Fantastic! Excellent assistance from Sandeep. In addition to being cool and calm, He is nice, respectful, and humble. Like him, we need more people. I'm happy to be there. Excellent meals as well.

It’s a clean and comfortable restaurant and when you dine in you get a frosted glass for your soda. It wasn’t busy so the staff brought out our order which was nice of them. But the burgers & sandwich were very dry, lacking enough sauce or condiments. My fries were a bit flavourless but my wife enjoyed the poutine.

I just ordered fries, burger and shake. Fries were cold and without salt, they didn’t send any souse in the delivery, the lettuce inside of the burger was very watery, the milkshakes taste like ice. 28 dollars in the Garbage, my first and last time as a costumer.

Gurjeet served our family tonight and she was very pleasant and helpful.
Also offered us some delicious pies.

Fried Chicken burger was not crispy, no sauce on the burger. Onion rings came in one giant clump. Spend some money on some quality control and run your business properly

Place is really dirty, tables not wiped, pile up of dirty dishes. My utensils where dirty.
Girl at cashier can't speak English and doesn't know how to work the till. I had to repeat my self 20 times because she wasn't getting it right.
There frozen drink Machine is broken so no shakes or smoothies only reg soft drinks (pop), my toast wasn't Evan toasted.

A&W has come along way since the drive in days with the servers on roller skates. The burgers are great and check out the online coupons for deals and a quick bite, on the go.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I was here at 4: 20pm and I usually come here after work, but today there was a lady at the window that was EXTREMELY rude! First she said my coupon wasn’t good enough because I wanted a beyond teen and the coupon said teen burger (I do this often never a problem before) then she told me okay yes it will work. She told me to have my coupon ready at the window… when I showed her she just pushed the debit machine towards me and continued to ignore me and just shoved the machine into my phone. This was an awful experience and I will not be returning.

Stop hiring people that don't have customer service skills.you don't tell me to drive around the parking lot until my food is ready.pay for my gas and I will

Absolutely ridiculous. It took me 30 min to get my food though drive thru. On above of that staff wasn't polite which was infuriating. Never gonna come here again.

Superb burgers. Loved beyond meat burger, loved the coffee too.

Great customer service.

My first visit to one EVER but they explained everything to me and the food was delicious with a giant coffee and fair priced for what I had.

Absolute disaster. Don't even have the mental stamina to explain. Terrible location, incompetent staff.

Food good, service very unorganized. Busy afternoon at A&W at drive tru. They decided to park cars including mine. Now I do not know how they know which order belongs to who. Their is no designated parking spot for each order. There is no time for when your food is coming. Here is the problem the server does not know either. She knocks the window of every car wondering what they ordered. SMH! 10 minutes later no order. I go in the restaurant and asked where is my food. There response was, why did you leave. I laugh and ask which is my car for my 2 chicken order. No response. My car is right in front waiting, never left. I get my order then go outside to my car and the server says to me outside with a bag in her hand. What is your order? SMH and said get a designated parking spot so you know who order belong to who. SMH!

Been to multiple a&w locations across Brampton and Mississauga, this one bags the Award for the worst of them all, sad drive through accompanied by pathetic Sevice topped up by food that is not fresh.

Bad experience with A&W coupons. Not the first time. Trying to charge more than the face value of the coupon. She kept insisting that she is right. I told her to keep the meal & I left.

Staff has to be a little more humble and nice and polite location needs to be a little bit more clean especially the washroom beside that overall other experience was good.

Wasn't accepting app orders even though the restaurant was open. The staff had no idea why in the app it's showing this location as "offline".

Boooooo all the food tasted old at this location and for the high price of fast food these days it should at least be fresh

I asked for a poutine. Was given with frozen cheese. And when i asked for a new one they just fillee up the whole box with gravey. It was like gravy soul

Great service, food was prepared quickly.
A note to management:
Please lower the volume of background music, almost impossible to hear the staff when trying to place an order, I had to repeat myself several times. Masks and shields not helping the matter, but the music was overpowering.

Suboptimal service
There was only one employee managing both drive through and in person orders. He was running to hand the orders to people. For that reason the service was so slow. Next time will go to Popeye, next door.

The food is taking too long and there is only one person managing the store, we waited around 20-30 minutes just for our order. The same person managing the store wasn’t even using gloves while making the food, extremely disappointed, I would rather go to McDonald’s.

Ordered June 1/2021 @1: 20 pm. Ordered 4 combos. Cold and small sweet potato fries were given, most were squished like it was there from yesterday. Forgot the chipotle dips too. Ordered a double buddy burger with cheese and it came with no cheese and grilled onions were chewy and dry.very disappointed with this location.

Surprisingly good burgers. I'm not a fan of the naming convention though, seems weirdly outdated but they're really sticking with this burger family thing.
Drink options are limited compared to other fast food burger joints. Not surprisingly, it's basically just root beer and other sodas.

My experience was good. Fast and friendly mind you I went there and it was just me a friend in there at the time.

I went late at night for coffee and a burger and fries and nuggets. I can't say anything bad about the burger and coffee but the fries were very cold. They asked us to wait for the nuggets and that was no problem but I would have expect fresh and warm fries as well.

It was bad service first of all misplaced my order and those 2 punjabi guys made sandwiches without the gloves and when i asked he was like no we don't use gloves.this place need to be inspected and hire better people for good.

Clean location and fast service. Althought they don't have much seating available right now due to Covid 19 situation. I visited in the morning and it was not busy that time. Food was served hot and good!

My chicken sandwich just didn't taste good. Counter person messed my drink so I had to go in the store. He was very nice and apologetic. Inside the restaurant was clean.

A&W used to be really good. But, it will be a long time before I go back. Burger, onion rings and famous root beer. 15 dollars. Way too much cost for what you get. Very sad that they have become so greedy.

Onion rings were uncooked.the onion was frozen still! Burger was done right but I had to toss the rings away.

Inattentive and rude customer service. I visit here sometimes because this is the closest location to my work but I’m always disappointed by the customer service. Unnecessary interruptions while I’m trying to order, no napkins or ketchup in bag even though I asked for it! Did not even offer a receipt.

They served us cold food with burgers that tasted like they were mad yesterday! We came in today and they gave us the food in 2 minutes, it seemed like they gave us the old ones

This was the first time my family and i came here.my son and husband wanted a bite to eat.this was the fastest service we received at a&w.food was cooked within minutes.there was lots of seating and we didn't feel squished in.overall it was a good experience

If I can give it less than one start i will do, the service is really bad the food is not fresh, everytime I order food comes cold not that great at all.
I am not kind of guy leave bad reviews but they are really bad.

I enjoyed A&W last summer while travelling eastern Canada. But for some reason, in GTA, never had a good experience. Thought I'd try again after last summer, but was disappointed. Not much difference in McDonald's, the one I haven't had in years, and this one.

Best burger chain in Canada and this is store is 100% on par with the rest. Freshly made burgers and the best veggie options from any chain.

Very slow service, no one at this location seems to be in any hurry to make sure customer orders are given or taken in a good amount of time.would not recommend this location unless you want to wait over 10 minutes for just your order to be taken

Amazing. Even when I go to a bar for a beer I don't get a frosted freezing cold glass like I do here.

Service is slow and the owners are stingy. They dont carry many things on the menu, and have a bunch of promotional material advertised at this location that they dont honor at the cash. The good itself isn't bad, like any other aw, but the service here is severely lacking.

Great sandwiches, fries and seasoning. Service can take a little longer than typical fastfood but it's worth it. Wish they had better drinks other than root beer and egg whites an option at EVERY location

While the sign says it’s drive thru open I waited at the display for 10 mins nobody shows up and when I went to the cashier window alll they’re doing was chit chat and when I asked are you guys open nobody respond and chit chat continues definitely not a place to go

I am not a big fan of fast foods. I tried a few days ago. Love the fish burger. And the customer service is really awesome. I would recommend to try A&W.

Generally less busy at night. Friendly and efficient staff throughout the day. Burger and fries always great.
