A&W Canada

A & W is my favourite fast food place to eat. Everything is high quality and delicious. Service is also always excellent. I especially like their fries over other fast food restaurants.

I always like the taste of their burgers and fries. Their rootbeer is always above in its class from the rest too. I just cannot complain at all about this place.

THE BEST A&W IN ALL OF CANADA. They are perfect in every way. They have never disappointed me. I went to A&W in Richmond Hill, and it is absolutely heartbreaking to see the lack of care in that store. I am now loyal to only one A&W and that is this one:)

Going here, you would not believe it was fast food! We have been coming here for years and every single time, the staff are the friendliest, loveliest humans on earth, the food is fast, but seriously fresh, and the experience is just so pleasant! We were recently there and the staff came over and wiped down our table and brought us our food and checked in on us, you would have thought it was more of a dining restaurant, than fast food joint! And as much as we love the food, we would really like to put ALL the emphasis on the staff. This is NOT an easy job, especially in the past two years, and they seem to do it with grace, kindness, and ease (and I’m sure some days it’s hard to do this), so thank you so much! Highly recommend this specific A&W!

My gf, daughter and I went and had breakfast, first time sitting in a restaurant in 3 years. Clean, and good service. Food was delicious

My opinion they have the best bacon egg sandwich among the fast food sector. They have great service and friendly staff at the drive through.

It's ok. Typical A&W. However when I order the chicken sandwich it's not as fresh as other locations

Service was fast. But found out the hard way why.got Onion rings and the onion was not cooked.bought it at drive thru and returned it at the drive thru. Find another location to eat from.

Lately every time I get a burger the meat is half way out of the bun, this location used to be good but now is been deteriorating for a while.
Compare to the others fast food restaurants in the area are still pretty good.
Looks like is a hit or miss service.
If you dont have coupons their food is not worth the money.

This place must be avoided. They are the worst in customer service, completely disorganized and do not honour each other’s promises to customers. They delivered less than a third of our order by Uber, realized they didn’t send over the rest of the order and didn’t bother to call the driver back, then told us to figure it out through Uber for refund. Then as an apology the manager from Sept 20 at 9 pm told us to come by the store the day after or any time at the end of the week to get the entire order made fir us again free of charge. We did as advised and the manager who called himself the owner disrespectfully told us to figure it out through Uber again and that because the other manager shouldn’t have made such a gesture, he will refuse to honour it. He refused to even open up the note / file left by the previous night’s manager. This is not about the free food promised whatsoever but the utter disrespect for customer’s time and trust in the business, as well as the irresponsibility in accepting their fault and remedying it. It was not Uber’s fault but their own which this owner refused to accept and turn us away in the most disrespectful manner. In addition to this I am still calling the store this very minute for literally the 20th time to get the name of the previous night’s manager in order to file a BBB complaint- AND NO PICKUP. I will make sure this business learns from this in one way or another, and hope that others will choose a business more deserving of support during these times.

Something fell off the drink fountain and into my drink. And the women at the drive through just fished it out with her fingers and served it to me.absolutely disgusting.

Came in to the drive-thru today only to be held up and ignored by the person on the speaker for almost 10min. Most times when I come here the staff seems very uneducated of their duties at work and always slack with orders. I'll go to a different one from now on.

Busy time, but I got a hamburger with bacon when I ordered a Beyond meat burger (wrapper was correct but the burger was not). Didn't realize until I got home and it was too late. Usually good though so just check your order before leaving.

After all these years I’m still so impressed with this A&W location. The staff here is always happy, always super pleasant to deal with, and food is always perfect. Whoever manages this place needs a plaque or something - honestly! Great job, seriously guys! Thank you!

The drive-thru was fast. Very kind and friendly staff. The meal are delicious and tasty. Highly recommended!

Food is too greasy. Drain the oil more before serving it! Noone should be eating excessivley oiled bread & hashbrowns!

The drive-thru was quick and the staff was very friendly. The meal was perfect (right temperature and items). I would definitely go if I'm ever in the area.

I really loved their dishes. I always get fantastic customer service there. The place is well organised and the staff members are always helpful. Will visit here again.

Great, fast service! The one lady took our order 10 minutes before close and got the food prepared before close by her self.

The food was good and obviously fresh it's definitely a good eat, although the line was quiet slow even with nearly no customers. Additionally the snow banks make it impossible to see around corners which is terrifying while driving.

Came here about once a week and got food poisoning last night really badly, will never return again. Stay away just go to Harvey's

They came to my table to refill coffee! Feels like a restaurant. They also use mugs instead of paper cups. Very environmentally friendly!

This is a great location! The staff is super friendly, the service is fast and the food is warm and fresh. They make your order exactly the way you request it and I have yet to receive anything incorrectly. I have been visiting this location for years now and have never been disappointed.

Unfortunately went around lunchtime and the schools were out for lunch. They served us fairly fast but the place was filthy. Sticky floors and tables. The mushy tomato on my burger was the final straw that had me regretting our decision to stop there.

Tried there new beyond meet burger and far exceeded my expectations. Could hardly tell it was a vegan burger unless if I was trying to be really picky. Good customer service and speed.

Superb A&W. I just got 2 hash browns for a quick roadside snack. They whipped them up very quickly for me and were very friendly in doing so. A very welcome experience in the morning.

This was once the best A&W in the GTA - delicious juicy burgers, perfect onion rings, smiling people and very clean and hygienic. Now food is average, people poorly trained and restrooms filthy. Broken toilet flushes, bowls full of craps. Don't they care anymore?

The girl named sarah was very rude and unprofessional when she took my order and because of this I will not be returning to that location. The food was excellent though.

Best fast food experience ever: good burgers and better service - it was seriously fast too. Alex made our day with the root beers!
