The cashier was very rude, I ordered a poutine and that took a solid 15 min to arrive. It’s fast food chain for a reason! In addition to that, they forgot to put in utensils and when I went back to ask for some the only staff member present was on their PHONE! And when I said “excuse me” she just hushed me off. Like ma’am you get paid to provide service not sit on your phone. Poutine itself was terrible. Never coming back again.

I ordered a chubby chicken burger and the bread was not good there's a fungus on the bread and also chicken inside that burger is also not fresh.

This is a great place to start your day. I'd like to give them 10/10 for customer service, cleanliness and hygiene. Also, this location is offering bunch of different breakfast and lunch items but for me this is my to go place for Breakfast specifically. Tarleep and other team members have been providing the exceptional customer service with bunch of ideas to help you out when you're not sure what to try. One of the best A&W locations and I would love to highly recommend you to go and try their Chipotle chicken wrap. Kudos to Tarleep and her colleagues for their services.

My experience with them was the worst because the lady in the front (Navi) because she was so rude and I don't know know why she showed an attitude to me without any reason. Customer service too bad! They should remove her from the front as that person needs to be in front of customers. They should put another employee there. Moreover please be nice to customers otherwise you guys will start losing customers.

In absolute awe of their Beyond Meat. As a vegetarian, it really gets annoying being unable to find veg food on the go, but now I know. I love the smiling faces, plus the service is always bang on! This is my fav A&W.

I tried the chubby chicken burger combo and it was just delicious. The chicken patty was cooked to perfection and the fries were hot and crispy. The service was amazing. Will definitely go back again. Keep up the good work guys!

Although I love A&W but the customer service is too bad. One of your crew members (Navi) is so rude. Their is nothing so special being rude. Hope she doesn't get extra pay for being rude.
