Two staffs had one of the strongest Indian accent i ever witness
Food came late
No ice for drinks

We ordered poutine, onion rings, burgers, chicken fingers, drinks, and honey mustard dipping sauces. There was no honey mustard sauces for the chicken fingers and we had two orders. Again we had two orders of onion rings, they were stuck together and squished in their packets. I must say the poutine was great and my burger too!

Tried the Ringer Burger and it was great. Fresh toppings and great quality beef. Friendly staff too.

Slow service. Eggs and toast way over cooked, almost burnt. I think the coffee was leftover from yesterday.

Wowwwww, what a horrible experience, if I could give it - 100 stars I would, I got the Moza burger with fries, it was by far the most tasteless meal I've had, absolutely tasteless, the burger patty was 1/4 inch thick with 1/2 inch of lettuce on top, my goodness how do they stay in business

Ive gone to this location a few times. A few times i've asked for something not to be put in the burger because my son is picky and when I get home its in the burger. Ive paid extra to put bacon in the burger and dont even get a full strip. Today we went I ordered a kids meal and 2 orange juices. Kids meal was fine. The 2 orange juices were water. I was with my 2 kids and didnt feel like going back to complain but now its getting to be annoying.

Don’t go to this A&W at Hillcrest mall. ️️ I ate some burgers here a couple of days ago and I got food poisoning. The employees are using their cellphones while serving customers which is unsanitary first of all! The HEALTH INSPECTOR and public health of Ontario needs to give this place a visit ASAP! They’re serving contaminated food to customers! I would avoid this place until public health gives it health inspection before going here again! I like A&W but this is highly unacceptable for public health safety. You’ve been warned. ️️

My kid loves the kids pack. However, I don’t know why this branch also the other-one in Richmond Hill doesn’t carry strawberries smoothies! I love AW’s Strawberries smoothies

Terrible service! One person at cash and 2 working in kitchen.line up is all the way up to sky! At least 2 more helps are needed at cash.
