Great and very quick service, the food is very nice, I had an amazing takeout. It also allows for someone to be always sitting and have a great time while working.

Horrible service. When placing an order I asked for the chubby chicken burger combo and the worker entered the burger itself only which I noticed after she entered. I was assuming she heard me when I said I wanted the combo.anyhow, I said sorry, I would like the combo. She gives me an inappropriate look and cancels the transaction. I don't know what kind of service this is. Won't be ordering from here again.

I went to the mall today and i ordered from here, NEVER AGAIN! I got food poisoning from the chubby chicken burger and i have been throwing up since. The service was absolutely terrible and she took so long to give me my order. Thank you a and w for ruining my life. DONT EAT HERE TRUST ME

I had a worst experience in this location. I went to get a spicy Habenaro chicken burger and fries. I waited there forever and 3 people who came after with the exact SAME order was served. I was asked to wait by the LADY who was working there. I got my order toooo LATE and I am not angry as my order was late, but because I was the first and the same orders were given to the people came after me. This is RIDICULOUS!

The food is good, I really like the taste. The service is fast too. My only concern is that staff members look sad always. They can improve a lot of customer service. Price around 20 dollars for a combo.

Despite the fact that their chicken burger is good, there is no hygiene in this place. The girl in the kitchen does not wear gloves when making the food. She doesn't even wash her hands after each order, this is disgusting and highly unhygienic, imagine what all she touched before making my burger. Very very disappointing!

I had a notion that Mc Donald’s has the worst coffee, but I realized only today that the top spot goes to A & W. Worst ever coffee I have tasted and it is almost like water. Not sure about their other food products but I’d not recommend their coffee to anyone especially for coffee lovers. Customer service is good.

WOW is this the worst A&W ever. Ina, the most incompetent cashier ever tried to harass me, as well as swore under her breath when I asked about getting a 2nd free root beer for MY BOSS who couldn't leave the store (I also work in the Scarborough town mall, and my boss asked me to get her a root beer while I was there), for free root beer day. They would have no idea that somebody had 2 as it's literally just a silly little tally sheet. As well as there is NO sign saying 1 per person like they claimed. Absolutely ridiculous. She was so rude and would not bring out the equally as useless manager, Francesa. I hate leaving negative reviews but these horrendous A&W employees need to he dealt with. They were both so incredibly rude and Ina scoffed when I asked for her name to report her to head office. I had to ask the other, much nicer cashier for her name who at least was competent enough to give me her name. Avoid this A&W, these chicks have the worst attitudes.

Loved my first experience here. Staff is courteous and efficient. Had Wild Cut Cod Burger. INot into burgers af all. It was yo my surprise yum yum. Melted in my mouth. Loved it

The food is a joke I ordered a Mozza burger and fries I mostly got bun and lettuce. The fries are small and the root beer tastes like water. Never ate there again. Also expensive for nothing. I will take my money to Mc Donald's.

I like the menu options although the prices are slightly higher than other fast food places. The A&W marketing message is very good.beef Raised Without the use of Hormones or Steroids, chickens Raised without the use of Antibiotics, eggs From Hens fed a vegetarian diet without Animal By-Products, etc.

A Beyond Meat Sausage & Egger is the newest breakfast offering. It is simply delicious!

Counter order taking service was quick. There’s also an Express Self Order station if the lineup is too long. Order fulfillment was also quick.

Plenty of seating in the Food Court.

Ordered a double Buddy Burger ($3.14 including tax) and inquired as to how much it would be for a combo with onion rings (over $9, seriously, for a Buddy Burger combo!). Then I was asked if I wanted cheese. I said "no". When I opened the bag, it was 2 pieces of meat in a bun. No garnish or condiments. I called later to complain and the person on the phone insisted I must have said "plain" which is what they entered in the system, and gave me a "plain " burger. So beware - say "regular" or you get it plain! At least this location is clean, not like the one on Mapleview in Barrie, or the one on Memorial in Orillia which thankfully went out of business.

I went to A&W for the Teen Burger as advertised last night on tv for $3.50. Was told the special is over. I called the head office and was told they have no control over the tv ads and are not prepared to do anything. It would have been my first visit to A&W.they just lost a customer

We bought a few of the $3.50 Teen Burgers here. Solid option for the price- it has fresh veggies stacked on a juicy perfectly done patty. Their paper straws are definitely also a welcome change, for the environmentally conscious.

I'd recommend staying far away from their new self ordering kiosk though. Its dated interface and clunky navigation on a non capacitive touch screen would've felt old a decade ago, but in 2019 it simply felt out of place. In the span it took us to place an order, a few other customers were already well on their way to getting theirs fulfilled. Or maybe we just suck with using it.

Couldn’t remember the last time I went to A&W and decided to give it a go. Decided on the papa burger, fries and a root beer. The burger was dripping with grease and to be completely honest, had no taste. Expected a bit better for the $15 (!) I paid — since when was A&W that expensive? Next time I’m here I’ll choose somewhere else — even McDonald’s angus burgers would have been a better choice, actually have a bit of flavour to them and cost half the price. I was very happy to see that they’ve switched to paper straws, at least!

An excellent burger, from an excellent franchise. This was the first time ordering from a mall food court location. Had the '56 buddy burger. Mmmm, yummy! Seating at food court challenging during peak hours, recommend ordering to go.

Okay.so.who knew their breakfast sandwiches were going to taste good? I totally wasn't expecting anything but their breakfast sandwiches IN A BUN (key,!) Is really good! Coffee is okay.hashbrowns are good too. The beyond meat burgers are pretty good too and can't really taste the difference between the real meat (I think? !)

This location has a special breakfast deal that rocks. Bacon and egger hashbrown and coffee 3.99.it rocks best location and service.

The above desk is long gone. They now use real cheese. And extra like tomatoes and onions are free not like the golden arches rip off.

Love A&W always! But I was standing in front of cashier, no one comes helps me since 3 of staffs were there. Then I did order by myself from machine, and I was the last person to get my foods. Least 5 people who come after me and they all gone.

The food is good but the prices are very high. The burgers are not bad but sure they can do better.

Pretty good burger place, if you are avoiding meat but want the same taste of meat, definitely get the beyond meat burger.

Burgers are always good especially when it's on sale. But, only problem is sometimes there's a long lineup.
