Pretty slow service. I got 2 wraps and one the wrap was completely broken and no sauce on it the other was made perfectly which was odd. The cold brews and drinks from here and super good!

Takes a long time for food to prepare for a fast food joint alot of staff but they look frazzled

I don’t know what it is about this location but count on a minimum of 15 mins if you’re first in line for the drive thru. At 6pm I was second in line it took the 4 minutes to take the order of the car ahead of us. When we finally got to the speaker we also waited to order. Then once we ordered they immediately wanted to park us around front; there wasn’t a car behind us so why move. From the time we pulled up to the time we left it was 20 mins (we were second in line). I worked at this location in high school and I can guarantee if our window times were nearly 10 mins we’d get chewed out. It’s dinner service hours!

Slowest service ever.

Every time we go drive thru we pay, then have to park around front and wait 10 minutes for our food to arrive. Not sure if they're short staffed or poorly organized, but it's ridiculous. Save the trip and go to a sit in diner folks, you'll get your food faster.

Very slow service, came 4 times for beyond meat burgers but had to wait too long all the times
They need to speed up delivery time

Always you have to wait for your order waiting time is crazy from giving your order to them making you wait in the parking lot they really need speed up the employes would love to see them work faster

Always a great location to stop on the way home from the cottage to grab a delicious bite to eat and use the restrooms. My wife and I love the picnic table out front to sit and enjoy a delicious Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger with Rings and Sweet Potato Fries:)

Slow on drive thru. Make sure to double check your order before you leave this location. They got my drink wrong and they added something that I didn't order.

Great service from Bevin! He was clear and concise when he took my order and very polite. The food was hot and they even remembered my extra pickles:)

Worst service out of any aw ive been to.
2 cars in the lineup and waited 28 minutes. No "sorry for the wait" from the staff. I know there is staffing issuse, but come on thats too much. It's like this majority of the time i come to this location.

So I went at 930ish pm light in the sign on the roof was off not a big deal but still.
Got the new burger and fries no salt was told they would have to make it fresh.
Waited about 5 min got my food ate in the parking lot.
Now burger was hot nothing wrong with that but fries were in-between cold and Luke warm and ontop of that stale. If the new burger takes 2.20 to cook and another min to prep and fries take a little over 3 mins why were they stale and cold.were they old and sitting in the fry bin and re dipped in the oil to remove the salt? Gross I know the standard for that place and THAT was not it

Went for breakfast last Saturday. Tall blonde girl working. Big boned.
I stood to give my order and she just turned her back to me and never said anything and went to machine.
Another girl came that was restocking and said hi they be right with you.
5 minutes of standing there nobody acknowledged me after the one girl that wasn't taking orders.
I just walked out and nobody even cared.
Terrible service last 2 times this girl been working when I been there!

Went on March 9th, seemed closed. Either renovations or gone. Called in twice, no answer. Too bad if gone. Couldn't see in with all the bins and trucks around. Never noticed signs saying what's up.

Quality fast-food place, with friendly customer service, large menus, and a preffered dine-in experience. Great work A&W

Just ordered the 56 Mama and Papa burger. My husband and I both agree these were the best burgers we've had in quite a while. In fact, my husband said that in the 50 years he's been eating burgers these were up there with the best of the best. The burger was juicy, the bun was fresh (and toasted) and you could tell the toppings were just put on because everything was crisp and fresh. The burger was actually hot when we took it out of the bag and you could tell right from the first bite it had just been put together and wasn't sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. Kudos to Aaron, the Manager at the Listowel location. Keep up the good work!

This place is poorly run, and is hardly maintained. Meat is kept long past expiry, and they never clean inside the meat storage c-vap.

Great spot to eat and hang with friends. I have some vegan friends so the beyond meat burgers are superb and the recent change to decomposable straws is. Staff is very nice one of the best fast food joints in town

Got take out tonight, 10 min drive home, food wss cold. Had to heat it up in microwave. First time that's happened & it wasn't even busy!

Haven't been getting the coupons since the new guy took over at the beginning of the year. Asked him why, he said he didn't think it was worth his while sending them to Atwood or Newry.
