I had to order 15 special combos for a 7 am weekend shift with my guys and I went the night before to get the order going. They left the order for the next group and they were so friendly and understood the time constraint in the morning. The food was delicious, eggs cooked perfectly and coffee was piping hot!

Very friendly and customer service was excellent. Very clean. The associate that took the order to the one who brought the food out were so polite and very courteous. I’ll definitely be back at this location again in Kitchener. Gursimran is the associate we had the pleasure of dealing with.

Worst service at Drive Thru……They ask everyone to wait outside even though we came to drive thru and took whole day to come out and give our food to us……very bad service

Last night we went for food but the night staff was so rude and they were continually talking in phone and the burger petty was also not good it clearly seems that they were not interested in work please improve your staff. Thank you

Its my request to the owner of this location that the night staff working at your location seems like they don’t really care about their customers and don’t like to work at night maybe.
We went there on a drive thru at night and we ordered two burgers with fries with extra seasoning and fresh patties but the patties was like too old didn’t seems to like fresh plus they were very confusing while taking a order and a girl working there was using an airpods in her ear while working, additional fries was soo over cooked and seems not to be fresh.
Overall the experience was very bad.

This location never fails! Have always received speedy and friendly service from the staff.

Try their new lattes if you get a chance - I'm finding myself at A&W more than Starbucks now

Just ordered a burger at around 12 AM. Instructed them to put a Hashbrown instead of the beyond meat patty as I am a vegetarian and they have no other options. They send me a note and a half cooked weird smelling beyond meat patty don't know what to do with this.

Staff and the service is awesome. Hope you find a career you are interested in and show some efforts there.

Awful customer service (employees don’t even have basic manners) and drive thru is a nightmare - they’ll tell you to park and wait for your food, make you wait 15 mins and give you the wrong order.

This restaurant has best service and I just took my food after my work because it was hectic schedule and when I went at 1130 and the girl at drive-through she give me best customer service I appreciate you guys️

Good food as expected, but the friendly customer service that is over the top sets them apart. There was a mistake made on my to go order last time I was there. They realized their error and before I even got to my car they ran out with the proper item and many apologies. Service like that will always bring me back thank you

Never going there again. I asked for beyond meat burger with no Ketchup and mustard, and what else do they put in? I got to know when i got back to work. On top of that food is wayyy to expensive, not worth it

Food is the normal A&W quality you would expect but the drive thru line moves slower than molasses at this location. No apology or acknowledgment for the abnormal long wait

BUT a&w seems to have a problem with remembering peripheral stuff, like ketchup and napkins. I specifically ask for ketchup in the bag everytime and at 3 separate locations no ketchup seems like a chain wide issue.

Ordered a cheddar bacon uncle burger using the support MS coupon, get $2 off the combo and A and W donates $2. I did not get $2 off and I hope MS gets their $2. This location is also more expensive than other locations. I've visited this location multiple times, at different times of the day. Food is bland compared to other locations, coffee tastes off and I don't like getting tricked. I even asked the drive thru person if the price I'm paying is after applying the coupon, they said it was, I calculated it through the app and it's not. They did not give me a receipt and I didn't ask for one, so that part is on me. Will not revisit.

It has one of the worst laid out drive thru's around, but the line was decently fast. English muffin was a little over done. But not bad.

Normally very happy with A&W, but when I came through at 11pm to watch them turn the lights off as I entered the drive-thru, was very disappointed. If your signs say 24hrs, then be open 24hrs. If you cant be open 24hrs, that is perfectly fine, but do not advertise that you are. Had to turn around and go back to a mcds to get meals.

Used to be great but now every time I order from here they make me park around front and wait for my food even when there is now one else here, service used to quick but us getting slower and slower.

Everyday I used to buy from this a & w and the night shift guy Chase is amazing. Always very friendly and excellent customer service provider. Great to have him on board. 9/10 for this guy.keep up the excellent work buddy.mm

Breakfast was extra greasy and half my breakfast order was cold and soggy. I was the only one there. Definitely won't be back.

Is this a car you're trying to sell! Can't see A&W for the car in the way! Perhaps another picture is recommended

If you are plant based or vegan stay away from this place. A few months back we ordered beyond burgers and they gave us real hamburgers! When I called they said I could come back that day but we didn't have time so we paid alot of money and didn't get to eat. Today we thought we would give them another try. After ordering with NO sauce or cheese all our burgers came with mayo. When I called to complain the lady on the other end of the phone was rude and said I didn't say no mayo instead of trying to make it right. We will no longer support this location.

Apple turnover with cinnamon sugar and an xtall hot chocolate.when both are steamin hot thats the best! Under 4 bucks for both. Fast and no line. Only thing is they forgot extra bacon and the cheese slice on my sandwich was half off the bun.

When we go home and open order.onion rings were way over cooked and salty. I had visit this location first time and it was very very bad experience.

Slow Service! Food is great, consistent with other chains. Major downturn is the drive through service and speed its being handled. I understand staff had to be reduced but 20 min wait for a meal with 2 cars infront is horrible.

The food was hot, the service was great, and even though our visit was during covid I felt very comfortable and at home even with the precautions at place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stop here!

Not much to say about this particular restaurant, it's just another a&w, and service was half decent. Food was what I had expected however the service was oddly slow in drive thru, especially considering that there was not a single car ahead or behind me.

My burger was pathetic, hire new staff, whoever was work the evening shift Sunday Aug 30th needs to go. Not to any standards of any other A&W burger I've had.

Worst breakfast of all the A&Ws I've ever had. We got 2 all Canadian to go.
The eggs were burnt on the outside, under-done in the middle. Screwing up over easy eggs takes talent.

This is right across the street from the Tim Hortons I work at. Used to love popping through on my breaks on nights and grabbing a burger (Sup Chase? !) Much better than McDicks. But they've been closing super early for the last while, I can't even grab a snack on my way into work for 11pm. Why would you close at 10pm when there's Toyota, Maple Grove, the flour mill, etc.nearby? Lots of night shift workers.

This location is much better than the Victoria street one. The batter on the onion rings was falling off in previous visits so we stopped ordering them all together.

The womens bathroom was completely out of toilet paper, raided the mens and it was out too. Eventually stole some from the family one, like a rat. Told the girl at the counter and she didn't seem in to much of a rush to take care of it, the place was almost empty.

I find the price is a bit high at A&W compared to other fast food burger places. The seasoning salt keeps me coming back though to relive my childhood memories.

The coffee has come a long way. The sandwiches kill Tim Hortons and are better that McDonald's. Hash browns are 1.7x10^9 times better than Tim's. Also, no long lines!

Staff is friendly and inviting. They always accommodate my request for 1/2 iced tea 1/2 lemonade as my drink of choice which is nice of them. Facility itself is always clean. On my last visit there was no soap in any of the dispensers in the washroom which I had to leave the men’s and go into the family bathroom to get soap, no big deal there for me. Food is always fresh, tastes amazing and hasn’t disappointed me yet (I tend to experiment a lot with new menu items) overall I would recommend this location to anybody looking for good flavourful food compared to some other fast food brands where they serve up items that can sometimes be bland or not flavourful. Great job A&W Sportsworld.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Beyond Sausage and Egger combo. I opened the bag and took a bite of the sandwich. It was real sausage! I immediately spit it out and checked the bag for the receipt that is usually taped to the bag to see what I was charged for but it wasnt there which makes me think this was done intentionally. As a vegetarian not only does this absolutley disgust me, it made me sick for days after. I will NEVER return to this location again. The service is horrible (especially the young girl that works in the morning. She is rude, slow and unfriendly), the food is often cold and the few times I have eaten in the restaurant it has been filthy. This location is never busy and now I understand why.

Burger cold and burnt. Poutine cheese frozen. Onion rings seemed old and were burnt. Not impressed. Garbage were overfull

The employees had us put in our order in their system ourselves since they were unsure of what they were doing I walked out not wanting anything. As a person who works in the serve industry I'm disgusted with the service. The worst A&W I've ever been too.

This place never disappoints. I go here all the time and they always make my burgers perfectly. Great customer service. Always fresh. Never - not once - have I ever received a stale frie from them. Lettuce is always crunchy. Cheese always melty, bun always warm and toasty. Thank you for a great experience.

Food was super hot and fresh! Quick service. The table that we ate at was a pub style which was different but worked my myself and coworker. There was also a server that came around and asked how our food was and offered us those AMAZING root bear lollipops. Would definitely go back dlfor sure
