A&W Canada

Has been serving ranch sauce in their wraps for the last week that has gone bad. They were notified through uber eats, and continue to sell it. It smells bad, and tastes awful, like rotten milk.

I love going A&W but this location is out of order.
Ordered a sandwich combo and pancakes.
Sandwich patty was very dry and hard.
Wasn’t really a good sandwich put together at all.
They said they gonna make fresh pancakes but when I received them they were ice cold.
Total time spent on a combo was 20 minutes. Horrible experience

We were in last night and the service was terrible. Staff are slow to help customers and stood around instead of packing orders. No organization as there were multiple people trying to do the same job. Cashier charged us for a blueberry turnover and then we find out only when going through our bag and finding a turnover missing that they do not have blueberry turnovers at this location. We also ordered bacon ranch wraps but after seeing a previous review about the expired ranch we tried the sauce and did not think it tasted right. We were refunded the cost of the wraps but left feeling frustrated with this location. Took almost 45 minutes for a simple order of 4 wraps and 2 turnovers. Go through the drive thru at this location as they obviously don't care about walk-in customers.

Excellent night staff. I take my food almost everyday. Food is perfect. I customize my order every time and it is always customized in the way that I ordered. All staff members are very nice and polite. Great customer service.

I don't know any other fast food place that has a breakfast that even come close to A+W the all Canadian smokes anything even from Denny's

Was good to see our order get done right for once. I recommend this location to any one passing through or in the area

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes until the person was done serving 3 drive thru customers that came after me only to receive the wrong drink and only 2 ketchups with my two combos. Horrible service.

Well prepared, flavourful and well packed. Only thing was they forgot the Mayo and ketchup packets in the bag which I had ordered, but it was certainly not a big enough deal to ruin our dinner

Come by this location regularly for a snack. The food is almost always fresh, but the staff isn't always the most curtious

Nasty Place with Nasty people lol I asked if I can get a burger fresh made and NOT get a pre heated burger They said NO! Lol nothing fresh here. Pre heated is nasty only nasty people can make that and resell it

The staff at this A&W are incredible. It seems there are only ever 2-3 employees when I visit. Though there is occasionally a bit of a wait (max 15 mins), the service and food are well worth it.

Horrible place.i order 2 mozza burgers and in both of them, they put uncooked bacon and meat, which made me sick and my stomach got infected.

Convenient location but don't recommend coming here in the night! I'm not sure if there's a lack of staff but don't expect to receive your Mama burger any faster than 20 minutes max. I've been here multiple occasions and it's basically been the same result.

The best A&W restaurant in the area. They’re always patient while taking orders. I was surprised to see that people (Virpal) working on drive thru can be this polite.

I prefer this restaurant very much.there is a great atmosphere. The cuisine is superb.the service is efficient and the team is trained. The cost is modest. I warmly recommend.

The food is great as long as you don't mind a really long wait for it. It always takes me 5 minutes to get my food when going through the drive thru.

One of the better fast food choices, as far as burgers go. Not a fan of their super-sweet root beer though.

I have stopped at this A&W (8480 between 2 and 3 am and I usually go in-store. The store is clean, the staff are exceptional, especially Raman and Parm who are extremely polite and helpful. I admire their dedication to the work. Also their ability to be professional with the job.

I take the opportunity to recommend this A&W store. Drive thru or in-store, you will be well served.

Food is good I really think it comes down to the staff, how much they care about quality and it doesn't really show here.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION, I never leave bad reviews but this is by far my worst fast food experience from this A and W and I will never ever come here again. I used to be a regular customer but the employees continuously mess up my ORDER. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. As someone who doesn't eat meat it is disturbing to have them put it in your burger and mess up every time. I can fully see and confirm that it is the wrong patty and the employees will still not agree it is wrong. One time is okay but every time I visit this location it happens, I would like to see some action taken by the owner. I honestly have repeated countless of times that this is what the order should contain and they still mess up! THEY CANT EVEN GET THE DRINK RIGHT no matter how many times I politely tell them what it is. It is so unfortunate to see employees that do not value a customers diet restrictions or even care about their job, when many other worthy candidates will. At this point I have thrown out so many burgers and wasted my money, and the employees refuse to replace my burger and argue with me. I would like to see some action taken or a response from the owner.

Open for takeout. Love their chicken BLT. Quick service mid afternoon. And their coffee is far better than Timmies. Really. Highly recommended!

This spot simply knows how to please their customers. Always with a very friendly approach. The food is reasonably priced, constantly fresh and clean.

Very very bad A&W location. Everytime I come and place my order, they ALWAYS forget something in the bag, mess up on my order or the cost of the total price. Horrible location. Will NEVER EVER come back to this location EVER AGAIN and I do NOT RECOMMEND.

I figured I would try a coffee as it was on promo.
It was the worst, so weak! Do NOT by the coffee
to make it worse when I pulled into the drive thru there we only two cars in front, it took 15 min before I was on my way. I have had the food before and was ok but will not go back to the one on Hwy 27 at the Petro Canada.

April 16th 2020 I am very disappointed with this A&W location today I come here every morning at 6 and Order beyond meat sausage and veggie with a hash brown and a large coffee with three sugars that takes normally 5 to 10 minutes today it took 25 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable there is no reason for this because there was only one customer ahead of me. I watched drive-thru orders goes through and still my order was not being made. I feel for having to wait this long I should have been refunded there is no reason why I should have had to wait 25 minutes beyond meat sausage and veggie hash brown and a large black coffee. A younger girl that work this morning has no clue what she's doing and is all over the map. I just want to say thank you for making me late to get to work.

With the Canadian special, they should have other options aside from pork.maybe, Turkey sausage and chiken or Turkey bacon since there are many people who don't eat pork. Other than that, it's a good place to go and nice service. Cheers.

The service is constantly efficient, good vibes, very kind staff members. I will return here again when I get in the area.

Customer entered in dirty attire and purposely loud talking, but was met with a polite and courteous staff at both counters. Food was warm and prepared professionally, service was pleasant.

We don't normally choose fast food, but feel a&w is one of the better options; NOT THIS LOCATION! The staff does not know how to communicate, AT ALL. Further, it's frustrating to have to ask a question 8 times and never actually get an answer. Last, do not order the breakfast wrap. Unless your two years old, your not going to enjoy it. Finally, they will mess up your order every time, so just don't bother stopping here.

I didn't even get to order food the service was horrible such a shame too I love A&W. Too bad the employees are more worried about doing nothing rather than service a customer

For a small store there very slow, I waited 8mins at the drive thru just to say my order, other than that my order was good food was hot and the burgers were made perfect.

Delicious food. Their burgers and chubby chicken is good, but if you're in a rush, this might be rough.
I get that its fresh and hot, so its the price for good food to wait a while.
Its not terribly slow, but I would come here more of a day-off thing or afterwork, rather than a lunch.
Also convenient that its in a Petro Canada.buy lotto and stuff while waiting.

Been here countless times cause I love A&W.can't seem to get enough of those Papa combos.
I tried the Cod burger last visit and wasn't crazy about the coleslaw they put on.so this time ordered it minus coleslaw and Wow.it was great.top it iff with those awesome Onion rings with a Rootbeer and it's a home run.
The staff are friendly and store is very clean.its a Petro Canada with A&W inside.
Seating available.so yeah.

Only get 3 stars because I love the poutine.otherwise I recommend making a sandwich at home. Its healthier.

Staff are very rude. They don't care about the customer. They talk to their own launages. Customer standing long time. They never respond.
They have changed their mind. But I had good dinner.

My favourite of all fast-food places. Real cheddar cheese, educated employees, very fast, breakfast all day. Quality food for very reasonably (cheap) prices. Open late.

I was absolutely shocked upon tasting their beyond burger. It actually tastes like meat, It also was delicious.

Very good burgers and fries for a regular burger place. They have four or five different types of burgers as well as a couple of chicken burgers. They also have their own root beer which is great, seven the diet version. I have eaten at a few different A&Was and they all prepared their food the same.

Best quality fast food. All their food is organic and tasty.
Unlike other fast food places the what they advertise is true.
So when you see something is spicey hot, it is really not.

Horrible Service. Rude staff. Would not recommend this location to anyone. I was sent a coupon from a friend for a 2 for 1 combo meal and when shown to the cashier at drive thru she said "I can't accept it, it's not in our system. " We let her know ahead of time before we placed the order that we had a coupon and what it was for. We told her we used it before and she said "Oh well it's expired". The expiry date is still months away and said so on the coupon. She got her night shift manager and he told me it had to come straight from the website and they wouldn't accept what I had. So my boyfriend paid full price and while we were waiting I pulled it up from the website. The girl handed us our food and I told her I had the coupon on the website. All she said was "well you already paid" and closed the door on us. It was completely rude and we were not compensated or offered anything for their mess up. I'm not impressed at all. Don't waste your time at this location.
