The way that the beginning before we ordered our food was completely unacceptable otherwise the food was fine and the atmosphere was inside of a gas station store and the bathrooms were flooded with water, George's onion rings were phenomenal Richard really liked his Burger

Drive through is broken. Order was messed up, could’ve caused an allergic reaction if I didn’t check. Slow customer service.

Food is great, staff can be a bit unfriendly at times but overall good.

It's A&W. What can I say? Awesome food. Just how I remember. Service a little slow when you go in. Drive through is quicker.

I used coupon there, so that based on the fast food standard and price, its one of my favorite fast restaurant. My another favorite one is Harveys with digital coupon.

Breakfast here came with 2 pieces of bread, not toast, 2 extra greasy sausages with two pieces of razor-thin bacon, and two over-easy slimy eggs, yummies, thank you A&W for this overpriced cardiac arrest breakfast, oh and don't forget the slice of tomato, the best thing on my plate.

Didn’t give me my drink with my combo purchase and were frankly unwelcoming. You can wish them a good evening and they won’t even look at you

Honestly, I love a&w! As vegetarian, they have the best veggie burger (and onion rings, lol)! Whenever I'm in a pinch, i get the beyond meat burger in a lettuce wrap. I went to this location on Xmas eve. They were able to fire up the grill before shutting it down, that was so sweet:)

Really good spot since its open 24 hrs. Food is good and we could enjoy a quiet affordable meal after a tiring day

I went with my wife, who ordered a teen combo, and I ordered the Papa Combo, which is a double burger. My experience wasn't good at all because the food was bland and the staff was the least welcoming anyone could hope to encounter.

Would I ever visit another A&W?

If there isn't anything else to eat and I'm starving, then yes, but otherwise, I don't think so.

Good food and service as always but I'm telling you a&w root beer is nasty* but besides the nasty root beer great food and great service5*

Don’t even wanna give one star because of several reasons.
I went there around 8: 30 am and i just want breakfast not a mess. The person who took my order doesn’t have manners to deal with customer… i ordered all canadian and my whole order was wrong. It took them 12- 15min to prepare my order.i was getting late for my work. I came back to drive thru &nobody respond me.

Wasn't bad, Was fast the wraps are fresh and the fries where nice and crispy wasn't busy but was a little late when was in.

My visit was great when it comes to food. The Burger, fries and wrap I got were fantastic. The root beer is always amazing and ice cold from their cold taps, no ice diluting the flavour. The only downside was they needed someone helping the counter. With only one person serving inside it created a bit of a bottleneck, but it didn't affect the quality one bit, my food was still amazing and fresh.

Every time I go to this location they forget to give me items such as fries, ketchup, gravy, etc. I’ve tried to call today about my order being wrong and the phone won’t be answered. Got my gravy and chipotle for my fries yet no fries. So much for the guy staying he was making everything fresh.

At least my burger was right, but it’s about the 4th time I’ve had this issue at this location and I don’t even live in Barrie, it takes time to get back to the store for corrections

Awful experience overall at this location. The staff were rude, the food was cold, and they provided both my wife and I with an incorrect order. This is not my first poor experience at this location either. Will not be returning, and I suggest you find a different location.

One of the best A & W at this location, food is so fresh. I eat burgers and nuggets on daily basis and my favorite. They treat customers very well. All staff members are so kind. And their service is great. I have cravings for their food everyday. Must visit.

Drive thru occasionally takes awhile but the excellent food quality is worth the wait.the sweet potato fries are the best here & the root beer is top tier

They make a great lettuce wrap burger (no bun) lots of lettuce unlike some competitors. A little slower than some A & W's I've visited which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry. Food quality is A+ though.

Store is supposed to be open 24 hours but was closed tonight. Dissapointing when you work graveyard shifts and have slim options for lunch.

Really like this location. It's not the closest A&W to my house but sometimes I drive to this one just because they've never screwed up my order and the staff is friendly.

One of my favorite fast food burger joints.quality is above the other contenders.there beyond the meat burger is actually delicious.with the beyond the meat burger and the paper straws this is a step in the right direction to combatting global warming.i think its about time the other competitors follow suit as A and W is a leader for making these changes.

Don't go here. Went through the drive thru this morning around 10 am for a bacon and egger, hash brown and coffee and didn't get ketchup like I asked for. I went back for my ketchup and a new hash brown as it was lukewarm. The girl in the drive thru went around the corner for a minute and then gave me back my now cold hash brown. Not smart. I want to talk to A and W corporate and I want to know why the customer service is non-existent here. I used to like A and W but this is ridiculous that a franchise like this could care less about how they are being represented here and how a customer is lied to and treated like an idiot. The last 2 times I was here it took almost 20 minutes to get a coffee and bacon and egger and I was second in line. It won't happen again, I assure you. Life is too short.
