To begin with i had worst experience ever. So I ordered spicy habenaro sandwich to go and it was ready within 20 seconds and patty in the sandwich was completely cold so I informed front desk lady ARSHDEEP KAUR that my sandwich is cold to which her reply was THIS IS FAST FOOD PLACE WE CAN NOT COOK HOT FOOD EVERY 5 Minutes. So my question to A&W is why even bother cooking it start giving it raw and should we also pay half the prize?
After that when i requested manager She completely denied on my face we don’t have a manager that’s ok i can understand manager might be on off and than i asked about her name she completely ignored me hat’s off to ignorence and irresponsibility i have to request another employee to know her name.

Standard burger place. Staff was curtious and professional. There was an award for fastest drive thru. Restaurant was clean.

This was terrible. Suggesting not 24 hours but 8-12 solid good hours. Nothing on burgers 1 had lettuce, 3 different types ordered. Very Wet oily soggy Onion rings that came out of the weird batter.
Usually save my complaining for home but.could not this time Alot of cash to equal in disappointment.

I've got a soft spot for A&W, but all bias aside the staff here are very quick and friendly. The food ALWAYS looks like the picture and tastes even better. They do a great job! Keep up the good work!

Stopped in for a quick lunch while on the road. Buddy burger is a good value item. Loved the frosted mug for my rootbeer!

This place was busy when I went in but they were very efficient at serving customers.
The reason for 4 Stars is that the Smoothie I had was not good (for my taste).

Was going to eat here when we stopped for gas but used the connected bathroom and almost puked. Disgusting place, they should be ashamed of their work place. Truly disgusting.

Didn't get my order correct. My wife's order also was partially wrong. It was not busy so I don't know the problem. Onion rings were almost burnt. Not going back to this A&W location again. Very disappointing

The food was fine, I mean it’s fast food! But I am quite shocked about how I was asked to leave after using a booth for one hour. I spent $14 solely for the right to use a booth and compete some computer work while I am on the road. A manager told me I had to leave because it’s a busy weekend and they need the space. The issue I have is that the entire restaurant was EMPTY. I would always leave if it’s busy, but it was empty. I’ve worked in customer service myself and know what it’s like, but this person didn’t even ask how much longer I wanted to stay (30 minutes by the way) she just abruptly told me I had to leave. Guess I should have gone to McDonald’s, they never do this

Just went through drive thru. Ordered 3 meals. One burger was wrong and got 1 order of fries for all 3 meals. Went back, the unfriendly woman handed me a corrected burger & fries. I told her I'm missing onion rings too. She rolled her eyes at me and shut the window in my face as I was answering her.she questioned me 'onion rings too? ' Just got home and find out my Mama Burger is a plain Chubby Chicken! This place is listed as closed on line.until they find friendly, capable staff, I think it should be! Very disappointing for A & W.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service from Mike at this location. Food was excellent.

Obviously the owner does not care about quality and cleanliness. Our complaint is the same as others. I will probably get the same auto reply " please email". Exact wording for all. Not even an effort to reply and take action.
We were the only customers at that time. Floor was messy, bathroom disgusting.
I ordered the Best Burger Ever. What a joke. Seriously I should have taken a picture of what I got and posted it along with the menu version pic. The patty I swear was from a buddy burger it looked so thin. Onion rings were I think reheated. Batter all fell off. $34 for 2 of us.
The root beer that spilled on the counter from mine at least had a cloth next to it when we left 20 mins later. Maybe it got wiped up before closing.
Bathroom out of toilet paper. 1 soap dispenser empty.the other ripped off the wall by a probably irate customer. 2 staff chatting at the counter.
Not totally their fault. Just a very poorly managed business.

I don't recall his name but whoever was on the mic in the Drive-Thru should have his own talk show! Food was good as per usual but the customer service was 11 out of 10 and it made my day.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no service. The lady was busy taking boxes apart. Last time i came here they gave me the wrong order. The washroom is also very disgusting.

The restaurant is fine but the washrooms are a gamble. Today there was no toilet paper but for the glued bit on the end of the role. No soap in the dispensers. The garbage was overflowing. The graffiti hasn't been dealt with. Between my personal purchases and my company's fuel I bring thousands of dollars a year to this outfit. Management, please up your game.

Burger was ok!
Buns were a bit dry and the place was not very clean looking.
Would recommend to put a garbage bin for customers.

It's A&W.
I do enjoy the regular breakfast, the coffee (quite good), and that for a fast food place they use real plates and cups. The staff here were pleasant even for being such an early start as I was the early bird and first through the door this day. This location is a convenient hop off the 401 and part of a gas station.

Great location - love the high end, tasty fast food. Always good for a quick meal with fast service
