Hats off to the photographer who took the photos for the menu display. A talented human to say the least.

Service was fast and efficient but place was not kept clean. No easy access to napkins. 2 bathrooms closed family and women’s. Men’s bathroom was disgusting. Very busy location so upkeep is necessary. Food was fine for what it is. Will not be back to this location.

Ordered through Uber eats and received RAW food I’m extremely dissatisfied with the order.
Every restaurant should have food safety protocol to follow to ensure this doesn’t not happen.

First time in A&W for breakfast. Nice prompt service, caring staff. No liking your breakfast sandwich with no sauce, it tastes blend. The harsh brown is best amongst the fast food chains, it crumbles and crispy, not oily, I enjoyed very much. Coffee is also nice coming from a fuzzy coffee drinker. You need a new recipe for breakfast. Oh your A&W application sucks, you take away the online coupons, and it takes an eon to load.

The ladies here are amazing! It’s a wonderful way to start your day - picking up a coffee or a breakfast sandwich when needed. The service is the BEST!

I’d like to say that this a&w location is really good for a late night grab. I usually grab food late night after a hard days worth of work and the girl that works the overnight shift, not quite sure of her name but she makes the experience really good. The food is always made fresh, the store is left spotless and the customer service is definitely memorable. If you decide on grabbing some food, I recommend going here if you’re not trying to be disappointed.

The food was sucks and the washroom was closed and service was bad as well + when we ask about the washroom they said they don’t have, so I guess that’s the worse branch I have seen

East York mall A&W's services are sloppy & just garbage. I've ordered poutine & mozzarella burger.after 15min I go to the counter and the guy who's probably their manager casually tells me, he gave my order to someone else. Then they rush to make a burger. DEFINITELY ASK FOR A RECEIPT BECAUSE THEY AREN'T RELIABLE.

I only have the plant based burger here and it's actually very good

A&W is much better in Canada than its US counterpart. The burger is fast food quality, but it tastes slightly better than competitors. This could be due to the beef being grass fed. The root beer was refreshing and they have a fridge to chill the cup. I liked how the fries came in a miniature deep fry basket. The public hand washing station was also unique.

I bought mozza burger and I told her no bacon the cashier wrote no bacon I saw in screen. My order was to go and I just went. When I am open the my order it was bacon inside in burger and I put the garbage. When I told to cashier another time I just heard “Oh sorry. ”

Inhumane.they didn't allow My child to use the washroom, even tho she told them she really needed to go and would make a purchase after.so by the time she purchased something and was given the code for the washroom, it was too late

65$ plus delivery. Got 9$ back hockey pucks not even dog food. No fries drinks etc. Deserves what it's liable for

I would recommend not to eat at this restaurant the stuff is super racist, the food is really bad, I went with couple of my friends to the restaurant and they honestly didn’t care how we wanted our food. The fries was soggy, the burger was disgusting, it’s just super ridiculous, find different locations people.

Horrible staff members treated with no respected if I could give this review 0 I would, manager was giving a lot of attitude for absolutely no reason what so ever, Let me not get started with the food cause how do u mess up a Buddy burger with Cheese smh made with no Love, Fries we’re very cold and dry tasted very very old I’ll recommend I different A&W location to be honest cause this location was the only one that was messed up.

Extremely bad service, found hair on my burger & plus the fries was super cold, felt like it was their leftovers from 2 days ago, I don’t recommend this location (the stuff is mean and owner doesn’t care.

I would have given 0 rating for this site especially for the supervisor. As food courier, I spent 45 minutes to pickup the order and finally told me to cancel the order. It is stupid and unfair.

5 people came in, placed orders after me and left before my order was ready. Additionally, the order taker left out parts of my combo order, then charged me separately. This location isn't as well run as others.

Bruh how do you mess up 1 double buddy burger at 4 am.there should be like no other orders at that time but somehow you still mix it up. 1 buddy burger.just disappointed

Just like Nando's, they have hand washing stations (bonus points). Friendly and happy staff, clean and open, charging stations everywhere, food as expected and hot!

Can fully customize burger orders to use a lettuce wrap instead of a bun!
