I went there in the afternoon and then I ordered my food but it took me so long because one of the guys was yelling at the employees and he was at the back wearing a cap. He was very rude to his employees and it bothered me to the point where I would never come to eat here again. I don't know how someone could be so rude and disrespect people who just work their out of their respect. I hope that those employees find a better job!

Firstly 2 girls constantly speaking in foreign language and so rude
The shorter one tried to act to smart with me. No, Please and thank you just threw the food on counter and left without calling me out for the food.
First horrible service and then terrible food also super slow service.
I usually visit this place for the clean and nice environment, this was my first time that place was soo dirty.owner really think about the staff and how mismanage the place is.

Love getting the buddy burger or the chicken buddy burger as a larger snack or with the sweet potatoes fries + a drink for a meal and the staff at this location were really nice and delivered our food right to the high table we were at, which we really appreciated!

The service here is quick and the food is great. I was even given a complimentary lollipop which was very nice

The staff are really friendly, it's very clean inside, outside there is a patio, and the food is tasty. How nice is that! A&W you recently changed your coffee cups. There is no longer a plastic lid, instead the sides have an oval shape that fold into the cup. This is not good because there is no longer lateral support, so if you grasp the sides of the coffee cup, not gently, then the liquid spills. Also, since there is no lid on top anymore the paper that folds inward from the top does not prevent the liquid from spilling as it would be prevented with a plastic lid. Paper folds are a terrible idea, it is basically a cup made of newspaper with the tips of the newspaper folding inward. I can't see this as being great for holding in heat as it would be with a plastic lid. Also, if you are driving and brake hard the coffee will spill a lot more than if you had the original plastic lid. A&W you are trying to go green but a newspaper cup with folding paper tips would have been better substituted with a bio-degradable plastic lid because you got rid of the original plastic lid.

When I got the two coffees I thought the cashier gave me two extra fries. The cup is a box like shape similar to fries with paper folding inward from the top. Bring back the lid A&W.

Delicious fresh food. Love love their onion rings so fresh and crunchy.

The staff were friendly with quick service. The entire place was well cleaned including the bathroom. The food is great if you like A&W. Which I do. It's also open 24 hours. Which is quite nice.

Chubby chickens just aren't the same here or maybe I've gotten use to the taste. Mainly come for the sweet potatoes fries

Ordered a couple of burgers, kudos to the staff for following the the dietary preferences verbatim. Food was hot and fresh.

Awesome accessible, friendly, clean location. Lots of free parking, covid guidelines present as being in place and followed. The food is always delicious, fresh and efficient.

Good location but some people might have trouble exiting the location as it is on a busy street.
Nice little seating area on the outside, I always choose to sit out here.
When the space opens for indoor seating there is lots of space.
A&W food is definitely tasty but it is generic like other fast food establishments. But given all the choices I always end up going with A&W.

Overall pretty good

Best customer service. Very polite vry friendly and welcoming. They even bring you the food to your table. Owner is very humble and is always on site. The food is always and fresh. Deserves a 10 star rating!

The quality of this fast food chain is surprisingly good. It had always been above average quality, but they appear to be continually improving their burgers.

Happy to have a location so close to home. Beef burgers, meatless options plus breakfast 24hrs that's Wonderful!

What a great location. I love everything about it. Staff is kind. Food is fast and great. It meets my A&W standards (consistency between chains is key!).
I love their dish and hand washing area. I think it's clever and more restaurants should follow suit.

The place is new and very nice relaxed environment to dine in and eat. The staff are very friendly and informative. Their service to date is always quick and top quality. I have been there 5 times in the last 3 months and I have not been disappointed or had any issues.

By far one of the best A&W locations. The service provided by Amandeep was very professional. The burger and fries were made fresh. Very clean. Will definitely come back when I’m around this neighbourhood.

Made an order through Ubereats and I accidentally made a mistake and hit send. I called the restaurant and the manager was super polite and helped me out with my issue.
