Enjoyed meal.was good n service was awesome Surprisingly busy busy for middle of afternoon.nice to see.

When ordering at the restaurant I had given my girlfriend a kiss and then turned to my other girlfriend and did the same, after I pulled away from my other girlfriend I realized the employee Jo standing at the counter. As I was about to say my
order Jo said “Please no canoodling in front of me at the store. Here I’ll turn around so you can. ” As a queer person this wasn’t the experience I want to have at an a&w, or anywhere for that matter. It felt homophobic and judgemental. We are all adults, I should be allowed to show affection for my partners regardless of where I go.

Yesterday morning I was sure disappointed ordered breakfast very cold had to wait almost
4 minutes to get a fork and knife…they were super busy with drive through…. My toast was toasted on only one side…. Usually their breakfast is served hot…I mention to the server that my toasted wasn’t toasted…she said oh well…my wife ordered the same hers came out Luke warm again the toast was toasted on one side….

Have only had good experiences at this A&W, the staff are amazing which makes the dinning experience all the better and the food is the standard A&W quality.

It doesn't matter how busy it is, I am always pleased with the customer service from the staff, they are understanding and will take their time with a customer if needed.

This place is a little further but I prefer this location within Sudbury.

So excited for new croissant breakfast sandwich. Disappointed ate egg and bacon. Bacon always good. Coffee was better then I remember. Service ok. They admitted not a morning person, ha.

Worst service. They're all not taking care of hygiene plus they're extremely slow. Messed up orders twice.

Went during lunch (12pm) waited about 10 mins in drive-thru which is fine. Ordered a poutine and didn’t get napkins? I get it is lunch rush but forgetting napkins is a super rookie move.

Best chicken sandwiches. Love all day breakfast! Poutine could be bigger for the price and I love the root beer and onion rings

Clean place with polite staff. Food was fresh, tasty and didn't take long. I highly recommend their sweet potato fries and chicken sandwiches.

Very rude staff. When you ask them about your food wait. They say we dont know. No professional behaviour. Worst restro ever

This restaurant is so close to being grass-fed beef and pasture-raised chicken. And they're awesome with the lettuce wrapped and substituting ingredients for other. I really like A&W

Eco friendly, tastes great, Canadian company, clean meats, good prices and amazing fries. What more could you want. I’d go here over Tim’s when I can.

Placed a combo order with poutine to take out, got a potine with soggy fries and copd gravy and sour cheese (don't know how long the cheese was sitting outside). Also, the burger didn't had enough sauce in the burger.

Well the location i visited was up on the mountain off the Kingsway. Thw burger was great the onion rings were cold and not very appealing. The dinning area was a real mess also.

We were served promptly. I had the uncle cheddar bacon. Amazing! Staff were great. Food was fresh and hot. I paid $14.80. Well worth it because it was fresh and hot and very tasty. Let's face it. Fast food has gotten expensive everywhere. Pick and choose where you go. A&W has good food. Be patient with staff anywhere. Sometimes things happen and you have to wait a bit. Be nice.

I loved it. Somebody gave me a coupon and I gave to other people and they have that to other people and the cycle kept going

Always delicious. This location has great service, it's fast, staff is attentive and polite, and the place is clean (as much as you can expect from a very busy location).

Best location in town. Love their food and will drive to this one rather than the one on lasalle. LaSalle messes up my order EVERYTIME, this one does not =)

They have what they say.meat with no hormones or antibiotics. Their coffee is organic. If you feel like fast food, why not go for the best?

Almost everything about our visit was wrong. We ordered and when our order was called the cashier gave our order to the lady behind us. So we waited extra time for my order to be made again. Then when we got our order it was incorrect. The manager was kind enough to give us 2 Apple pie to smooth the situation. We also got a refund for the wrong order. They did do their best to make me happy which was nice. Thanks guys. I'm sure our next visit will be better. Also loving the more eco-friendly straws and no plastic! No ice too what a way to reduce the carbon footprint. Well thought out!

In case you're vegan and get the beyond meat burger: it comes with mayo! They don't tell you and it's not advertised as vegan, so be aware.

Food is Great, service was a little slow but the lady working the cashier was so pleasant to talk to I couldn't help but given 5 stars.

Quick and friendly service every time I go and the food is made well and warm. A nice place to go for a burger if you're in the area.

It's not fast food anymore it's quick food we waited a little longer than i thought reasonable but the quality and price can't be beat. I was off put that the manager was giving employees reviews in the booth next to us when things are moving so slowly. The lunch rush is not when you should be pulling workers off the line to give them their attaboy i was not in a hurry or i would have demanded my money back.

Visited this location during boxing day shopping in the area. Expected it to be very busy so no complaints on the wait. Staff was very organized even though they may have been short due to someone being sick. The line was out the door but they were very efficient. Food was great. Tried the habenero chicken and fries. Excellent. Only downfall was the layout of the restaurant. Not enough room for the people lining up vs. People trying to grab their seats or condiments or throw out their trash on the way out. Lots of bumping elbows. Other than that. Fantastic.

There is a manager named Sahra here who has a bad mannerism. She touches food, I've seen her eating it. Someone who works there told me she tries to hit on all the younger men who work there and she treats the woman like garbage. I wouldn't eat anything she makes I was told she spits in your food also and laughs about it. The girl who worked with her I wont name said she was the worst manager she had ever had, that she singles out new employees and bullies them.
I wanted to test this theory so I went in myself. I placed an order which I tossed out and she was being rude to staff, rolling her eyes and grunting and growling. What an awful environment to work in with such hostility. Yelling at your staff and shaming them won't make you feel any better you are NOT above anyone. #disgusting

Came in here a few days ago during a dinner rush. Most of the staff was nice, food was good as always and the restaurant was clean. The only complaint i have, which is a big one is the fact that there was, what i consider to be a private meeting going on between the management (i suppose) and an employee. They were yelling at her and causing her to cry. Although i do appreciate the company’s need for good staff, this experience made the entire atmosphere of the restaurant off. Everybody in the place at the time was uncomfortable and we could all hear what they were talking about. I wish this was a matter handled behind private doors or at least not in the middle of the restaurant at a customer table during a dinner rush. It was so awkward I couldn’t even enjoy my dinner, it was like one big elephant in the room. I don’t think I will be returning andcertainly never going to suggest anyone works there as I cannot imagine being publicly ridiculed like that.
