Today, I watched a worker accidentally drop a knife to cut English muffins into the garbage.

A few moments later, she checked to see if I was still there, looking, and proceeded to drop napkins into the garbage and picked the knife out.

From my angle, she took it to the sink to wash. I am unsure whether or not she used soap, but then placed the knife back where the food is prepared to use again.

I will not be returning to this location.

Always kind and courteous. I come often in the middle of the night around 4 am and the workers are always very nice. I appreciate it a lot and the food is always delicious. Thank you night staff! You guys really brighten my night

Such a pathetic service. Literally the guy who picked my call on 9: 16pm (15 June 2023) hung up on me while i just called in about the job search. Such an unprofessional people he was. Once I said that I am looking for job, he just hung up on me. I literally called back thrice after that. No one picked up the phone.

I love the Beyond Meat burgers here and the sweet potato fries specially with the spicy seasoning and Chipotle mayo.

Only drawback is that for take-outs many times they ask you to park and they deliver to your car.means some wait time instead of just getting it on the takeout window

The taste of the food was highly appreciative as well as the service was also so good even in the drive through I got my order within just few minutes even there were couple of vehicle ahead of me so the service was very fast and convenient and the staff was also very helpful.

The girl at drive through named sukhvir was really good at serving, she knows how to deal with the costumers and i really appreciate with the work. She deserves a good position.

I bought 2 meals of spicy habenero chicken and both of the sandwiches not cooked properly. It was at 1.15am on Friday. My wife was throwing out after had a bite of the uncooked portion. I cut the other sandwich which was also not cooked properly. Not happy with the quality. Thank God I didnt give it to my kids. I called the restaurant they just said come and get another sandwich and didn't even care about the uncooked sandwich they gave us. Very bad customer service.

The worst a&w that i have ever visited…i used to work at a&w in a different store and i know how important is the quality of the food and the customer satisfaction.customers pay almost $15 for a single combo and expects to have their food cooked properly. I ordered a 5 piece strips combo with fries and the guy in the drive thru was so rude and I requested him to cook everything fresh and wanted some burger seasoning on the strips and told that i dont mind waiting at all.and was waiting at the window and we got our food with cold fries and strips were soggy and seems like they just pretended they cooked fresh.if i have an option to give zero rating i would have done that.the management needs to shape up these guys…

Got a grandpa burger with a lettuce wrap. The thing was beyond messy, salvaged what I could. Plus, the beef here is different from other locations, isn't as tasty.

Ordered food on uber eats and the food was not worth the wait. Completely different order, no instructions followed, no sauce on any of my burgers. Food drier than the desert. Ruined my whole night.

Ordered Online And It's A Mess. Got A Buddy Burger No Bun, Lettuce Wrapped. It's Trash, They Just Used One Limp & Soggy Piece Of Lettuce. Everything Is Leaking Out, Falling Apart, Some Liquid Is In The Paper They Attempted To Wrap It In. Got An Uncle Burger And Instead Have The Wrong Sandwich. No Fork In The Bag For The Poutine, Drinks Not Sealed Properly So They Were Leaking Out As Well. Really Put Off By These Meals.

I ordered online through Uber eats (beyond meat burger and spicy habanero), it was disgusting. There was no onions, no sauces, no pickles i got only a patty and a bun. I wish i could give 0 or negative ratings.

Worst place ever to order. The workers there don’t know how to read. I ordered from uber and specifically asked for all condiments and no ketchup/ mustard.what I got was bun, patty and ketchup on it. They have invented a new poutine without gravy. I called the store to speak with the staff and they answer and put my phone on the side and started talking with someone else in Punjabi. So unprofessional staff.

Most juiciest and succulent buddy burger I have ever had at an a& dubs keep up the good quality!

Staff doesn’t use gloves and improperly wear face masks. This is very concerning especially since we are going through another wave of covid cases.

I ordered crispy chicken chubby burger but I got lettuce and with bun. Along with that I ordered beyond meat burger without bun just lettuce and masturd.like seriously you guys just spoil the mood

The guy working in this location on Nov 23rd 8am is not polite and has worst customer service!
He needs to get a job where he talks to himself much less no one! He was making food and hamdling cash at same time! Probly a manager. Poor service

They ruined my appetite for a&w. I ordered a burger and sweet fries, fries were extremely oily, when I told them they said fries come like this, very unprofessional. I too work at a burger franchise five guys i know how fires are cooked. No matter what franchise you are suppose to shake fries frequently least 9-10 times before serving. That way they are less oily but if you just dump right away from the fryer its not good. Due to.lack of dedication towards work poor quality in customer service occurs. Other thing is youngsters or teens working at this place so I can expect a poor service. Very upset from there service

I didn't really care much about A&W being inside a gas station. Limited seating, not much parking.

This location is attached to a Petro Canada gas station, so it has customers constantly walking around yet it still remains a great place. Service was fast and food quality tastes remains great. There are oulets/USB ports along the seats which is convenient for charging your phone/laptop while eating.

Worst A&w and whole GTA. Lazy staff. Waited for my order 35 min at 1 am. I was the only one out there. Super slow service. Always out of onion rings bcz night shift staff don't want to work at all

This is my local A&W and it’s the best A&W in all of GTA! Food is always fresh and correct! Employees are always nice no matter the weather or time of day/night. Keep it up and thank you!

I’m at drive thru they said they are open 24 hours but their service is so slow. 20 min waiting for my food there is no line up!

I ordered 2 beyond meat burgers by uber eats at night and clearly mentioned no tomatoes in it and with some ketchup and mayo with it
What I received was 2 burgers with tomatoes and no ketchup or mayo.

Really depends on the location each restaurant has a set of individual rules which can get confusing

The food is what you would expect delicious and tasty I ordered the beyond meat Burger, this was a exceptional burger that I had tasted, The Burger is made from plant-based material for the Patty it was quite tasty

I really like a&w and how they are bringing vegetarian options out too, so everyone can enjoy a&w. I'm not a vegetarian, but I have tried the beyond meat burger and really like it actually. I let my dad try one and didnt tell him it was a veggie burger until he was done (and he didnt notice at all) that's impressive if you knew him. I did order the beyond meat sausage and egger the other day and while it wasnt absolutely terrible, it wasn't something I would order again. Other than that I love everything!

The beyond meat burger was beyond under cooked. Very disappointed especially because I ordered 4 and all of them consistently under cooked. So sad and even more hangry. Thanks for this awful experience I will never try my luck here again.

The location I went was in the gas station near Sandalwood & Mississauga Road, the service was horrible took more than 20mins for just 2 Burger with fries and drink which was reminded to them as they didn't gave at first. Moreover the place wasn't that busy total of 3 customer's with no drive thru.

I enjoy driving around the dark parts of Mississauga road at night with my girlfriend. We stop through the drive thru before or after every drive. 5 stars for just existing and being 24 hours. Thanks A & W.
