-1 star - Despite paying extra for sauces (spicy chipotle) these guys won’t even fill it up as required. Not the A&W standard at this location. (Checkout the picture)

It's a very weird situation the drive-thru or the sign says it's open 24 hours but when I pulled in at 10: 35 p.m. The lady attendant told me they're closed when I mentioned that the sign says it's 24 hours she didn't bother to respond me back.

This place is absolutely terrible, whatever you do don't Uber eats them or anything cause they feel they can do whatever they want. I ordered 2 mama combos and paid extra for 2 Dasani water, for some reason they think dirty tap water was a good replacement instead of calling me they did that. Also don't bother with bacon cause they feel 1 small slice is good a enough portion.

They wouldn’t accept my coupon because part of the coupon was ripped. I tore it along the serrated line in the book and showed the cashier the whole coupon book if he wanted to see the entire thing. He could have scanned it easily.

One of the best a&w locations ever. Open 24hrs the staff is well behaved and have suggestions everytime new product comes in.

Hair on the table. I saw 13 pieces! Looked like someone shaved. Hair + food makes me yak. Disgusting! All the empty tables were dirty btw. Tried the frozen root beer & right off the bat, I’m disappointed. It came in a plastic cup. It’s advertised in a mug! Not only that, It was only ice! Barely any root beer. Not worth it. It’s a small cup of non refillable ice basically. I kick myself for not complaining & not taking pictures. The fruit smoothie looks like McDonald’s strawberry smoothie. Once again, it looked nothing like the picture advertised. The taste was okay but I wouldn’t buy again. Lastly, the burger. I felt sick after eating the mama burger. Overall, I will not be going back to this location. 0/10

Staff are lazy! I came in this morning and ordered an egg and cheese muffin and when I got it the egg was showing green spots. We all know as human that when egg starts to turn green it means it has been sitting for a while. I kindly asked for a new sandwich made entirely fresh and the gentleman argued with me about how he has fresh egg, and he just picked it up. I kindly asked him again if he could make me a new egg from start and he still continue to argue about the egg being fresh. He handled the situation entirely wrong. I have to start raising my voice and expressing my anger for him to make me a new egg. I work in the food industry and that’s not customer service. The quality of the food that he served me at first what is zero out of ten! I simply just wanted my sandwich made fresh and now you lost a customer.

Ok am from ottawa. This restaurent was the worst. I waited 10 to be served. Then they took my order it came out with the wrong order I got burgers. They were confused I ask for bacon and eggs they took another 12 min when I got my breakfast it was cold told me they can't do anymore

The cashier was very rude…. I asked for whole wheat bun and she gave me regular bun burger…. When I got order I told her that I asked whole wheat bun and she was so rude and told me that we call it 7-grain bun…. She should aware that if I say whole wheat bun then you guys only have one bun as a whole wheat which is 7-grain bun…. I use to work in A&W for 2 year and I was aware of all such kind of questions…. But that thing is she should be good to customer as it was her fault…. She did replaced burger but still customer service is very important too

So the chicken burger tasted like card board and the sweet potato fries were ice cold. This was not worth the 13 dollars I spent. Terrible location. Do not go

The food is always fresh and delicious. The people that work here are super nice. This is my preferred location for A & W.

24/7 service. A selection for vegans, and chicken burgers that slap hard! 5 stars because the staff deserve a raise!

Friendly and fast service, my go to spot for late night drive thru food. Also, I can't wait for their beyond meat burgers to be on sale aha!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DRIVE THRU SERVICE! Waited over 20mins for only 2 people to get served. They haven't changed there menu to what they offer either. RUDE PERSON ON DRIVE THRU. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I had spicy habanero burger and It was great. The quality was good and the service was quick too. Overall satisfied!

Out of the 4 or 5 locations in my area, we ALWAYS make sure we come to this location! From management to staff, everyone is friendly, professional and ALWAYS get our order right! The food is also the freshest at this location!

The restaurant was clean, staff very warm and welcoming. And most importantly the food was fresh. Try it, u have nothing to loose, it's worth every penny.

The guy working at A&W on 6th June 2021, at 9: 00 PM went way above and beyond to provide the best customer service. He is THE BEST. Please provide our appreciation to him. Thank You A&W Canada.

Terrible customer service experience.
The way the manager Puneet treated me I was shocked terrible customer service.
I placed an order through drive through and had advised him ahead of time ill be making two separate orders. Pulled up to pay for first order. Then I paid for second order also was using a couple and IMMEDIATLEY I was refused to used my second coupon. The " manager" kept arguing me saying there was no way hes going to scan the coupon and started yelling and raising his voice at me. As a "manager" I find that behaviour unacceptable. He accused me of using the same coupon when I was using a different one. Had he taken that chance to look at the coupon he would have seen instead of accusing me.

I decided to call to make a complaint. When I called I asked to speak to the manager and Puneet who answered the phone lied to me and said there was no manager. This didn't make sense because when I came to the drive through 5 minutes ago he said he was the manager. Later he admitted that he was the manager. Will not be coming back to this drive thru especially to be treated this way by a manger.

My son really likes the teen burger. Make sure you check on line for coupons. The app could be a little more user friendly.

Always come by here when I need a pick up meal on the go. I only have a and w at this location, even though they usually forget my apple pies, it's the same guy, they have been consistent with the freshness. I dont find the food prepared well at other locations. The guys and gals in the back keep at it, just make sure you build the sandwiches better so they aren't all over the place in their little burger bags. The guys that run the drive through at night are pretty patient and good at getting difficult ordering down well, sorry for guys:) Thanks for your service!

I love love love A & W. The Beyond Meat burger is so delicious. My family enjoys eating A & W once a month.

I have never eaten anything from this place and I never will. This place replaced one of the best coffee shops. Also they don't sell milkshakes, what kind of burger place doesn't sell milkshakes? This is outrageous!

The only reason why I gave this place a one star is to leave my review last night I ordered from here on uber eats I ordered a Spicy Habanero Chicken Burger combo when I open the burger there was nothing on the burger the disrespect like what was I supposed to eat the burger dry and my friend also had ordered something as well and they got her order wrong you guys need to do better

The restaurant is very clean and has a very welcoming vibe. The staff members are very polite and professional. The food is excellent!

I sent my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are great and the stuff is welcoming and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we enjoy a cheerful time.warmly recommended.

Customer service at this location this morning was absolutely very embarrassing. The server refused to provide a quarter cup of extra coffee with a breakfast combo at the end of the meal. There were 2 of us and we ordered 2 meals. I personally DO NOT drink coffee and she had the audacity to say we are sharing the coffee so she cannot gave the extra coffee. The manager personally apologized but I personally believe this needs to be addressed with the owner of this franchise. Publicly accusing and embarrassing a customer is not acceptable. We will not be returning to this location and will definitely pass this on to friends and family.

The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. Maybe it was the time of day that I went in but it was not to busy and there were not line ups and there was 2 staff members serving the customers. I left as the lunch rush was coming in and there was 1 person serving the customers and working the drive-thru window. The wait time for your food increased greatly. Some of the drive-thru customers were parking and coming into the store looking for their orders and they were not pleased at all. I am glad that I went when I did.

The food was freshly made a cod burger and fries combo tasted good will go and try the all day breakfast next time

Good place for a home made style breakfast when you don't have the time or energy to make it yourself. Brekfast always tastes better when someone else makes it.

The staff are rude and service is slow. I was a walk in and waited at the counter for 25 mins watching employees actively avoid eye contact with me and several others waiting to order. I called several times to ask when they can take our order, after the third time an employee came out and said they were too busy with the drive through. I said that's fine can you at least take my order because I've been here longer than most people in the drive through, then she left.

Another man called back and the manager came out, turned the order screen towards us and proceeded to explain all the orders they were working on for drive through. He then REFUSED to take our order, 5 seperate customers just left including myself.

That was just one incident. I have been here several other times as it is closest to me and I will not be returning any more. From being ignored to them refusing to substitute the veggie patty on a burger they are the absolute worst a&w location I have ever been to.

Had an issue with my sandwich and they fixed it right away. I will say however I was very respectfully in my approach to addressing the issue with the staff.

I would cross the city to eat here. Absolutely love it. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. Felt very welcomed here.

Went through drive thru. Service was great. And the staff was very friendly and patient with my indecisiveness. I asked for coffee and the gentleman said he had just started a new pot. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and just wanted to give them 5 stars.

Beware if you order the Beyond Meat burger and do not like mayo or mustard. Menu board didn't mention it came with those gross condiments, and mine was slathered in it, top and bottom, rendering the bun and vegetables inedible. Nothing more fun than wiping white slime off your lunch so you can eat PART of it.

I suppose I probably should have looked at the photo on the window more closely, but it never once occurred to me looking at the menu board that it would come with things not mentioned on there. And really - look at how much is on this thing. Even if you like mayo, do you want this much? That's an awful lot of goo.

Staff are friendly, service is quick and the restaurant is clean. Only negative is you have to get codes to use the bathroom.

I much prefer to buy from here than from any other fast food chain. My food is always hot and it taste soo good. Limiting myself from eating apple pie and drinking root beer everyday is such a hard task! Lol. No 5 star because they've messed up on my order several times. I must say, they always fixed the problem.

Used the March coupons online which makes eating here more reachable for us. If you have kids ask for the lollipops when you get there.

We like choice of burgers and other items. Ice cold drinks in frozen mugs is awesome.
We like going to A & W cause it's never as
conjested as other venues.

Great concept but they pre cook the patties therefore they are dry and hard. Almost choked on it. Rings are not that great just stick to the fries. If they cook the patties fresh my rating will go up higher.

I finally decided to try A&W. I'm not a burger person but I ate a burger and liked it. I will be adding A&W to my list of "Quick bites".
