If there was a zero stars option on this location that is what I would give it. Poor service right from the start. She actually turned her back on me and went to package an order that wasn't cooked yet. She just ignored me and that left both of us waiting on this order to be ready. When she had packed the order she handed it to the girl on the drive through window so that girl could hand it off to the customer in his car. The drive through girl was doing nothing the whole time and could have easily waited for and packed this order. But I guess someone has delegated who does what and her attitude was that "its not my job".
Poor customer service and even worse training.
This location should be taken over by someone with a clue as to how to manage a fast food restaurant.
I wont be back until I see the "Under New Management" sign at the entrance.

Employee ignores that there is a customer inside while she works the drive through for 5 minutes. Walks up just says for here or to go. No pleasantries to me or any other customers who came after me. Just for here or to go, no hello.

The onion rings weren't salted at all, and fell apart (over crispy). I normally love A&W. The line wasn't long but the wait sure was.

They state open at 6am. Well it must be only true for the drive thru.
Doors were still locked at 6: 30am.

Logan was very rude and gave lots of attitude when i was trying to order.it took over 20 minutes for 2 burgers i told him to have a great night and he continued to be rude and gove dirty looks

Was poorly ran, but is getting better slowly. Previously had a lot of issues with order made wrong or rude staff, but recently it's been better and a much happier environment.

Terrible experience. The cashier told everyone waiting in line that they are too busy and won't be taking any orders. This happened aeound 8: 30 pm on September 30,2022. At the same time all the staff were walking casually and seemed unrushed. I have never heard of a fast food restaurant not taking in-store orders. That was very unprofessional. Will never visit this place again.

A&w food is always good but this location seems to have abnormally incompetent staff. I've been to this location a few times and every time, they ask really stupid questions, make the wrong change (last time, the girl struggled to count 50 cents and ended up giving me 40 cents. It's just 2 quarters! She was holding 2 quarters, looked confused, put one back and changed it for a dime and nickel!) Anyways, I don't recommend this location just cause the staff are a little frustrating but the food is great if you have the patience.

Well the food was amazing, the service was SLOW & the staff took forever to even take my original order. It should NOT take nearly 2 minutes for 1 wrap and 1 frozen root beer. Simple as that!

Slow every day even when no one is in the line up. People are full of attitude. Never had a good experience here.

The service here was amazing, all of the staff were exceptionally nice throughout my families visit.
We dined in, and one of us got the Beyond Meat burger which was going to be a 10 minute wait. The staff asked if we wanted it handed to its at the table.
The staff was also very helpful when we were interested in trying some of the new frozen drinks on their menu.

Hubby Loves Teenburger, first burger he has eaten in take out or fast food restaurant in42 years. I enjoy the almost meat burger or the teenburger. Fries are ok onion rings are breaded but passable. Good menu choices.

WOW! My husband and I just tried the "Beyond Meat" burger and it was amazing. If you plan on trying it, be prepared to wait about 5 minutes or so while they cook it up fresh. This wasn't a problem for us and actually seemed like a bonus. Cooked for us on the spot, instead of sitting under a lamp for who knows how long? Anyway, the staff at this location are great, the server made fresh coffee and brought our order out to the car. I would strongly urge anyone who is thinking about trying this product to do so. You will be surprised at how great it is. We're going to try the "Beyond Meat" breakfast sausage and egg soon. Just a side.hamburger gives my husband heartburn, even though he loves it, and for what it's worth.this sandwich didn't. That makes me happy, too, haha!

A&W is only a good value if you have coupons. My onion rings were bright orange from the seasoning. They were so salty, I couldn't eat them. The root beer was delicious as always!

Although I respect their initiative to serve drinks with compostable straws, I just can't seem to get used to them. I'm sure there is another type of straw that is compostable, but doesn't taste like newspaper.

Tried the beyond meat sausage egger really impressed I got mine without cheese or egg but if they could use vegan cheese and vegan egg eventually it would be the best. The people here are amazing great service very helpful and efficient great cooks here too.

Breakfast was fantastic this morning. Breakfast sandwich delicious and hashbrown cooked perfect. Coffee was great as well

Friendly small town fast food: and one of the all time classic root beers: and now vegan burgers and sweet potato fries! If you are in a hurry it is the best bet

Better than McDonald's, real potatoes for fries, burgers have better texture and beefy taste but alas the soda well a&w root beer what more can we say! Over all 1 of the best fast food burgers going

Big fan of the beyond meat burger you will not be disappointed. This location needs to focus on cleanliness tho but good staff and food always been correct
