Staff were great we had two toddler boys and they were very sweet with them. Food was good hot and delivered to the table

I got really good service by charan and one more girl but I did not know her name but I’m so impressed by service at 2: 15am from them thank you so much and keep doing good work.

These are the caramelized onions on my buddy burger. I am not impressed. They are burnt and also cold

The frozen glasses were not cold or clean made the root bear taste yuk, that’s the whole reason for no ice at A&W. Sitting and serving wasn’t great either. Food was great though, will recommend Take Out.

Very polite and respectful staff. Brought my order to my table. Onion rings were crisp and not mangled.like they so often are. That paired with a Mozza burger. Doesn't get any better!

Genuinely horrible.horrible.horrible.ive uber eats a burger from this a&w twice with my additions being CLEARLY added to the order and theyve just decided to give me nothing but the bun and patty.i called the first time and the people told me that they werent added? Im not sure if its some issue between the app and the store or just incompetence but that should be something thats looked into.never coming to of ordering from this place.

I ordered the moza burger with poutine. The burger was fantastic and the poutine is definitely in my top 5. The girl taking our order was friendly and explained what was on the mama burger to my partner who never had it. After we finished our meal, I was able to compost everything except the cup and the plastic fork. I brough the cup home because I was still drinking it. The cup and fork went in the garbage, but the lid was put in my blue bin. A&W is definitely leading the way when it comes to waste. I'm sure it won't be long until they have wooden forks like some McDonald's.

This A&W location is very consistent. The food quality is good, fresh and tastes great. Wether it be eat-in, take-out- Walk in/drive thru, or delivery our orders are accurate and great value for the money.

A and W Burlington was excellent; drive through staff heard our request accurately the first time and specific requests were filled with no need to correct. We received our order in under one minute, after 7 pm. The food was delicious and we will definitely return when in the area.

I asked for mozza burger but the texture, taste and look did not taste like beef. In fact I wondered if they had served a plant based pattie. The bureau was wet as if it had been sitting in water. It was tasteless.

The location was great, but will not go back.

Went in the drive through.got a bacon and egger.super freaking greasy but I also ordered a teen in a lettuce wrap.thank you for giving me enough lettuce to hold it together.yummy

I feel that a 1/5 star is a bit generous given the experience I had today at this location. I ordered the chicken strips and wondered why they were tasting different than usual…. After inspecting the strip I realized they had green mold all over them. Hopefully I don't become sick from eating them before noticing the green spots. Safe to say it will be my last trip to this location. I know this isn’t the keg but come on…. GREEN CHICKEN.

The food is almost always fantastic. And if it is the manager is all about customer appreciation and satisfaction. Love going here

Fries were cold and the onion rings were long dead. Cold, broken into pieces, stuck together, and batter fallen off a lot of the onion. It is obvious they had both been sitting around for at least 20 minutes, probably longer. At least the burgers were OK.

We love A&W but through the drive through at a very quiet time, our order was read back to us but what was handed to us was different. We were missing fries, my husbands chicken burger had only lettuce and barely any mayo while mine was supposed to be a habenero chicken burger was just a plain one (at least mine had lots of mayo and a tomato slice on it). They were also out of their blueberry turnovers and had only one apple one left. Very disappointing experience overall.

I like this place. Its local and the staff are fairly fast and decent. There is a drive through and you can watch the world go by while you enjoy coffee. Its small but there is plenty of parking, food is what you expect and the service is friendly and with it. You can't expect much more.

So went for a take out: ordered and some well meaning lady confirmed what i had ordered and not wanting to offend I said yes to everything. The burger was good (dunno what it was), I also got some elongated nuggets but the staff seemed happy so was I. All in all a good fry up. Just check your order coz of the wheel of fortune stuff. It’s like a fried fortune cookie. You never know what you’ll get, but you know it’s fried and poorly packed

Screw this branch.twice I've driven 25min to this branch late night and they couldbt serve me because they has no patties for even one burger.expected me to wait half hour. $20 in gas just to show up here and they cant provide even one burger.why even bother being open 24hrs if you cant follow through?

Best burger ever burger! Should be called worst garbage ever in a burger, burger. This was so bland and tasteless. I won't even get into the service at this location cause I've had bad and good. But my main reason this location is earning the 1 star is for the advertising of this Burger. It was gross. I've had many burgers in my day. This was a rip off. Then i found out it was a collab with Canadian chef chubby loudy mc loud face.i realized why it was so bad. Look at the dude and his poor decisions. A&W has made a poor decision with this burger. Re name it and I won't be mad anymore. I'd also like my $25 back.

Been to this location many times and half the time they miss items. Double check before you leave.

Awesome fresh food. We love their breakfast menu. Especially their hash browns. Fresh and crispy

This is my worst customer service experience in canada till now, me and my husband went at this location at 01: 00 AM on friday 25th we tried to order our food but she was not listening it and she was asking again and again and finally she raised her voice so badly but still we were calm and replyed her loudly so she could hear us but she refused to accept our order and we just ask her the name and in reply talked very very disrespectfuly and we aere still were respact full to her and finally we walked out from that place.such a bad experience not going to this location ever again.i dnt have words to describe how bad she was.

Drive through was quick. Even for being overnight. Food was fresh and hot. And friendly service.

The Burlington store is better than the other stores. I told them that I has a digital coupon and instead of wasting my time trying to scan it like at the Hamilton location. They took my word for it and automatically applied it to my bill. Awesome!

I love A&W! But the fries in this location was not perfect as other locations I have tried. This is my first time in this store. I am giving 5 star since it could be just one-off.

The food is always great but it is so slow like the lady at the voice box took 15 min with 3 things

Best breakfast sandwich! Great orange juice! Especially because it’s fresh and most extra toppings they don’t charge for. My customization is: no butter, add mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions!
Note: I ALWAYS have to ask for the English muffin WELL toasted! (I learned recently that they often forget to change the toaster setting from Bun to English muffin, which results in it being barely toasted at all - so if you like it toasted, be sure to remember this!) Overall Highly recommended!

Will always tell me to drive back around to pickup my order when NO ONE ELSE IS HERE.

I asked if i can park upfront and they bring it to me. They said "no" they are closed. Then processed to bring food for someone else out front.

Fast service, best Veggie burger and diet Root beer without caffeine. Clean restaurant. Covid protocols followed.

We ordered for curbside pickup and although the app said to park and wait and the food would be delivered to our car in 2-5 mins, we waited 15 mins. I ended up going inside and asking for our food and it was sitting there in a bag while the employees were standing and taking. It was not busy as nobody else was in there. Probably won't be coming back to this location.

Amazing restaurant with excellent service and food! I ordered a beyond the meat burger, onion rings and a chicken burger - everything was very fresh, high quality and tasty. Can’t wait to go again!

No matter which A&W I go to, the food always comes out hot and fresh! Even if I have to wait a couple of minutes for a fresh batch, it is definitely worth the wait! Nice and juicy, mmm so good! Yum!:)

The Meatless burger is very good but I add a little extra mustard. I still remember the old A & W days when onions were peeled, sliced, battered and fried up on site!

The new weekday morning staff is terrible. I wait easily over 10 minutes for my meals when there is no one is line. And to top it off, I always have to remind them about the drinks that are missing. 15 minutes for some eggs!?

It was a Monday afternoon and staff weren’t busy and I came to order. For few minutes 3 employees were looking at me and not even saying Hi. As I said for few minutes nobody was serving me then I left. It was a worse A&W I’ve seen so far.

Love my A&W. Beyond Meat Burger is Great! Great breakfast too. Just wish they had better coffee/breakfast drink options. I eat their an then go get a coffee or other option somewhere else.

Solid for what it is. They go the extra mile with their frosted mugs and eco-friendly packaging (compostable straws)
