A&W Canada

I live nearby and come to this A&W frequently. They deserve 5 stars! Their food is consistently fast and fresh, and even better, all the workers are ALWAYS so friendly. I'm really grateful for this!

Went through the drive through to get a quick bite. Service was quick. Food was hot and fresh. Staff were friendly.

I visited in morning at 4: 28 Am and they refused service by stating they are cleaning or it will take 35 to 49 Minutes l.

Go to another location. Not real rootbeer! They give you a different one. We talked to them about it and they denied it. The taste is very different, not their authentic one.

Customer service and food was absolutely fantastic. Exactly what you would expect from A&W.

I usually come here, and I have to say the service is horrible. One time I came in the morning and waited patiently while the women finished their conversation in the kitchen. The cashier from Petro had to literally walk over and give them a signal that someone is waiting. Thank god for him. Likewise, I also come here often at midnight and usually the service is somewhat decent. However, this time around, the woman working front cash just had an attitude. Though it was not communicated, her demeanor said it all; it as if she did not want to be working. First, I was trying to order, and I couldn't hear what she was saying due to other conversations going on in the background, so she got annoyed because I had to ask her to repeat it a few times. Afterwards, she asked me what drink I would like and I said Gold Peak (Iced Tea). Right as I got my drink and took a sip, it turns out to be Sprite. Once again I asked her for Iced Tea (Gold Peak), and then she pours me Coke. I couldn't believe it, as I just said Gold Peak, and I told her I didn't ask for Coke. She then gives me attitude, as if I'm bothering her because she couldn't get the soft drink right. I told her right after that she doesn't have to give me attitude, and then she expressed, "I'm not", as if her body language didn't say it all. I'm sorry, but we all have to work, and do things that we are not fond of, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude and unwelcoming. I'd advise her to work on her service skills, and her posture, as body language implies everything about how you feel. Just horrible service.

Very good service and good food.

Food sometimes does take a few more minutes compared to other locations but the taste is worth it.

Horrible! Been in the hospital for hours checking in a family member. Finally get a break to go pick up food at 2: 30am to bring back to the other hungry family member and go to this location where I paid for an order of several items that cost $33. By the time I got back to the hospital room with the food, I noticed that the food order was not only wrong but the cheaper versions of what I ordered as well as missing items. This is disgusting behavior for a franchise. Either it’s the franchise or it is the workers punching in the right order and charging the full order price then just ripping off the consumer maybe to make the missing items for themselves to take home to family while inflation is up. Horrible addition to a rough night with a sick family member! You should be ashamed of yourselves! On a final note, I decided to check the take out bags to see if they included the itemized receipt with the details of what was ordered but it wasn’t in there. All I got was the credit card receipt conveniently not itemized. I ordered a BLT chicken not the spicy chicken! I ordered the double buddy burger with real cheddar cheese not two chicken bbq wraps from the value menu. I ordered an uncle burger which was supposed to be a 5oz patty not the thin patty mama or whatever burger that was given to me. The only thing she gave me that was what I ordered was the orange juice and lemonade that was prepared right in front of me! Even a fast food restaurant needs to have some standards! Staff was happy among themselves while drive thru still being busy. No one was throwing things around or murmuring… happy staff made me the best buddy burger I’ve had at A&W.

Food is the same, but the service is lacking in most of these fast food places. Seems that the days of going above and beyond and providing customer service is longer required to do business.it's a sad day.

One of the worst tasting hamburgers I had in awhile there was no taste to the meat it was very tasteless onion ring with a greasy and enjoy it at all I threw mostly away will never go back to A & W again a change so much I do not enjoy it

Welcome to the world of burger where you only get a bun and a patty no sauce no onions no seasoning nothing. Enjoy your meal. ️

This place was horrible, rootbeer was flat, blt chicken burger tasted horrible, deep fryer oil needs to be changed. And the top it off one little measly strip of bacon on a chicken BLT. The fries ordered a poutine and only got a half a box of fries after paying 529 for them, could at least fill the Box up and give me a full serving of fries not 17 sticks of fries a three piece of cheese curd on top with no gravy. Will not be coming to this location ever again

I bought two combos from them for my kids on the drive through. The woman was nice and patient as the person who getting the order. My kids liked their foods.

This is the slowest A&W I have ever seen. 30 minutes from coming in, ordering and getting the food. If you need to come here use the drive thru, walk in business is ignored.servers apologized but this is a manager issue.staff your restaurant please

One of my favorite fast food joints. Always a bit of a wait for food when compared to some other fast food restaurants. The wait is well worth it though

Worst experience ever. I ordered through uber eats. First they took forever to deliver the food. It was cold and poorly packed. No starws with the drink. The drink was all spilled out. And the sandwich wasn't the one that i ordered. They totally changed the order. This was the first time i tried a&w and im never gona eat there again.

It was my second time having A&W as I don't eat fast-food that much but I was very surprised by quality. The burger was very fresh

Great food tastes amazing just very pricey. The establishment is very clean and provides table service. There is only one washroom for the public and it's under a lock and key which is the only downfall other than that it's a great place to grab something to eat alone or with friends.

It's an alright a&w. Way better than McDonald's. Burgers are good. They just need to keep the 56 burger all year instead of having it limited

With so many fast food burger chains more conveniently located along my regular routes, it's been a long time since I've eaten at A&W. I stopped in at this A&W for a quick lunch before going to the nearby Canada's Wonderland. The food here is a lot cheaper!

This outlet was located inside a gas station but had their own seating. Everything looked clean and new.

My companion had A&W's app installed on her phone, showing some meal deals. We chose a combo that got us two Mozza Burgers, two fries, and two drinks for around $12 (if I recall). The burgers were good and the fries were crispy. With good food, especially at the coupon prices, it was a very good value!

I ordered what I order at every other A&W except at this one they charge you to substitute pancakes for toast. Had to pay 6.00 more than any other location in Canada. Will never return here. Tried to explain no other location charge to substitute but was ignored. Brought my co workers here so had was forced to stay since it was my idea. Very disappointed

My husband and my meal was very disappointing onion rings soggy our favorite whoppers were cold and nasty never been disappointed in a&w before not sure if I'll go back

The place was so crowded and busy. The lanes were not working properly and was difficult to get the staffs attention because of how busy the place was. The music was so loud and distracting that we could hardly speak to the people we came with. It was not an enjoyable experience.

We go to A&W occasionally and We found that they are mostly consistent with their food quality and speed of service, this location offers 24 hours drive through which is great and they always have fast service, but I always felt that their portion sizes are small relative to their price.

Quick Service. Was looking for a place along this strip with an outdoor patio so we could eat with our dog and was pleasantly surprised there was a small patio behind the the A&W with three tables.

I don't want to give even one star it shows 24 hours but drive thru close at 2 am to 4 am and say everytime we are cleaning.

This location is closed everu night from 1 am to 4 am which itself is rediclous. Plus the staff is rude too.dont know why they need 2 to 3 hrs to clean everyday.

You pay almost $5 for onion rings, which in itself is ridiculous consodering its a penny item, and this location can't keep their portions straight. I was told by other locattions they give 12-15 onion rings which makes sense. This location gave me 5 onion rings. This is better than the 3 they gave me in the winter. Other times they gave tge 12-15. No consistency. The cook looked like he didn't want to be there. The order taker assured me it was a full portion and even checked to make sure. I think I'm done with all A&W restaurants.

Good food, been through drivetho and in store, drivetho can sometimes take awhile, 8 to 10 minutes, check your bag before leaving as I didn't get dip for chicken strips.

The new bistro teen burger was amazing. Service took a bit long so they threw a free blueberry pie. That was nice. Fries were also really good

Great service and amazing food served at this A&W. I visited months ago and was surprised by the great customer service and fast delivery. I would recommend this location to anybody who is looking for some quick food while on the road.

Worst some gujrati guy was working he didnt even listen to my order was working i stood there for around 15 mins he didnt take my order worst

This A&W outlet is assoicated with the Petro-Canada Gas station, so it is a small, outlet. Visited for cofee and to check email and was served efficiently and in a friendly manner. The seating area was clean and not much traffic at 09: 30 on a Wednesday morning and I observed the staff cleaning the tables and the floor to ensure the area was neat. Coffee was reasonably priced and of standard quality. I did notice that the seating area had no sockets to power a laptop.
