Decently surprised, had lower expectations due to it being in a food court, but it was good. Polite staff, quick turnaround time and quality/portions were up to a good standard. Solid.

A&W is usually solid, but this location is weak weak weak! When you can’t tell the difference between the lettuce and the bacon, that’s a a problem!

Useless employees would rather wipe the counter endlessly in front of you than take your order.

Placed a mobile order and had to wait 20 mins and than talk to someone before they started making my meal, very frustrating in such a packed area

Terribly slow service. If it takes more than 10 minutes to serve a burger, don't call it fast food!

My favourite Goto place for burgers I just love their bun and patty they provide. Yesterday dropped for the teen burger offer going on till 3 April. Took my frnz also and we enjoyed our evening

Food is okay, similar taste level as McDonalds. Waiting line is so so long. I would rather pay a few dollars more to get Hero Burger or Burger Priest.

I had a bad experience yesterday. The Spicy Habanero tasted differently yesterday and later made me wake up with a stomach pain at night. Must be undercooked chicken.

Nice place. Enjoyed my meal and it is a nice place. To grab a quick meal. Nice place to bring your friends and family.

I ordered chicken buddy burger on 7 grain bun and spices.
Guess what, I got these plain white bun and literally no spices. After taking one bite the burger landed directly in the bin. Pathetic service. Won’t recommend anyone.

The fish and chips is the biggest ripoff and it’s disgusting I am officially banning myself from A&w

Food is expensive but it tastes OK. Unfortunately, this location was where I tried my first veggie burger. It tasted awful.

I tried the lettuce wrap Mama burger with rings. The lettuce wrap had so much ketchup I ha to pull out the burger and wipe it off with a napkin. The rings were hard on the outside and uncooked onion. The only good thing was the ice cold root beer. See my photo.

Just get the Rootbeer float and the sweet potato fries with dip! I can eat this literally everyday and pray I won't gain weight. LOL

I love this restaurant because they are fast and burgers are so tasty. And very affordable. I actually bought a meal for a homeless person. It was just pocket change to feed someone and I felt so good doing it.

Literally every time I go here my onion rings have ZERO flavoring. Just sad, fried dough on really thick onions.

This restaurant is a food stall inside Eaton Centre's Urban Eatery, which is fancier than a normal food court. There was nothing fancier about this A&W than the usual.

During busy times, they have 3 cashiers. There is a special line/area for mobile order pickups.

When you order from a cashier, they still use the system of putting your name on the receipt and calling out your name. Why don't they just use numbers like so many other fast-food restaurants?

I ordered a Teen Burger to go at lunch time. It received the order in a reasonable amount of time. However, I later discovered there was no napkin included.

If you are eating In, you use the general seating and washrooms of the Urban Eatery. Sometimes it is hard to find seating

They have their own WiFi but I found it didn't connect well.

Bad food for high prices. They charged me $12 for a simple veggie burger combo and didn’t even give me ketchup for my fries. The drink was so small.

Ordered with bacon and didnt get bacon, got hungry again and ordered another burger with bacon and still didnt get bacon. The employees were nice and patient though it was busy.

Not enough servers. Waited 15 minutes for two mama burgers. Will never come back to this location

Had a Really nice burger here, Gouda cheese buddy burger.
The bun was fresh and texture was good, great balance of flavors.
Also tried poutine here, good flavorsome gravy.
Prices are very reasonable.
Service was fast even during busy lunch hours.

Best burger I ever had. Drinks served in large frozen jugs on a hot summer's day. Not done in all locations though. Awesome.

Horrible customer service. I wanted to order breakfast and was advised they stop at 11 am. Ok. I was in line for ten minutes and they wouldn't even take that into consideration.

Great location. Easy access. Nice staffing. Great food. Sweet potatoes are delicious. Beyond meat not my favorite.service with a smile. Very clean.

Staff is off-putting. Also, one of the only locations I've been to that charges for a Chipotle Mayo sauce to dip fries. Then, they give it to you practically empty. At least fill it up if you're going to charge for it lol

I hate that you can't just buy a root beer with your burger. You are forced to get the fries rings and upsale to poutine. I like the food and locations. I hope the change their forced sale.

I just love the better than meat burger, unfortunately it's too expensive for me to have it constantly.

Vegan burger yes. It tastes like beef but I've never tried beef so I wont know what beef tastes like but the ad says it tastes like beef so I guess I just tasted beef so I have tasted beef after the first bite I guess I know what beef tastes like now but it's not made with cow meat and it's called beyond beef so I guess it is still beef because it has the name beef in it so I guess I've just ate beef, I'm sorry mama.

Very horrible customer service they never open on time and unfortunately this is one of the only places I can eat my breakfast before I start work.

For whatever reason all the breakfast items leave a disgusting aftertaste in your mouth for about half a day.

This is a great fastfood restuarant, and the food in this restuarant is convincingly the most delicious. You will surely visit it in the future once you have gone there. It is necessary you have a good expectation of your experience there, and ensure you sustain this, because you will have a remarkably pleasing experience. The burgers are splendiferous, and they come in different sizes and fashions, and names. It is so agreeable that when you meet with your friends you will tell them about it. You will find burger names like Mama Burger and Uncle Burger, among others. The service is fast and the restuarant can be found in many areas of the city of Toronto. It is indeed truthfully exceptional and you have to consider and reconsider being the patron of this great fastfood restuarant franchise.

The worst customer service among A&W restaurants I’ve ever tried. I bought a small double buddy burger at around 6.40 pm today and the moment the saleswoman took my burger from the cook, she and another saleswoman looked at my burger and smiled disrespectfully. This was insulting.

Train your staff well or recruit people who show respect!
