Ordered a late night snack and to say that I was underwhelmed is an understatement. My sandwich had the wrong toppings, wrong drink and I got regular fries instead of sweet potato fries and to top it off of course forgot the freaking spicy mayo. If you can't seem to follow instructions, how on earth do you have a job. You will rue the day you failed to satisfy my nightly desires of being fed proper food

Update - 1 year later - still Slow, and now at night you have to order through a window. Absolutely not going to do that.

Slow! I could farm my own chicken in the amount of time they took. Positive: frosty mugs!

Had no idea A&W had improved so much definitely better now than when I was a kid!

Tasty but much too expensive! For a mama burger, single patty with cheese and a small drink, bit was almost $11! Ridiculous compared to other fast food joints. Service was good and the burger was tasty, but too expensive for what you get.

50 cents to add a single leaf of lettuce to my Mama burger but using the app, I can see other locations charge 25 cents. I can buy an Iceberg lettuce head for $3. I think they can be smarter and more ethical with how they inflation adjust. This store disappears from the app during peak hours, making us wait in line for their staff, to place an order in person.

Classic A&W food with excellent service. The staff working here are very friendly. This is not currently a 24/7 location even though it states that. I recommend the Mozza burger if you aren’t sure what to get. Their milkshakes are also very good.

Waited in line for them to tell me they wouldn't take my order, terrible customer service, like have some human decency to say something!

Stopped here for a quick breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this location. Highly recommended.

My wonderful mother works there she’s the cashier there awesome food love there nuggets with bbq sauce love feeling like a little kid sometimes

Delicious food, amazing presentation. Avlin was really kind to give a beer mug for my soft drink.

Just like any other A&W I have been to, they do not even know their own menu. Why put a root beer frappe on the menu if they employees do not even know what it is?

Ordered through UE, they forgot to give us two drinks, the one they managed to send was flat and just off, gave us sweet potato fries instead of russet + missed a fry. Food was also cool by the time it arrived. Really amazing and well put together burgers though, so this won't deter me from ordering from A&W again- just this location.

Nice location with full menu, get the root beer in their chilled mugs, it’s delicious! Chicken strips are surprisingly delicious

A couples days ago I came in and placed an order for onion rings as I was visiting from Oakville and really missed A&W. Although they came relatively quick, they tasted stale. To make matters worse, as I was about ask for fresh ones the cashiers screamed and ran into the kitchen. Someone else came from the back with a broom and started to moved things like they were searching for something. That's when another customer peered over the counter and asked "was it a mouse? ". They appeared to be hesitant to respond but eventually someone said yes. I was and still am absolutely mortified and had to get out of there as soon as I could. This needs to be dealt with.

I really enjoy the A&W veggie burger combo, as I like the way they prepare their beyond meat patty. As for this specific location, I appreciated the fact that they gave me a chilled mug for my drink. Not only did this reduce waste, it also made my drink very cold.

Overall, I really enjoyed coming here for lunch. As I work in the area, I can definitely see myself coming back.

They never get the orders right and wait over an hour before cancelling. You call the restaurant and get put on hold for 15 minutes with no explanations as to why they can’t fulfill an order. What a waste of time and money ordering from this location

Honestly I have no idea what takes so long for a vanilla latte but the service here is always awful.

They had a smoothie machine and the store was nice and clean. The smoothie machine wasted a plastic cup however.

Always fresh. The staff are wonderful. Fast fresh delivery. Easy quick take out. Clean distanced eat in. Unbelievable location.

Nice restaurant with polite staff and the food is delicious if you want to fry a quick bite. The root beer is one of my favorites here.

Ordered a beyond meat burger combo off of Uber Eats. I selected all condiments & topping options except for tomato. It arrived on the wrong type of bun with no condiments, just a dry patty and one slice of a tomato. Fries were very cold too.

Love this A & W since it opened! It's open 24 hrs so I don't have to worry about not having a place to get something gluten free.
They make the freshest lettuce wrap burgers, and their sweet potato fries are So good!
Always busy, polite and professional staff, and always really clean here.
