all.

The worst problem of this location is the time management. Food always takes forever to come out (roughly 15-20 mins, one day we waited for around 30 mins!) and they usually have us park in the parking lot to wait too.

Staff working here are rude, sloppy and has no care to the food prepared (I would add picture later) and they often forget or miss whatever we order.

We are not sure if the original owner was gone or not, but we have switched the place where we purchase better quality A&W burgers.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant. It was nice to see the staff actively cleaning the restaurant. The changes have been nice and have made an improvement from earlier this year.

A great and convenient place for me to stop and eat. Food is made well and not too greasy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the service is a little slow for a fast food restaurant.
