A&W Canada

This is one of the worse A&Ws we’ve been to. The food was alright but not as good as other locations and the coffee they served us tasted burnt. We were unable to drink it and had to get coffee at a different spot.

Disgusting and not sanitary
On August 10th I bought 2 sausage & Cheese breakfast sandwiches. With less than 2 hours I’ve received horrible stomach pains and got the stomach flee for 3 days straight. Do not EAT HERE.they don’t use gloves when handling food. Very unsanitary.

So only 1 thing the price is little high, but they have the best beyond meat burger in the market, it is juice full on flavour, I have tried different places, apparently the quality isn’t that great.

Ordered a group order from Uber eats and it was missing a teen burger, which is fraud. And also said it would take 30 min for our order and it took 50 min. Will not be ordering from this location ever again

Recommend that those preparing for wear gloves. Noticed they weren't. But went from good to wiping the counter with a cloth then straight to touching food.

The location is always clean if you decide to dine in, staff are friendly and helpful. The onion rings in particular always slap here. Fresh and crispy every time without fail.

Quite literally the best A&W I’ve ever been to. Maybe the best individual location out of any of the big fast food chains.

Went tonight to pick up dinner, ordered an uncle mushroom burger meal and a 3 strips meal, and was literally the worst experience here I’ve ever had. So I walk home with my food and drinks and open the bag to see a box and a burger with lettuce, so I know it’s not mine and go back. I understand that mistakes happen! I work at a place with drive thru and get that things get mixed up, but what I don’t get is giving me the wrong size burger (very obviously not an uncle patty) after asking me 5 TIMES to clarify, and forgetting the chicken strips and having to chase me outside to give them to me. Seeing as how it’s been 45 minutes since I first left, and too late for me to eat at this point, my mom went back for me. When she got there she explained that I had already been back, showed that the burger was the wrong size and explained she had the same burger last week, the supervisor that had chased after me before touched the burger to check and told my mom she was wrong. She then told her they wouldn’t make her a new one and didn’t even offer a refund. My mom obviously threw it out since she couldn’t eat it as it was touched, and I’m out $15 because the onion rings were cold by the time she got back. And the drinks were flat.

Fast food and nice people. We were disappointed that there's no beyond chicken nuggets. He said they were only for a limited time and might bring them back next year again. But beyond burgers still available, so at least we were able to eat.
Please bring back veggie nuggets!

Good food but outrageously expensive. I bought a Beyond Meat burger and 3 chicken strips without any sides or drinks and it was over $20!

Went there today and the 2 front ladies working cash had a horrible attitude and threw my drink to me after not giving it at first then they messed up our burgers, this location use to be much better before there renovation

We often go here and the young people are certainly hard workers - but friendly too. For a quick, simple breakfast - the service can't be beat.

Food was.not the greatest but maybe it's just this location. Food was not hot, cheese wasn't melted, burger didn't taste fresh, etc. Guy who was there was really nice so +1 star but still just go to Popeye's next door.

I would like to give more than 5 stars to the guy Adrin at A&W Harwood location today. He has the best customer service ever.

My mom had an appointment at a clinic next door and as we were a bit early, we needed some lunch. Mom is in a wheelchair and two lovely ladies (employees) assisted us by holding the door open upon our entrance and exit. Lunch was delicious, got the Beyond Meat Burger with fries and orange juice - which was super cold as it was served in a chilled mug, and Mama Burger with fries. You can always tell when the oil in the fryer is changed as the fries came out with a bright crisp colour instead of dark and ugly. They were soooo good, you don't even need ketchup. Thank you for the hospitality.

Chicken in the sandwich was disgusting and small like a pancake. Asked to have the bacon and egger English muffin toasted and it was soggy like they microwaved it.
Any other A&W I've been to I have never had this problem. Will never go to this location again!

Work on your customer service when a customer says thank you don't respond with were busy usually it's a your welcome just because of that I won't be coming back plus always something missing from the order

Generally this A&W was my go to place and I would go there very often (at least one time a week). However, on October 29th, 2021 when I did a drive-thru order, I got home only to find egg shells and burnt toast on my order. I was not happy and wrote a complaint to the A&W through the company website. No response. Nonetheless, since this situation has not be rectified, i am not longer going to this A&W ever again.

Walked in to place an order and wanted to wash my hands prior to eating. I asked prior to ordering and they rudely told me "absolutely not, our washrooms are closed for use". So they expect me to eat my food with dirty hands? I left and ordered elsewhere where their washroom was fully accessible to the public. Terrible attitude and customer service here.

I always love the bacon & eager in bun sandwish.but today morning the sandwish was very bad i didnt finch it the rest it was bad was no eagg tast and i order D. D Coffee it was NO sugar.i call no one answer.i m not going back to A&W any more

Been coming here for a Good Burger in the pandemic love this place, the staff and the girl at the window she is so kind and courteous!

I had ordered from this restaurant from uber eats tonight and when i received my order my drink was open and spilt all over my food.i then called the restaurant to let them know about my issue and was told to wait one minute where the employees decided to have a conversation about me and my "complaining" and then hung up on me.i drove to the restaurant and when i got there they told me they hung up on me because they were busy.i was the only one in the drive thru.they then refused to give me a refund for my destroyed order and made me a new fresh order. Once i returned home with my new order, i started eating my chicken fingers to find out that they were raw.i am extremely unhappy with the customer service at this restaurant.

This place is my favorite restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place.when I feel like having a decent dinner, this is the place that comes first to my mind. Great and food and a rich cuisine.courteous staff, and nice atmosphere. In addition to that, the charge is modest. I tell about this restaurant with no doubt.

When you spend 14.22 on 1 meal you ask for salt pepper and ketchup you get no ketchup and your burger comes out of the wrapper upside down I will not be visiting again

Friendly. Quick. The food was really, really good. Fresh and fast. Very important to me. They nailed it.

The food was great it was just hard to eat because I was to busy swatting all the flies contesting my meal.

I had a beyond meat burger and poutine. The price I was charged was more than what the receipt in the bag said by more than a dollar. So I'm confused. Is this a scam? To funnel a little off of each bill?
I paid with tap. Is it possible to get a receipt of the tap transaction or is that what was in the bag? Because they did not match!
Also.it was expensive! I actually prefer the beyond meat burger and poutine at Tim Hortons and theirs is under ten bucks. I like their potato wedges and gravy more as well as their version of the plant based burger.

Vegan beyond meat sausage was really good. Easy to make the sausage and egg muffin vegan. Just ask for no eggs or cheese.

Bathroom was NOT Fully Functional & Urinal Didn't Work Also Had NO Tilite Paper. BUT¡

The BEYOND MEAT¡ Burger & Sweet Potato Fries Were AMAZING¡! ¡ so they Made UP¡ for it¡ SUPER HIGHLY Recommended.

I love that A&W is forward thinking with its packaging, and meatless options. Kodos! Best tasting food, and classic root beer that always makes you want to come back for more. The only thing I could ask for is a composting program for their compostable packaging. As things can't compost in the dump. Make straws paper too!

I still think A&W has the best onion rings. Whenever I'm craving rings, I head to A&W. Convenient, consistent, and quick. Pint of root beer doesn't hurt either.

I usually like and recommend A&W but this location give me a bad experience burger taste old, rude stuff and manager and it's never easy to find the customer service hone number I would never recommend this location to anyone brought a bad experience to my whole family.

Surprisingly clean for A&W. Would have been five stars, but half my order was piping hot, and the other half was cold.

Eating in is very pleasant and the staff are nice, but the drive-thru is a bit rushed and they messed my order up. I recommend eating in here, I will again.

The service here was great. Fast, friendly, clean. I wish more locations were up to this standard.

Quick and the same old A&W with some new picks in the line-up. Gotta say the good taste hasn't changed, if you're looking for a quick bite with good old style road food this is your place! Go easy on the salt though, their fries are best the way they come I think!

Has great vegetarian options that are actually tasty. Good for anyone whether vegetarian or not. Friendly staff

False advertising on the 24hrs working night shift rushed on break for a burger just to come to a closed store thanks A&W

Great service, however the only downside is it didn't have all day breakfast for the dishes menu like all Canadian special.
