My favorite burger of all the fast food stops, definitely the Teen Burger.yum Any burger is great!

As far as fast food goes, this is as good as it gets. Chill atmosphere, good service, and the food is always made fresh on order. Good work people!

I got to meet some new people and decided to sit down for my meal when I was going to order takeout.

This A&W location is clean and the workers are friendly. They do well in food preparation and are aware of sanitation. The food is satisfactory and they do well. Only prevention of 5 stars is due to the occasional lack of sufficient customer service skills that I notice.

It's 2023 and you still haven't figured out how to make ice.it's what's holding you back.and considering that you no longer use the frosted glasses.you need to provide ice!

Crowded, but for good reason. They should clone these staff, they handled a huge rush while I was sorting out my Uber pick up order, like it was their mid-

It was my first time in A&W Canada and my first meal was the Beyond Meat Burger combo which was very tasty. I will definitely be back for another one.

Awesome place. Fresh food. And one of the best coffee i have ever had. It was really good. Customer service is nice.

Confused staff. Useless location. I asked for a mozzarella mushroom burger and I come home and see it’s a hamburger with pickles.

Service is always super fast. I had a double teen burger with cheese on a lettuce wrap and it was $&? ! @& AMAZING! Lettuce wrap was thick and crispy enough to hold the burger. My drink came in a frosty glass mug. The patties were well cooked and juicy. I paid about $11 for an amazing double burger and a drink. I got my order in about 2 minutes. I'm doing keto right now and A&W has become my hands-down favourite burger place when I'm out running errands. The patties were sooooo good!

Nice place. Extremely busy especially considering the size. This isn't a big restaurant but the service was very fast and the food was good again taking into consideration there were a lot of people in both days we were there.

Bathrooms are clean. My interactions with the staff was excellent. Friendly. The one young gentleman managed to help me with something, did it friendly and sincere but fast and efficient yet I did not feel like he was rushed.
That's great service.

Quite.all day breakfast $7.w. A pop.in med size plaza. Parking.
Handycapped seating. Not too bad. Newly opened.

Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious. Affordable prices. Real home make breakfast. Parking available and not sure if wheelchair accessible. However beyond meat burger is to die for. Great for vegetarian.

This Harvey's is so clean and fresh and the beverages if you eat in are served in an ice cold mug. Amazing

I've seen the commercial sooooo many times! And they are not kidding! You can taste the difference! You forget what real cheese and beef tastes like!

The staff here is really nice! Always clean. Little on the expensive side! Or I'm just too cheap!

Generally great service although server and kitchen had to do more than usual coordination to get the beyond meat breakfast sandwich correct.

This is actually the worst place to order from. I ordered breakfast for myself with condiments, no ketchup, no salt, no jam, no salt, no fork, no knife came with the food. Food was cold of course. Everytime I've come to the store in the night and the staff are too busy talking to each other than taking orders from customers, is there even a manager here? A new location should operate with some level of integrity, this is pitiful. Hopefully it closes soon and turns into something useful.

One of the best A&W restaurants I have ever been in a while. Very clean and new location! The beyond meat burger is fantastic and the root beer in a mug!

Messed up my order as the server did not listen to me just busy punching it in. No biggie I got the right burger just the wrong side as I ordered two and the server only punched in one. As I hadn't paid for the second I just skipped it. Place was nice and clean. Big improvement from the buffet house that was on that corner in the past.
They even have hand washing sinks at adult and child level in restaurant. You don't have to go to bathrooms. Soap, paper towel and sanitizer available. Cool concept. Service was friendly and was offered free drink refills from floater staff!
I will visit again. It's in the same strip mall as the dollar tree I visit. And close to my bank and no frills too.

Do NOT waste your time at this location there's a perfectly great one, up the street at pharmacy. Here has
the worst customer service ever.

Was clean. Service was fast. The food was what I expected for A&W. They checked on us to see how things were and refilled our drinks was a good experience. I also like the wash basins at the back of the dining area.

Disorganized, no where to line up with the way the tables are set up. The cashier was not good, I asked for a mama burger combo, she began telling me what was in the burger. I didn't ask for that info, but got it anyhow. She asked if it like cheese and bacon on my burger, I said no thank you, just how it usually is made. She repeated how it's made.
When I got drinks, I wasn't given a tray, I mentioned the lack of tray and was met with a blank stare.
When the rest of my food arrived I was handed it without a tray, 2 burgers, 2 metal baskets with hot fries and two drinks I was expected to carry to my table through magic and determination I suppose.
My mama burger had nothing but onion and mustard on it. The onion still had the skin on it, not very nice.
It's now been an hour since I ate, and I've gotten sick from the food.
I wouldn't return and would warn others to save their money.

I just love their Big mac combo and their Junior chickens:) There is also gum under the table which is always Yummy!

Ordered the breakfast from ubereats, the food came cold and there was no strawberry or raspberry jam put with the food, just plain toasted bread. Not even butter? No fork and knife, condiments, or napkins either. This place is gonna go downhill fast at that rate

My experience was really great! Except for the customers being really loud and rowdy. The cashier that took my order was friendly and fast. When I was eating with my family, he always asks us if we wanted refills. He also offered root beer lollipop! I especially love the hand washing station by the condiments table. I ordered the spicy habanero chicken burger combo. My fries were hot and fresh! My burger was lovely! Presentation 100%!
