I visited there in the night. The staff working at night is very friendly and helpful. They helped me to reach out there fan faves and the food was very delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Very bad restaurant to deal with.they behave so rude with the delivery drivers.today’s incident was horrible the way the guy was talking had no manners, respect and humbleness in his behaviour. Officials must visit to verify things here.

Most worst restaurant experience, ordered beyond meat burger meal with sweet potato fries and coca-cola at this location.never got the Chipotle sauce for the fries as well as no ketchup and no seasoning on the burger even though it was written in the instructions. When called the location "supervisor" Kulveer said that these are standards of A&W restaurant and we follow them. Also no straw for the drink. This is very ridiculous A&W should cancel the franchise on immediately because the staff is really rude. Worst worst Experience ever.

Did not really had lunch at work, came home looking forward to have A&W for dinner. Bought a teen burger combo with coke to drink. The coke was really run down by water so it taste like water and sugar. The burger had stale bun and the beef was cold. On top of that they didn’t have my bacon.

Always sold out of everything, don’t waste your time. Doesn’t matter what time you arrive it’s sold out LOOL

In my opinion you get better taste and service at other A&W locations. Fries are overdone and pop watered down. When I complained the attendant was very honest saying they were unable to change the over-used oil, added it's good to ask about the quality of the frying oil before placing your order

Tried a buddy chicken burger and it was good! Friendly staff and the burgers appear oil free unlike other fast food chains!

Very bad service. Their employee told me to move and come after 5 mins but she let some Jeep guys wait at the window for 10 mins and I got my food after waiting 15 mins in the line and food was cold. Shame on such unprofessional employees!

Burnt onion rings, chubby burger with no sauce inside, poor hospitality. This location is probably the worst location of A&W so far. Just a friendly reminder A&W is considered to be one of the top notch restaurants in burger industry and that is why we pay higher prices for your food. But if you’re servicing this at your locations. I’m pretty sure that’s not going to work out between you and your customers. Highly disappointed. Photos attached as proof.

I ordered a few easy items through Skip the Dishes and they managed to screw it up. Contacted Skip (not that this was their problem to deal with) and got my refund. Called the store, tried to explain what happened with whomever I spoke to. She then says "Sir, are you wanting to file a complaint? ". "SIR? Did you just call me Sir? " I said. "Yes, I did. " She replied. So I politely replied to her "Since you don't know if I a male or female, WHY would you call me Sir? " She had no answer for me. Lets just say putting "Special instructions" in capital letters doesn't help.

I’ve been coming here to get my beyond burger fix since A&W started offering it and every time it is made perfectly! Kathleen is arguably one of the nicest human beings on earth? ! Always so sweet at the window.

I visit this location to pick up some food from time to time and it's always fresh and delicious. Kathleen and her team always do a good job and deliver good service and quality food. Never disappointed. Pls keep up the great job!

The staff need more training for customer service they always ignore the delivery drivers and not even ask for order number or tell us that it will take time. We always have to waste more than 10 mins to pick up pre ordered meal

The food here at night is hot, the cook know to make it to your order, its worth the wait. Thanks thumbs up

Served me cold onion rings, and didn't replace them when i complained saying they are cold.who would like fried rings cold.

Will never order from this location again.had a big order combo + sides.etc.one of the burgers had a long hair in it.nasty. I couldn't finish the rest of my food.

Usually Love A&W, But This Location Is Trash. Poutine Size Is Smaller Than Other Locations, Must Have Been Thrown In The Bag With How It Looks. The Chicken Strips Are Definitely Processed, Not 100% Real Chicken Breast. Really Disappointed With The Quality.

I usually buy the $5.99 classic breakfast at this particular location: Hurontario St. / Sandalwood Pkwy PetroCanada Brampton. At this location, the classic breakfast comes with free coffee. Other locations will not offer free coffee and some will sell the classic breakfast for more than $5.99. The A&W Canada employees at this location are very friendly, polite, fast and helpful. I'll always buy my breakfast at this location

The guy at cashier had lot of attitude issues, i asked for the seasoning on the side with fries. He directly denied and said its covid. How covid came into picture man. Why are you giving burgers, fries and other stuff.

How were you giving from last 1 year. It comes in different small packet. People are crazy honestly

I like A&W, but I've had enough bad experiences at this location in a row. Any time there is a promo from A&W for free coffee on the app, you become a second class citizen. They make you wait forever.really for one coffee? Do yourself a favor and go to the location near Williams Parkway and Main Street in the plaza with the TD bank, always good service there.

It's a good drive-through location of A&W. The food is delicious and up to A&W's high standard, and there is a waiting area in case a part of your order is taking longer. Refuel your car refuel yourself in one shot.

Very very slow. Whenever I come to pick the order it took forever. They work so slow and take more 20 min always. Dont come to this a&w

Drive through is unbelievably slow when you order one item, imagine ordering two items? Also staff are not friendly. Most A&W locations are great, not sure how these guys were trained.

Very rude, priorities are all wrong. Doesn't want to take orders from walk in customers, wants to only do skip the dishes.

Packages single order into two smaller bags, when asking for one bag to make it easier to check out they say sorry get a bag from the gas station.

Very rude, they also skipped order filling out skip ones that arrived after and other walk ins after I've already placed order and waiting.

Tonight I went to the A&W at Sandalwood and Mississauga Rd.

This place is the definition of fast food, orders come up super quick and the food is always fresh.

The food is always good and the nicest, most professional lady works here. Every employee everywhere should be like her.

I just ordered from here on Uber eats and like always the food was great wand still warm when i received it but that isn't why I'm writing this review. I am writing this review because I am pleasantly surprised with how accurate my order was after all my specific notes for each item. They have gone above and beyond and even provided me with a letter thanking me for ordering from them. I would definitely recommend this location and A&W as a whole.

The burgers and fries are always fresh and hot. It's nice when they have special burgers available like the '56 burger.

Very clean and quality over quantity service, friendly too. Recommend walking in rather then drive thru as you get asked to wait a fair amount.

Staff don’t use gloves when preparing and handling your food. Not the most hygienic practices here unfortunately.

Worst customer service ive ever received in 35 years. Foods great though. Oh btw they don't actially open at 6am because the woman doesn't show up on time. Try back at 6: 30am. She tried three times too get me too not order food

Was just treated very rudely by an older Indian woman who works there, I attempted to pay for a portion of my order in Petro points and she made it seem like it was a hassle to even ask. I was in fact scolded by her when I had 3000 points instead of 4000, and was told that “You should know how many points you have before you come here”. The Canadian lady is wonderful and seems to do just about everything when she is there, and generally most of the staff are professional, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth as I am a frequent customer and don’t expect to be scolded about Petro points.

It would be nice if just once you would get my order right. Huge huge language barrier at this location. You should have at least one completely fluent English speaking person working your drivethru.

Didnt get my order right. Gave me bacon when i specifically asked for a chubby chicken that doesnt contain bacon. Waitress had a horrible attitude will never go back to this place.

I love the vegan burger at A&W. They use organic food to make their burgers. Not only that all of their packing including tissues are either compositble or recyclable.

You pay for what you get. It's worth paying little extra for healthier meals that goes in our bodies.

The service at this location was amazing. I forgot to mention no mayonnaise but the server asked and made the burgers 100% vegan. The wait time was okay as well.

Nice place for a quick bite. Beyond the meat burger tastes amazing. French fries are perfectly cooked and freshly served. Service is also very fast.

Try the Beyond Meat Burger. Trust me. Best fast food burger. A few of the employees seem like they could do with some more training, but the food is delicious and they were the first to have paper straws.

The only problem was people sleeping at the tables, not great when trying to enjoy a early breakfast
